“The coffee and atmosphere is amazing. I could tell they were understaffed when I came, yet both of the staff members were the sweetest and kept apologizing for the wait on our açaí bowl. I got an iced oat milk latte with cinnamon and honey (The Roosevelt) and it was one of the best lattes I have ever had!!!!! However, our bowl we received was not very good. The base was completely frozen and we could not get through it. Additionally, the bananas were so unripe that they were crunchy and had no flavor to them. This has nothing to do with the staff working as they were both so sweet and kind and made sure me and my girlfriend were taken care of, but I feel as though the açaí bowl should have been better due to the price. I adore this location and the coffee, but I would probably not try any açaí bowls from them again.“

“I stopped by the location in Montgomery by chance a few weeks ago, and loved their coffee. Was so pleased to see we have our own location in Birmingham as well! I got the cold brew with macadamia milk, and it was great! The store is bright and airy, and the baristas are helpful, kind, and efficient. There is street parking nearby for visitors.

Vegetarian options: bagels, pastries, yogurt, dairy and nondairy milk.

“I meet clients at coffee shops all over the Birmingham metro, but I don't like coffee. I can usually find something else to drink, but the non-coffee drinks are almost always overpriced and bland. That's definitely not the case at Buck Creek Coffee. Their smoothies are delicious, and I appreciate that they allow me to create my own combinations of flavors. During the cold months, their hot chocolate is also top-notch. One of the greatest benefits is how friendly they are to other local businesses. The owners are constantly going out of their way to help the businesses that frequent their shop in any way they can, and I've had several potential clients reach out because the DeVitos recommended me. My only negative is that I wish they were open later in the day.“

“Oh man where do I start??! The taste of this coffee is divine. The baristas are quick and kind, easily able to become your next besties. This place has not just coffee, but also REAL chai and REAL matcha from REAL ethical and sustainable sources. Need a snack? They’ve got everything from full breakfast meals to snacks before lunch to lunchtime sandwiches. All of this and it’s conveniently located in the downtown region center see you can pop by before doing your banking business! There anything more convenient or helpful??? “I purchased the 20 Oz Americano with vanilla, Simple Syrup, and heavy whipping cream. It was pretty good. I didn't eat anything, but I noticed someone eating a sandwich, and it looked delicious.

I gave the Atmosphere a 3 star... the chairs are hard with this really long bench, and I would remove that and do the cushioned chairs that they have in place of that.“

“We just had the best breakfast EVER! It started with the excellent service from the greeting we received when we walked in the door to our fabulous waitress Brianna. It’s getting harder and harder to find good service but this place excels in this area. On top of the service the food is delicious. We had the French Toast stuffed with peaches which was Amazing and the Hot Chicken and French Toast Bites - FABULOUS!!! We highly recommend this restaurant. We will be repeat customers for sure!!!!“

“My legal assistant and I went to check out the new find, "MeMe's Coffee and Deli," and we were not disappointed. We discovered a coffee shop serving food, karaoke, theme days like Taco Tuesdays, etc. We had our hands full already from our walk today and were not able to get much, but we ordered coffee and hot chocolate, and let me tell you, I am picky about my hot chocolate. I am hooked from the first sip of it. Plan on going there tomorrow for lunch.“

“Hoover Library not only has an extensive variety of documents, books, movies and others media, the place is a relaxing one and the East 59 cofé adds the good coffee and the lights food when the snack time comes. It's not an extensive variety of dishes but is well designed for the place. The coffee is good. Not being excellent is consistent with the strongest and flavor.“

“I LOVE this shop! I’ve been a customer for around 3 years. There are a ton of flavors of both shakes and teas. The owner and staff are fantastic and have developed friendships with so many of their regular customers. I love going in and several of them already know which tea I’m probably going to order. They have the absolute best protein shakes of any restaurant/shop I’ve been to. And the loaded teas not only have a ton of flavor options, they have caffeine level options along with add-ins such as extra hydration, collagen, etc. The shop also sells jewelry, bags, t- shirts, and other fun items. It’s fantastic to have such a great shop in McCalla!“
