“We ordered dessert from Bishop’s Sweets for our 6th Annual Paintings for Pediatrics Gala, and they were an absolute hit! Our guests devoured every bite—many came back for seconds (and even thirds!). The treats were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the quality and flavor were incredible. Chef Shane was a pleasure to work with. We gave him a budget and he created the perfect dessert assortment that fit our event beautifully. Thank you to the Bishop’s Sweets team for helping make our event extra special. “We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. Thank you!!“

“Bread its good. But go early morning otherwise you wont have much options. Prices are high but no where near other bakeries. Mini conchas are 50 cents but 2yrs ago they were 3 for 1 dollar. Floors look dirty but bread is always fresh. They sell bolillos 3 for 1 dollar. They have milk gallons, single slices of cake, can sodas, hot coffee. You can order cakes. They take cash and card. But for card it has to be atleat $5. No restrooms. Parking for around 10cars. They dont accept EBT anymore . Prices are ok and u get ur own little platic bag and plastic glove and choose ur own piece of bread.“

“We tried Mochiring recently and although there was a wait for drinks and hot dogs, I expected it with all of the buzz about this place. The drinks were amazing, the hotdogs are a MUST, especially the number 10. The doughnuts were super fresh and flavorful, I wish they had more flavors to try but I’m sure that will come with time. it’s still very early in their opening process so I understand them working things out. I’m more than happy to wait for food there, it is absolutely worth it. We have been craving it since our first visit!“

Greenfield) with tens of thousands of products in stock, including pans, candy molds, jimmies/quins, food colors, edible images, cake toppers, chocolate/confectioners coatings (love the Key Lime Pie flavor!), packaging and presentation products, candles, wedding toppers, and every tool you could ever want. Special order available if they don't stock it. Knowledgeable staff is very helpful when you aren't a professional baker, but are working on making 200 cupcakes look fun for a church dinner! I've been a customer since 1980's; looking forward to see what they'll add this year.“

“I was incredibly impressed with a caramel cake I purchased. It was truly wa sone of, if not the best, caramel cakes I’ve ever had. I am very critical of baked good because I am a baker myself. She does a masterful job of developing and balancing flavors without her desserts being overly sweet. The texture of her caramel is silky and the flavor was decadent. The cake was the perfect balance of the appropriate moisture and density, especially for caramel cake. I had no issue with my customer service. The prices were more than I was expecting but when I tasted her cake I understood how they are justified. I am eager to try more of her treats. Kudos!“

I'm afraid to eat regular store bought bread that doesnt spoil because of all the chemical preservatives and dough conditioners that are nothing to me but poison to our bodies.
