“Best food ever! I was in town two days and ate dinner there both nights! I had the Big Veg Burger one night and the Creamy Coco Ramen Bowl the 2nd night. Best dishes I ever ate! I am not a huge dessert person but HAD to have the oat milk ice cream both nights! I had chocolate one night and vanilla the 2nd night. Yummy! Super quaint, fresh food, awesome company, and loved talking to Ben and others. They run an awesome business! Wish I had this restaurant in Indiana! I highly recommend! Thank you guys! “Really enjoyed our recent trip to the brewery and the adventure center! We went to the brewery for some very good beers, had an excellent pizza (looking forward to having some ice cream the next time we visit), and were entertained by the fantastic views and the live music. Stayed overnight in one of the cabins next to the brewery. What a fun night! The beds are pretty bare-bones, so I'd recommend bringing an air mattress with you. Overall, we had a great time and are planning our next trip!“

The view of the surrounding countryside is lovely, the wines I tasted were excellent, and the service was really helpful. “I wanted to leave a review for Paddy’s since every other one was negative and not helpful! We are staying in the area for vacation and wanted to go somewhere for dinner. Paddy’s had a wide variety on their menu; Irish food, sandwiches, seafood and specials each night. The restaurant is in a historical building in the heart of Charles Town. We went on a Wednesday night and it was surprisingly pretty busy! We got set right away and food did not take very long either. There seemed to be maybe only 2 servers for a big (2 room) restaurant, but even the service was not too slow- just more laid back. We all enjoyed our food and I especially wanted to note they the wing night special (6 bone in wings for 6 dollars) was awesome! Good wings for a good price! My only complaint is there was no Irish music playing! Overall good experience and if you’re looking for a casual, solid dining experience in the area I would recommend!“

“Visited Cinco de Mayo Bar and Restaurant for dinner and enjoyed a few highlights worth sharing. We started with drinks—a red sangria and a jalapeño margarita. Both were visually appealing and hit the mark on flavor. The sangria was fruity and refreshing, while the margarita had just the right kick without overpowering the drink.

For food, we ordered 12 chicken wings with fries and 4 birria tacos. The wings were hot, crispy, and well-coated in sauce, and the fries were cooked just right. The birria tacos were flavorful, served with consommé on the side, and loaded with tender meat, onion, and cilantro.

Service stood out—Kelly was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her energy added to the experience.

There are a couple of areas for improvement. The music was playing too low, which took away from the energy of the space. A bit more volume would help bring out the vibe the place is clearly going for. Also, the air vents looked overdue for a good cleaning, which was hard to miss when looking around.

That said, I see a lot of potential here and plan to come back earlier in the evening to get a feel for the place when it’s more active. I get that toward closing time, things start winding down. Looking forward to seeing how it feels at full swing.“

But it's a great place for breakfast (and we are there on 4 weekdays as a consequence). So yes it's worth a visit but possibly avoid Sunday as it is a very noisy day.“
