“I go here all the time. It’s very convenient and fast. But I have to ask , what the heck did they do to all the workers? Every location I go to not just the one place the workers seem done with the job. They answer the order differently without care try and be polite at the window but man what did Starbucks do to their workers to make them miserable?“

“This is my favourite Starbucks in the city. The drive through is fast, and the baristas especially the one man who works early in the morning is incredibly friendly. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up any of my drinks and I’ve been here a lot.“

“Horrible location(inside of a Safeway in a mall) so the parking was terrible and it was convoluted getting to the counter(unfamiliar location) but the drinks were great and there was lots of selection for the food items that we were interested in (cake pops for the 4 yo...lol) service was good. So no real complaints.“

I came in the other morning and there was a delay with their espresso machine, so they gave me my drink sticker and asked me to come back another time to have my drink remade (they also gave me a coffee so I didn’t leave empty handed). “Where do I start!!? JASPER GATES STARBUCKS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST STARBUCKS PERIOD!! A good barista is hard to find and this location has been the most consistent with making my particular drink.They are always friendly and have made a point to get to know my name which makes you feel good (it just does!) “Had a bagel with cream cheese to acompany my frappuccino, the resturaunt is spacious, the could fit more tables in there but the opted for space instead.

Parking: There is more parking then tables inside the restaurant.

“I’m travelling for business and was in Starbucks bright and early. Caleb had a kind, pleasant vibe that instantly put me at ease, it made me feel well taken care of, as if all my worries disappear that moment I enjoyed my coffee at Starbucks. I noticed his interaction with other customers was the same, he was greeting people by name. He expressed thanks to one of his co workers in a positive manner.
The music that was playing is an artist Anavitoria, it created a lovely atmosphere. My coffee was perfect!“

“The taste of drinks are real depending on who does make.. id been enjoyed so far but matcha cream coldbrew i ordered taste aweful tonight.
Cream already melting down and mixed with coldbrew when I pick it up(picked up within 5 mins), asked extra ice but ice barely left, and taste nothing..“

“The lady behind the till was very nice. It was a couple minutes before close and I asked if she was taking any more orders. She said of course and took my drink down. She didn't look upset no sass no huffing. It was very nice compared to some situations I've had where I've been told off for trying right before close.I felt kinda bad, so I left her a nice tip. “Another Starbucks, another review. I’ve come to realize I don’t love hearing my name called out, but I always feel like I have to give it when they ask. I get it . . . busier places need it to call out when your coffee’s ready. I just don’t really need to hear the play-by-play while it’s being made.

That said, if that’s my biggest complaint today, I guess things are pretty good.

Typically, I complain about the food and food pricing, which is why I never eat here.
On the plus side, this location also has reasonably priced sandwiches and thankfully not everything are 25 cake pops.

“Super busy on the Sunday afternoon I visited this fall, but the staff were doing really well to keep up with orders and get everyone's drinks in a reasonable amount of time. There is a good amount of seating for chatting or working and this location also has a drive through, which gets a lot of traffic.“

“I've been a frequent flyer at starbucks for many moons now. Visiting dozens if not hundreds of locations all over the world.
This location is my favorite however. Even though there are 2 other locations closer to my house and they don't even have nitro I still choose to go the extra distance to attend this location.

“To the people that were complaining about the drive thru, how about you go inside and work as a barista? Christmas Eve, 1 person taking orders, another taking drive thru and only 2 workers making coffee. These baristas are making nonstop coffees for 6 hours straight at least. If you’re complaining when people are working as hard as they can, then go make your own coffee.“

“I’m a regular here and the staff are so lovely. They always greet me by name and with a smile every morning and I even shared with them when I got engaged and they were all super happy for me! “Good Starbucks. Great location. Unfortunately they have almost no seating and it can be difficult to get a drink or a seat when they are super busy in the middle of the day. This location doesn't give stars if you're a Starbucks member like most locations on campus which can be a downside.“

“This location is the only place I go. Two years ago I started my new job, and they became apart of my morning routine. They have always given good service, but overtime I realized they had put effort in to learn my name and preferences. Now when I pull up to the drive thru, they greet me personally and remember my order, they write nice messages on my drinks, and when their machine wasn't accepting my card today, they gave me my order on the house. “I think there might be more than one Starbucks. I went to the one in the US section. Service was really good, the female attendant was very patient to explain me menu items.as for what I chose for breakfast, didn't enjoy that much the egg, sausage, bacon wrap it's a little bland.

“I had a carrot muffin and a tea. I find it hard to believe that I could not have get a plain cup of tea they had all flavoured teas I asked for just plain black tea. The girl behind the counter was having a difficult time understanding what I was asking. So I just said yes to the next tea she pointed to. I ask what ever happened to just plain black tea or coffee these days

Parking: I’m not sure about the parking. I did not look around at the parking. I was walking with a wheelchair. There was however, plenty of parking there and handicap parking available.
