“This place is amazing. We watch travel show that show these style places in Korea and other Asian locations. I can say this is everything we have seen on those videos. We do not have anything like this were we live. We were thrilled to experience this. The staff was so friendly and helpful for us. The food is amazing. It was fresh and flavorful. The broth was delicious. The milk tea was awesome. Our daughter is very picky and she absolutely loved this place. The golden chicken pot with Ramen was her favorite. Highly recommend. This is a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the company of the people you are with. To slow down a bit.“

“First time we tried this place. It was outstanding! The owner Jonas was great offering us samples of both the cucumber lemonade and the tri tip. Loved them both and we would recommend this place to everyone who loves a great barbeque. Clean and polite staff make you want to come back again and again.“

“We hired Double B’s to cater a meal for our extended family after my dad’s memorial service. They came to my mom’s home and had everything set up so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The ordering process was wonderful and they showed so much compassion. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you so much for making our day a bit easier and for showing care as well.“

“If you like delicious food, variety and spicy options then this is for you. You select either bbq or hotpot or both. Then pick meats/veg/noodles and cook them up in front of you. The spicy hotpot was amazing. I tried a lil of everything and it was amazing. I will be going back very soon.“

“I tried this restaurant in support of “Black Restaurant Week”, I got the Beef Brisket meal, the Brisket, Brisket Baked Beans & the Greens were all good, but I didn’t like the fat around the edges of the Brisket, (not a lot of fat overall though which was good), & there could have been more barbecue sauce on the meat, & the side dish portions were way too small for a $17 meal, & the wife/owner could have been friendlier in our brief interaction, the husband/owner was more personable……I would try them out again & maybe try the Brisket Sandwich.“

This is a family business that has been in this exact spot for generations. You have to try the BBQ.. I love the Philly cheese.

“I've had their brisket mac bowl and chicken sandwich, both were delicious. The brisket was smoked just right and melted in your mouth. Added some hickory smoked BBQ sauce and that put it over the top. Their chicken sandwich was just as delicious. The seasoning and taste was phenomenal and their house sauce has a nice blend of smokey and sweet with a slight bite at the end. It accentuated the chicken very well. And their portions are definitely worth the price. I will be going back multiple times that's for sure.“

“Doc's is the best smoked meat in Milwaukee. The portions are satisfying. They have 4+types of sauces. The fries are seasoned just right!! I had a hiccup on a take out order and I called to let them know. The manager was courteous respectful and made it right on another visit. I love the fried pickles. Good food and integrity is a delicious combo. Thanks Doc 😉“

They helped guests with their food, had amazing presentation, and were circulating throughout the venue to ensure everyone had what they needed. “I was driving by and saw this place, figured what the heck. Plenty of parking in the rear. I sat at the bar and the tender was very friendly. But the place was empty, so I was thinking this isn't going to go well. I ordered the brisket and was shocked when they brought this big plate of it. I was even more shocked when it fell apart when I hit with my fork. Then I tasted it and went to heaven. Juicy, tender and a flavorful black pepper rub. Amazingly well done. I'll be back!“

“Alright people - I found another local gem. Fire Side BBQ (7706 W Burleigh) is the bbq restaurant I have been looking for coming from Tennessee. Before anyone comments on that sauce, I ask for extra anytime I hear the restaurant makes their own sauce because I want the full experience of the cook I’m dealing with. The sauce was AMAZING.. but.. THIS. BRISKET. WAS. FIRE! Brisket is the ultimate test to see if you’re dealing with a good BBQ place, and this is the best brisket I have had from a restaurant in Wisconsin. I have also heard their fish fry is outstanding, and to top it off, they have live DJs on Friday nights!! This is such a cool spot and I cannot wait to come back!“

“We came in close to when the bar opened, I think we walked in around 12pm ish. Sam was working at that time (it was Saturday Aug. 8th) and let me tell you!!! She gave us the best experience. Great personality, easy to talk to, down to earth — seriously the best bartender/waitress you guys have!! We had a couple drinks & left to go explore Milwaukee but came back specifically to see her and see the bar during its busy time. The mechanical Bull was an absolute blast, the outdoor patio was great, just an all around great experience. Shout out to Sam for directing us to the public market & being just a great person to chat with! Will definitely be back whenever we visit Milwaukee again“

“Excellent, excellent, excellent. 10/10 for everything except the owners. They are 12/10! Great food, absolutely welcoming and charming. Don’t be lolo like me and wait too long—head to Ono Kine Grindz wiki wiki! It was our Valentine’s Day date-I had the chicken/pork combo plate with carrot pineapple slaw and macaroni salad, my husband has the Hawaiian breakfast. Excellent all around—the POG juice leveled it up even more. I love this place, and I am gladly adding it to my favorites/must haves when we get visitors.“
