“There was an unrelenting demanding customer insisting on 10lbs of cheese and toppings go on her pizza. The staff were waaay more patient and kind explaining why that was a bad idea and why they didn't put that much on the pizza for it to cook properly. She was finally appeased so that other customers could be helped in peace. I hope her pizzas were raw and gross and I hope she choked on the separate cup of cheese she took with her too.“

“I had ordered a pizza last night from Alphonso‘s and I thought it was the absolute worst pizza I ever had when it arrived at my house. It was almost burnt. I called and complained to the manager. He said he would do everything he could to make it up to me. So I stopped in today and they gave me a pizza and one of their sandwiches and I haven’t had the sandwich yet because I’m too full from the pizza, it was a night and day difference From yesterday to today. “What an amazing spot! I had the California and Caprese pizza slices today, and they were delicious! The crust was fantastic, and the ingredients tasted super fresh. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by everyone. They have such an incredible selection that I couldn’t choose just one, so I got two! “Great Detroit style pizza and general menu at Bayshore. Place is super upscale finish. We got the barbecue Pizza a back lot salad and our son got the bacon mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is one of the best he said he ever had. Salad with super hearty and the pizza was fully loaded with toppings. Our server was very responsive though she was the only one working. Nice bar selection as well. Some of the usual on tap with a couple of unique items. Best part is being right next to the ACX games including air hockey and just recently added high-end ping pong tables. Great night for entertainment or out with the family.“

“We got our 1st pizza from Cataro’s Pizza last night at 11:15pm after seeing the band Without Annette at Da Bar nearby. We were hungry so we searched pizza open late near me. That’s how we found this amazing pizza. The owner had closed the dining room early because business has been so slow but he offered to make us one to go. It was so good! “We were excited to try this place out for the first time after hearing so many good things. Let me tell you, it far exceeded our expectations! If you're looking for your typical wood-fired pizza, you won't find it here. We ordered a classic cheese and also the Fernwood. The pizzas were both on the thinner side, and were perfectly cooked in the wood-fired oven. The crust wasn't like any other pizza crust we have ever had before! It was buttery and had a great crispness to it. The pizza sauce is more on the chunky side and it was delicious! The Fernwood is definitely unique and worth the price (it is the most expensive pizza that they have). My partner and I really enjoyed the pizzas and can't wait to come back and try other items. Aside from pizzas, they have a nice selection of other food items, both for meat lovers and also vegetarians. If my memory serves me correct, they also have vegan and gluten free options as well.
The service that we received was really friendly, the atmosphere had a chill vibe, the bathrooms were really fun lol (you'll have to see for yourself to know what I mean) and there were so many plants! We are so happy to have this as a food option when visiting Bay View.“
