“I came to Cousins on Sunday, June 23rd at 1pm and had an odd experience. The door was locked and there was a man wiping down tables just on the other side of the glass. Tapped on the door and was ignored. The hours were supposed to be 10am to 7pm. No special message on the door. They do a great job here. Baffled in Mequon.“

“Did an online order as I got an email that I had a free sandwich available & I was on my way home from a long road trip. Ordered a cookie because if my sandwich was free, right? I walked in & the lady ahead of me told to me to go ahead as she was still deciding. (Nice, right?) The kid at the counter was staring down at the register as if I didn't exist. A young lady behind him said, hi - then he realized I was standing there. No thank you, nada. Customer service is important, just sayin...“

“I came in yesterday the 17th of August and the black lady around 4 or 5 pm was awesome she made me feel at home and gave me extra condiments she had such an awesome vive attitude and seemed like she genuinely cared for her customers. She even brought my stuff to my table and even offered me water while i waited. Firehouse you guys are lucky to have her working here she is awesome sorry i forgot her name also the food was good as well.“

“amazing food, but we ordered croissants sandwiches and the staff all acted like it was a burden and they hated it when they had to make croissants. it made me feel like I had to ask if I can order what I want and if that was going to be okay with them. it was very rude behavior.“

“They are all great employees but a couple always stand out. We can't remember the names now but ones a highschool student and the other a little older drive a caddy lol. These guys never stop providing great service and have great personalities. Food was great and fast as usual and the chocolate croissants were great as well. Coffee was a bit bland first time around but the refill fixed it.“
