“The staff was really friendly. The subs were excellent tasting. Restaurant was clean. Definitely a more nostalgic location, lol. But even though it’s not updated, everything was functional. Only thing I’d like to see improved, is the staff paying better attention when we say things like “really easy on the onions.” They put a lot on when I asked for less of a topping. But that is not enough of a reason to stop going. Will definitely return to this location in the future.“

“Great Place for a burger. Even better for Gluten free people. You can have you burger in a lettuce wrap. A little sloppy but still good. My favorite is a burger in a bowl. French fries are Always the best. May seem pricey but not only worth it, where else can you get a fresh made to order burger and fries cheap.

“This is a really good Arby's. The food is always in my mind pretty much perfect. The manager is very involved and always asks what I'm waiting for when I go in after placing a mobile order. He always checks on customers that are in the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate the attention he pays to what's going on in his restaurant.“

“I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. If there’s any type of reward or something that even I can do to show my appreciation I would love to know! Thanks so much as always!!!!!“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“I come here regularly through the drive through and the food is always great, but don’t come if you are in a hurry… Wait times are regularly 10-20 minutes for drive through even with just one or 2 cars. I even waited 30 minutes once and they had to come outside to ask what i ordered… So now ya just make sure you don’t need to be anywhere, maybe bring a book and you’ll be fine.“

“We haven't been able to eat at George Webb since the Hartford location closed. Since we were in Oconomowoc we stopped for breakfast. What an amazing staff you have. “Met the owner, and advised I was completely shocked at the customer service provided at this location - in a good way! We go in often to pick-up a quick dinner from this location because of Josh! He's amazing and really loves his job! He's funny, and makes my night just a bit better when we are blessed enough to get him. AND - he makes a fantastic sandwich to boot! “We went for our dinner on New Years Eve. We had Wings, Salad Bar and our favorite sodas. Staff was warm and welcoming. Food was very good, salad bar was fresh. Decor was very nice and restaurant was clean. Some of the carpet and booths need some upgrades but overall we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with our ‘holiday’ dinner. “I visited this location around new years and I still cannot find another Jersey Mikes location with the same quality and service as this one. The restaurant was sparkling and the food tasted so fresh! Geneva was extremely enthusiastic and welcoming which made for a great experience. She even made sure to clean everything for me because I’m gluten free and I felt so safe! I can’t wait to visit again!!!“

“I had an amazing experience at MOD Pizza! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. As for the 3 pizzas and 2 salads I had ordered they might have been the best pizzas and salads I’ve ever had.

What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. A worker named Sergio went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. He was friendly, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. Workers like Sergio are what make a place memorable—he’s a true asset to the MOD team.

“We usually go through the drive thru when we are in the area. The other day we went inside and had the best experience. My three boys and I ordered our food and then sat down. Tyler brought us our food and immediately my son dropped his hamburger. Without hesitation he went and got him another hamburger. He was patient and so kind with us.“
