“This is the absolute best restaurant in the tri-state area. The food is superb, the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is like no other restaurant in the area. The bartender is outstanding and very personable. We love the Press Room. We have never been disappointed with any of our meals. The desserts are so scrumptious. 10 of of 10 every time we have visited The Press Room!“

“Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The outdoor seating is amazing bc they have a beautiful walkway and a river that runs through the whole outside seating area. Plants and trees surrounding everything! So amazing. I love it there! Definitely recommend to anybody if they are looking for a great place to dine and relax. Very soothing.“

“I tend to DoorDash a lot when I’m at my office and don’t always have utensils on hand. Almost every restaurant I order from never gives me utensils, napkins, condiments, or they skimp on the portions. Kitzie’s has been great every single time! Food has been fantastic, they give you more than enough supplies to actually eat with and they don’t lower their portion sizes. Very impressed!“

“Great Local “Hole in the Wall”. Bacon Cheese Burger is fantastic!!!
Staff out front cares and learns about their customers. Stephanie (waitress) is awesome! She takes care of you and is the reason I continually return!
The food is good but the staff is the reason I return.“

“We stopped in here before an event at the Apollo and it was my first time trying this place. I thought it was lovely. The decor and atmosphere were very nice. The drinks are a little pricey but very tasty. I tried the lemon drop and cherry blossom martinis The sliders were delicious. The charcuterie board was well put together and good combination of yummy items. I can’t wait to come back again.“
“Always great service and food. It’s such a treat to dine there. I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go again.“

“Great food and service. The new remodel is still in progress and looking nice with the exception of the new tables. Tables definitely aren’t big enough for 4 people plus that are cheap looking. Old chairs are very comfortable and were kept .. need the tables back! Heard many comments about the lack of table space. We felt bad for the service workers. Please bring back the other tables.“

“A small bar with a cozy environment. Nice people. I was there for the band Miranda's Rites performance and the guy behind the bar was slamming drinks as fast as he could but the crowd was large and it was difficult for him to keep up, but he tried like mad.“
“Cute little golf course restaurant with dining options inside, at the bar and outside patio seating. I enjoyed their fish special of red snapper with their mashed potatoes and corn - it was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. And you can't beat dinner with a view...
Looking forward to going back and trying some more options on the menu.“

“Just stopped in for lunch with my boys. The chicken cheese steak was on point. my youngest is picky with his Mac n cheese him and his brother devoured it. Great local spot for food.“

“Food was fairly good. Ham and cheese omelette was plentiful. The mixure of ham and cheese had a slightly unappealing, slippery mouthfeel. Breakfast potatoes were spot on for my taste. Service was regular. However, void of personality. No problem because I was there to fuel my body. Not be entertained or socialize. Must mention most tables were occupied creating a heavy workload. All things considered I gave a 30% tip.“

“The best food in all Martinsburg, and an exceptional value. The place is clean, and I always feel good about using their restrooms. You can't go wrong with their Pho Bar, Sushi Bar or any of their many deliciously cooked entree's I lived in the area for the last 20 years and if there was a better place to spend my money at I would tell you.“
“Since Stephanie started working there...we WILL start coming back again AND I'm "upping" this rating to FIVE stars! ?????We stopped frequenting for about 3 years because the bartending staff was pretty glum and unwelcoming.Yay, Ms. Stephanie for bringing the uppity AND chill vibes back into Pete's! ??“

“Went November 2025. Molly was our server which enhanced our experience. We both had the fries and burgers. I had the sweet potato fries and had caramel to dip. The burgers filled the buns and was very tasty. Spectacular service. Molly was very friendly and attentive. The dinner was even better knowing your server was checking in. She did check in multiple times to see if we needed anything.“

“We walked in and were seated right away, which was great. At first, we honestly debated leaving because the place was completely silent—no music or TV sound—so the atmosphere felt a little off. But we decided to stay, and we’re really glad we did.
Our server, Jasmine, completely turned the experience around. She was so sweet, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her positive attitude made all the difference. We would absolutely come back just for her service alone!“
