“This Subway is one of the cleanest and freshest subways I have ever been to. I normally do not like subway subs but stopped to grab a quick meal for kids in a pinch. The service was outstanding, the bread was clearly fresh, and the subs were delicious! This has now become a go-to stop for our family and they love the fresh baked cookies! Couldn’t recommend this store enough - definitely not like other stores I’ve been to.“

“I came to Cousins on Sunday, June 23rd at 1pm and had an odd experience. The door was locked and there was a man wiping down tables just on the other side of the glass. Tapped on the door and was ignored. The hours were supposed to be 10am to 7pm. No special message on the door. They do a great job here. Baffled in Mequon.“

“I'm not sure who is working tonight (11.29.25) but they are so absolutely kind and helpful. This is the second time I've had an issue with Uber Eats either not working or not giving me all my items, and both times I've interacted with the same person at JJ. They have been kind, considerate, and did what they could to make sure I either got my proper order or got my money back. Whoever the young man is who works night shift... thank you for being awesome!“

My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!“

“Hadn't been in here yet, so wanted to check them out. The store was clean, brightly lit, and had a number of tables with chairs for dine in options. The employees were friendly. :)

Picked up a club wrap for dinner tonight. It was delicious. Securely packed, it was very well wrapped when I got home. I did not modify the sandwich other than to move from bread to a wrap.

The dressing made it a bit messy once unwrapped, but I wiped off the bottom and it was fine. Nicely proportioned, although I'm an onion fiend and might get extra onions if I go back for a 2nd trial. Made sure to have my plate directly under the sandwich - lots of dressing ended up on the plate and happily not my shirt!

It was late enough that Starbucks was empty, so I parked in front on the side facing Mequon Road. But not a big deal to walk if there hadn't been. Plenty of parking on the side lot.“
