“Was in Shepherdstown with a group of friends and we ate here TWICE in one weekend. Great variety to meet everyone's needs (Vegetarian, GF, vegan, meat-eaters alike). The homemade soups were fantastic, salads amazing, sandwiches substantive. Will return next time we are in town!“

“Do yourself a favor and stop here. The sandwiches are amazing! The onion rings are on point! The staff and server went above and beyond to help us with an issue. Kindest people ever!“

“This is one of the cleaner and nicer Subways in the area. I’ll drive the extra few miles to come here rather than the locations in Martinsburg. The bread is always fresh, never stale and hard as a rock. The employees are always nice and the tables are always clean.“

“Our family had a wonderful experience eating lunch here today. The bread was super fresh and the portions exceeded pur expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, and the restaurants was very clean. We would definitely come back again!“

“The girls working were friendly, efficient and happy. The restaurant was clean and neat. When the customers had all been take. Care of Hannah and Nola wiped the counters and prep area down refilled all the condiments and were continually working - not standing around. This location also accepts printed paper coupons from the mail fliers. We WILL definitely be back!!!“

“Went yesterday (July 27th) and a few times before... the manager (Scott) and employees are the best. Re the manager- he's so professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Love the veggie sub warmed with extra avocado. My only criticism: I wish JJ's had black 🫒 but still the sub is great with what's offered. The manager really needs to be commended and he's definitely running a great ship.“

“Since when is Ken from Barbie working at Jersey Mikes in Charles Town? 🤣“
