“This was our first time and it was absolutely excellent from start to finish! The manager, Brandon, was SO genuinely welcoming and accommodating. Our server, Parker, was flawless and so much fun (request him!). Every dish was perfectly cooked, refined and full of flavor (smoked salmon, fried green tomatoes, fried oysters, rainbow trout, swordfish with andouille, ribeye with truffle fondue). The cocktails and wine all perfect. Will definitely return and want to thank Blueprint for a truly wonderful experience!“

“We're not huge fans of Greek food, but we tried Tasty Town, mainly for convenience. We had planned a very packed day of sight-seeing in Birmingham on a Saturday. It seemed that hardly any eatery would be open and there wasn't time allowance to drive out of the downtown area, without being late for the next activity. Thus, we settled on a mid-afternoon lunch/dinner at Tasty Town. Honestly, both of us thought it was better than we had anticipated and the service and location were top notch. Thanks, Tasty Town! “First time visit last night. Holy cow. Talk about amazing food. Ordered the Palmero (sp) pizza and salad. I felt like I was in Italy. The ingredients are so fresh tasting. Cant say enough about their pizza. Thin crust. Able to enjoy the pizza and not have a mouth full of bread. Fast service. Love the professionalism of the owner / bakers. They had on a chef coats and “Italy” caps. The place was extremely clean and VERY inviting. My friend that I went with used the facilités and she came out and was remarking how awesome the bathrooms even were. Def will be eating there again and again. Welcome to Trussville.“

“Best ceviche I have ever had - and I’m from a costal state where it’s very popular. The atmosphere was great and our waiter was awesome! I had the Masa Custed Trout - 10 out of 10!! My son had Barbaccoa quesadilla, it was great too! Little one had a bacon quesadilla he ate ALL of it shocking for put 9 yo! Seriously though, go! You won’t regret it!!“

“When I walked in the door, I was greeted by someone. I was told there would be a 5 minute wait to sit down. It didn’t take the whole 5 minutes for me and two additional people to be seated. The business was quite full but everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves, smiling and eating. As soon as we were seated a waitress took our drink orders along with our food. We received our drinks right away. It took approximately 10 minutes for us to get our food. The food was delicious. I am impressed. Great service overall. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“We have eaten here a number of times and have always had great meals. This visit was disappointing. The service was good, but the food was not up to the quality we expected. I started with a soup of the day that was Conecuh sausage and corn. I don't know what I was expecting, but it was $7 and not very good. Very little corn and three little pieces of sausage in it and very spicy.   My entrée was fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It was very salty and several pieces of the chicken were kind of rubbery. I left pasta in the dish which is unusual for me. My wife had the ravioli which she has had several times before and she said it was not up to the quality that she had had previously. We will probably be returning at some point, but not soon.“
