He as respectful, cordial, attentive and sociable; attributes that will take anyone to higher heights. He handled the position like a seasoned professional. Oh!, by the way the food was delicious and cooked to perfection, complements to the kitchen staff. Not to be forgotten, the MOD stopped by our table with greetings.”

“If Google got rid of all the reviews more than a few years old, this place would have a perfect five-star rating. Clean. Simple aesthetic. Japanese caliber service and respect from staff. Great portions. Incredible value. Had sashimi, sushi rolls, rice, and soup. Five stars on every single item. Even the vegetables were incredibly fresh alongside the other food items mentioned. Nothing frozen. I will be back, and I will be back often. They even have an incredibly good little menu for kids. So glad to find traditional Japanese food and culture so close to home in Hoover and Bluff Park.”

“The food taste great. But hot and sour soup seafood for two had two shrimp. That’s it for the seafood hot and sour soup, dinner menu. The dumplings are delicious but the most tiny container of sauce, for eight dumplings! Feeling a little cranky. Never a question of flavor, it’s the best.”

“Food was good. My husband really enjoyed the sushi with the exception of the 'white tuna'. Not sure that was actually tuna. My husband stated the texture was a little off so maybe it was the fake tuna, the escolar. But other than that, all the other fish he had was excellent. I had the steak bento box and I guess I should have expected this with the rise in beef prices, but it did seem like there was way too much broccoli hidden under the steak pieces. The vegetable tempura was perfect. The young man that waited on us was super nice and the service was excellent. I think my biggest complaint was how the staff started sweeping up around us as we were trying to finish our food. We arrived about 8 PM which was an hour before they are scheduled to close. They turned the televisions off and started cleaning and sweeping about 8:45. Yes, we were the last people there, and I realize they wanted to leave and get home to their families, but imagine trying to eat while people are stirring up dust all around you by sweeping. We were finished and out the door at about 8:55.”

“Absolutely fantastic food! Everything we tried was delicious: pho, pad Thai, bibimbap, and mandu. The Vietnamese coffee was phenomenal as well. The food came quickly and everyone was very friendly. Great place to eat!”

“Last night my husband and I ate dinner at Firebirds. Our steaks were INCREDIBLE. They could compete with Fleming’s or Perry’s. Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was quick and very kind (she had on a David Yurman cross pendant, young and light brown hair). I do recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday/Saturday night. As we were leaving, we heard the hostess say it would be a 3 hour wait for the party that just arrived. Will be back!”

“This place has delicious food that will leave you feeling right. Everything is good and simple, they don't overcomplicate the ingredients and the food tastes clean. It's become my go-to place to eat when I'm sick and don't want to cook because of this. I usually get the lunch specials, the kababs and great and the bread is perfectly crispy and chewy.”

“We have always enjoyed Baha Burger. Due to medical issues, it’s been some time since we last ate there. The owner was always so courteous to us and eager for us try new things. He introduced me to the delicious remoulade that is a must for all things I order. However, our most recent experience made us feel differently. I know people have off days. We are all entitled to them….BUT…while we were eating, we overheard the owner yelling at the cook (he was standing directly behind us) about how many tater tots he put on my sons plate. He said it was too much for a child portion and went on and on about it. There were nine tater tots on his plate and he ate them all. My son overheard him yelling at the cook and asked me if he should give some of them back. That hurt my heart that my five year old felt guilty eating a meal that was set in front of him. I’m sure we will still give them our business because the food is amazing. I just hope the owner understands that sometimes things should be handled differently. Nine tater tots was not a true reason to have gotten so upset. Now if it had been ten….😜”

“Love Clean Eatz. I stumbled across them on a Google search for healthy food establishments as I’m in the process of losing weight and they were one of the top choices to try. Since I tried them out, I have been coming back if I don’t bring a meal with me to work. Thus far have lost 20 pounds thanks to them and the great food they provide. “I had lost hope in Ihops ... my last several visits to other locations especially the one closest to my home were horrible experiences. This IHOP was by far the best one I've been at in years. The service was friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant was very clean. The wait for food was minimal and the taste was amazing. I only wished I lived closer to this location. So if you like me vowed to never go back to another IHOP... give this location a try... you won't be disappointed.”

“Okay as someone who LOVES acai bowls and have had them at multiple different places in different cities, I must admit that Farm Bowl and Juice Company has the best and cutest açaí bowls I've ever had! I've been twice so far since the opening and it taste amazing, I wish I could afford to eat it every single day! I love the atmosphere as well. I normally go to other juice bars and açaí places in Tuscaloosa, but Farm Bowls is so much closer to my home. So between it being close to home, the best açaí bowls ever, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere, I am SOLD!”
