“I go here all the time. It’s very convenient and fast. But I have to ask , what the heck did they do to all the workers? Every location I go to not just the one place the workers seem done with the job. They answer the order differently without care try and be polite at the window but man what did Starbucks do to their workers to make them miserable?“

“This is my favourite Starbucks in the city. The drive through is fast, and the baristas especially the one man who works early in the morning is incredibly friendly. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up any of my drinks and I’ve been here a lot.“

“Oct 31/24 Came here & ordered a grande cappuccino with an apple croissant which was made great & the warmed up croissant made it even better. Tegan was great & so was the overall service, can’t wait to come back even when I need to charge up my scooter when in the area

The Starbucks experience is sometimes a hit and miss, Kris is great but she needs to pay attention to what the customer is adding to their drink order, as the service gets better so will my review“

“Horrible location(inside of a Safeway in a mall) so the parking was terrible and it was convoluted getting to the counter(unfamiliar location) but the drinks were great and there was lots of selection for the food items that we were interested in (cake pops for the 4 yo...lol) service was good. So no real complaints.“

“The staff at this location are always so friendly! I came in the other morning and there was a delay with their espresso machine, so they gave me my drink sticker and asked me to come back another time to have my drink remade (they also gave me a coffee so I didn’t leave empty handed). This location is my favorite however. Even though there are 2 other locations closer to my house and they don't even have nitro I still choose to go the extra distance to attend this location.

“Another Starbucks, another review. I’ve come to realize I don’t love hearing my name called out, but I always feel like I have to give it when they ask. I get it . . . busier places need it to call out when your coffee’s ready. I just don’t really need to hear the play-by-play while it’s being made.

That said, if that’s my biggest complaint today, I guess things are pretty good.

Typically, I complain about the food and food pricing, which is why I never eat here.
On the plus side, this location also has reasonably priced sandwiches and thankfully not everything are 25 cake pops.

“This location is the only place I go. Two years ago I started my new job, and they became apart of my morning routine. They have always given good service, but overtime I realized they had put effort in to learn my name and preferences. Now when I pull up to the drive thru, they greet me personally and remember my order, they write nice messages on my drinks, and when their machine wasn't accepting my card today, they gave me my order on the house. “Good Starbucks. Great location. Unfortunately they have almost no seating and it can be difficult to get a drink or a seat when they are super busy in the middle of the day. This location doesn't give stars if you're a Starbucks member like most locations on campus which can be a downside.“

“Had two meetings today and took them both in the Starbucks. Got a ice pumpkin cream chai, which was absolutely to die for. I'm so happy it's pumpkin season again. They have internet, lots of space, and I spoke with it a headset the whole time and didn't bother anybody. Easily pound and well known location“

“I think there might be more than one Starbucks. I went to the one in the US section. Service was really good, the female attendant was very patient to explain me menu items.as for what I chose for breakfast, didn't enjoy that much the egg, sausage, bacon wrap it's a little bland.

“These employees are complete rockstars for handling the rushes they get with all the students. A little while back I came by and ordered my drink, I paid and walked over to Griffins Landing to grab some food and COMPLETELY forgot about my drink. 3 hours later after studying and finishing class I realized what I had done. I went back and explained the situation and they happily re-made my drink for me even though it was my fault. Having a little bit of grace towards these employees with the workload they sift through daily is the bare minimum we can offer them. Thank you workers!“
