The atmosphere is wonderful, there are cute decorations throughout the place and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The food was excellent too, with a lot of variety on the menu. “Good morning. My wife and I visited the Spring Mills location yesterday.
The food was actually very good and the service was excellent. The cocktails were well made and the menu had a good variety of options. Overall we enjoyed our visit.
One small detail stood out, though, and it’s really about attention to presentation. I noticed the restaurant uses nice quality paper napkins, which was a pleasant touch, but the silverware didn’t match the overall quality of the dining experience.
Considering the menu prices ($18–$35 per entrée) and the quality of the food and service, I expected sturdier and better-maintained utensils. The fork at my table was extremely thin, scratched up, and looked worn to the point that I couldn’t tell if it was clean or just heavily marked. It simply didn’t match the otherwise good experience.
This is a minor detail, but small things like that can affect the overall impression of an otherwise very good restaurant. With the quality of food and service you’re offering, upgrading the silverware would help the dining experience feel more consistent with the rest of the presentation

“Great food and service. The new remodel is still in progress and looking nice with the exception of the new tables. Tables definitely aren’t big enough for 4 people plus that are cheap looking. Old chairs are very comfortable and were kept .. need the tables back! Heard many comments about the lack of table space. We felt bad for the service workers. Please bring back the other tables.“

“this was my second time to red lobster and it was a great experience. food was amazing and the workers there are so friendly and welcoming and helpful and hardworking. props to them. the restaurant is clean and a great atmosphere. my waitress her name was Niki if i’m remembering correctly, she’s so sweet and kind. i’ll be visiting soon again for sure. i loved the parrot isle coconut shrimp and the lobster tails were amazing and perfectly done. 😊😊😊😊 oh and the cheddar bay biscuits were so good and yummy, the pineapple juice was refreshing too“

“Food was fairly good. Ham and cheese omelette was plentiful. The mixure of ham and cheese had a slightly unappealing, slippery mouthfeel. Breakfast potatoes were spot on for my taste. Service was regular. However, void of personality. No problem because I was there to fuel my body. Not be entertained or socialize. Must mention most tables were occupied creating a heavy workload. All things considered I gave a 30% tip.“

“The best food in all Martinsburg, and an exceptional value. The place is clean, and I always feel good about using their restrooms. You can't go wrong with their Pho Bar, Sushi Bar or any of their many deliciously cooked entree's I lived in the area for the last 20 years and if there was a better place to spend my money at I would tell you.“

“We walked in and were seated right away, which was great. At first, we honestly debated leaving because the place was completely silent—no music or TV sound—so the atmosphere felt a little off. But we decided to stay, and we’re really glad we did.
Our server, Jasmine, completely turned the experience around. She was so sweet, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her positive attitude made all the difference. We would absolutely come back just for her service alone!“

“Went November 2025. Molly was our server which enhanced our experience. We both had the fries and burgers. I had the sweet potato fries and had caramel to dip. The burgers filled the buns and was very tasty. Spectacular service. Molly was very friendly and attentive. The dinner was even better knowing your server was checking in. “I have enjoyed the AYCE Seafood Buffet that includes Crablegs, Shrimp, Fried Chicken, Scallops, Salad bar, Hush puppies, Flounder with Stuffed Crabmeat on Wednesday/ Friday/ Saturday nights from 5-10pm. Excellent service, Great Food + Big Screen T.V., Jukebox! I highly recommend! Reservations recommended due to popularity“
