“All the workers at the 50th Street location are absolute gems! Whether it’s your first visit or your 100th, you can always expect a warm welcome and plenty of smiles. This location definitely has its peak busy hours, but the team consistently ensures that customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Great teamwork and morale overall. I definitely recommend this Starbucks, especially if you're in the area“

“I go here all the time. It’s very convenient and fast. But I have to ask , what the heck did they do to all the workers? Every location I go to not just the one place the workers seem done with the job. They answer the order differently without care try and be polite at the window but man what did Starbucks do to their workers to make them miserable?“

The Starbucks experience is sometimes a hit and miss, Kris is great but she needs to pay attention to what the customer is adding to their drink order, as the service gets better so will my review“

**To the manager: close the south door on mid-October, Its getting cold. Put more tables close to the door, you'll see an increase in 10-20% dine in sales. The earlier you do this, the better. Cheers!“

“Last week my wife and I went through the drive-thru at this Starbucks and honestly had one of the best experiences we’ve ever had — and that was all thanks to Rita. From the moment we spoke to her, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional in a very natural way that instantly made our day better.

They didn’t have the Cran Merry drink we were hoping for, but Rita took the time to suggest and make an alternative for us — and somehow she absolutely nailed it. The drink gave us the exact same vibe we were craving, and you could really tell she cared about getting it right, not just rushing us through.

Because of the service we received here, we’ve decided that even though we live in St. Albert, this will be our go-to Starbucks from now on. The level of service we got here is something we honestly haven’t experienced at other Starbucks locations in St. Albert.

“Horrible location(inside of a Safeway in a mall) so the parking was terrible and it was convoluted getting to the counter(unfamiliar location) but the drinks were great and there was lots of selection for the food items that we were interested in (cake pops for the 4 yo...lol) service was good. “The girl who helped me was amazing. I wish I knew her name. But she’s Very pretty and is blonde. Her hair was In a poney tail or bun. “Like most businesses, this location isn’t mistake free BUT unlike a lot of businesses, they’re apologetic, make sure they make it right and often in more ways than they need to. The staff are also generally great and, overall, we’re thankful that this location is our local one.“

I get it . . . busier places need it to call out when your coffee’s ready. I just don’t really need to hear the play-by-play while it’s being made.

Typically, I complain about the food and food pricing, which is why I never eat here.
On the plus side, this location also has reasonably priced sandwiches and thankfully not everything are 25 cake pops.

“Starbucks Commerce Place always serves drinks, particularly my fav dark blend coffee, as it should be - perfect. Sounds super simple, but if they do this right - you know they pay attention to how to make good coffee, and other interesting drinks.“

“Good Starbucks. Great location. Unfortunately they have almost no seating and it can be difficult to get a drink or a seat when they are super busy in the middle of the day. This location doesn't give stars if you're a Starbucks member like most locations on campus which can be a downside.“

“I'm not normally a Starbucks guy but I come here at times with friends when we're doing stuff in Oliver Square. I find this location to be really excellent. Quality staff who really know how to make a proper coffee. A huge upgrade from the clueless college kids who just press a button on the dispenser at far too many coffee joints nowadays. These guys will do it right and with great presentation. Great location and nice interior. Roomy counter but limited seating. In the Summer they have a small outdoor seating area. The refills are free on your coffee while you're on site, which I had no clue about until this place. They went out of their way to tell us this which was above and beyond. It's good strong coffee so we don't take advantage of it often but it's sure a nice deal! Little desserts available as well. My only complaint would be the small size and lack of seating. We've had to physically stand to drink our coffee more than once. Anyway for what it's worth it's my fave Starbucks location in town. Keep up the good work!“

“Great drive thru! Order was great and so friendly on a Saturday morning 8:00! But Im a little disappointed when we went for washroom with my daughter ask for a code. One lady I asked twice for the code and she got annoyed. Working in a morning is not for her or maybe she is not in the mood or what. I think she needs a zip of a coffee for her mood in the morning. She was the Filipina lady.

A little while back I came by and ordered my drink, I paid and walked over to Griffins Landing to grab some food and COMPLETELY forgot about my drink. 3 hours later after studying and finishing class I realized what I had done. I went back and explained the situation and they happily re-made my drink for me even though it was my fault. Having a little bit of grace towards these employees with the workload they sift through daily is the bare minimum we can offer them. Thank you workers!“
