Placed a takeout order for pick up at 4:20. I arrived a few minutes early so they were still finishing it up.

Got my order, went home, and man! This chicken was so good! I was really craving some fried chicken but did not want to drive out to Popeyes nor did I want to deal with their service there.

I’ll definitely be coming here to get my fried chicken cravings.

We did order mashed potatoes and I wasn’t a fan of it. It tasted like instant mash, but it wasn’t anything that a little seasoning at home couldn’t fix.“

“Went to this location for national cheeseburger day. Wow was it busy, but the crew working did a phenomenal job. The guy that was in charge of the fries and yelling out orders pick ups did a great job. Whenever he had a spare second he would ask the people waiting their name and went and checked where we were in the line. Some customers got upset with the wait, but what do you expect on national cheeseburger day when they have a buy one get one deal going on??

“This is a really good Arby's. The food is always in my mind pretty much perfect. The manager is very involved and always asks what I'm waiting for when I go in after placing a mobile order. He always checks on customers that are in the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate the attention he pays to what's going on in his restaurant.“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“New building! The drive through went fast for everyone but us! 2 orders of buffalo tenders, 1 cheese curds and 2 shakes. We knew our arrival because of GPS and realized it took 43 minutes to get our food. They kept going to other cars. We did get a nice apology but not even a coupon for ice cream.“

Most fast food restaurant staff don't care about the presentation but these guys did we liked it so much we went back through a second time. “Wow, this Pizza Hut is amazing. In a day and age where the sit down Pizza Hut restaurants are slowly fading away this one keeps the old school feel while still feeling up to date with the times. The highlight is definitely the staff. “I live less than one mile from the subway in Wales yet I always choose the Delafield location. They have the best customer service, ever. single. time. Their subs are also somehow better than any other subway. Every worker i’ve ever encountered there has always been nice, patient and had excellent customer service. I don’t know how their subs are better than other subways, but if i moved 30 minutes away I’d still make the trip to always come to this subway. Amazing team.“
