“I came to Cousins on Sunday, June 23rd at 1pm and had an odd experience. The door was locked and there was a man wiping down tables just on the other side of the glass. Tapped on the door and was ignored. The hours were supposed to be 10am to 7pm. No special message on the door. They do a great job here. Baffled in Mequon.“

“Did an online order as I got an email that I had a free sandwich available & I was on my way home from a long road trip. Ordered a cookie because if my sandwich was free, right? I walked in & the lady ahead of me told to me to go ahead as she was still deciding. (Nice, right?) The kid at the counter was staring down at the register as if I didn't exist. A young lady behind him said, hi - then he realized I was standing there. No thank you, nada. Customer service is important, just sayin...“

“amazing food, but we ordered croissants sandwiches and the staff all acted like it was a burden and they hated it when they had to make croissants. it made me feel like I had to ask if I can order what I want and if that was going to be okay with them. it was very rude behavior.“

“The subs are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I generous they are with the ingredients—every bite is satisfying. The staff is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!“
