The golf simulators were a hit with my team, as well as the shuffleboard and pin bowling. The place is very clean and there is ample parking outside. It's also located in a nice area.

“They have a good variety of sushi as well as appetizers and other Japanese dishes. My absolute favorite is their tuna tartar appetizer. They have some crunch added to the meat that gives it a nice texture while not affecting the flavor. I also tried the cucumber wrapped sushi. Not bad, I just felt that the sauce needed to be a bit thicker to stick to the cucumber. So flavor was a bit lacking when eaten even though it is on the plate in front of you.”

I definitely recommend this small restaurant; it has great healthy options on the menu, the place is very clean, and the young lady was very kind. I will definitely be back soon.”

“Last night my husband and I ate dinner at Firebirds. Our steaks were INCREDIBLE. They could compete with Fleming’s or Perry’s. Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was quick and very kind (she had on a David Yurman cross pendant, young and light brown hair). I do recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday/Saturday night. As we were leaving, we heard the hostess say it would be a 3 hour wait for the party that just arrived. Will be back!”

It's become my go-to place to eat when I'm sick and don't want to cook because of this. I usually get the lunch specials, the kababs and great and the bread is perfectly crispy and chewy.”

“We have always enjoyed Baha Burger. Due to medical issues, it’s been some time since we last ate there. The owner was always so courteous to us and eager for us try new things. He introduced me to the delicious remoulade that is a must for all things I order. However, our most recent experience made us feel differently. I know people have off days. We are all entitled to them….BUT…while we were eating, we overheard the owner yelling at the cook (he was standing directly behind us) about how many tater tots he put on my sons plate. He said it was too much for a child portion and went on and on about it. There were nine tater tots on his plate and he ate them all. My son overheard him yelling at the cook and asked me if he should give some of them back. That hurt my heart that my five year old felt guilty eating a meal that was set in front of him. I’m sure we will still give them our business because the food is amazing. I just hope the owner understands that sometimes things should be handled differently. Nine tater tots was not a true reason to have gotten so upset. Now if it had been ten….😜”

“We visited this great spot in the gorgeous Ross Bridge neighborhood to try something new for my son's birthday meal. Because of the intense Alabama heat, we chose to sit inside, though they have a really nice screened-in patio available. The restaurant is intimate but well laid out, featuring a couple of distinct dining areas and a bar.

Since it was our first time, our server, Daniella, recommended the candied bacon bombs to start. They came with a side of cheese curds, and both were absolutely delicious. Even as small as the curds were, they had a perfect cheese pull!

For our mains, I ordered the cowboy burger with an added egg and a side of sweet potato fries, while my son chose the shrimp and grits. My burger was incredible, a solid 9.5 out of 10. My son rated his shrimp and grits a 7, though he has a lot of experience with that dish to compare it to.

Daniella provided fantastic service, checking in at just the right times without hovering. I later realized I forgot to ask if they do anything special for birthdays, but honestly, my son was probably glad I forgot!

Overall, it was a great meal, excellent service, and a very cool environment.”

The manager Aubrey quickly figured out how to organize the transaction and remained patient and friendly through the process. I appreciated the outstanding customer service. We were able to get breakfast and a stash of various pastries. All in all, it was a good compensation for an extended layover and resulted in far more value than buying anything at the airport.
I travel all over North America weekly and occasionally visit Europe and South America. Comparing directly, I'd say Edgar's stands out as a very good option, and it certainly ranks high among the best in Birmingham. Thank you!”

“Love Clean Eatz. I stumbled across them on a Google search for healthy food establishments as I’m in the process of losing weight and they were one of the top choices to try. Since I tried them out, I have been coming back if I don’t bring a meal with me to work. Thus far have lost 20 pounds thanks to them and the great food they provide. Definitely recommend the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the Mac n cheese. It is amazing!”

“My son and I stopped in for breakfast after not visiting this location for a few years. It was just as busy as we remembered, but thankfully, we did not have to wait for a table.

Our server was Gonzalo, if I am remembering the spelling correctly. He greeted us promptly, took our drink orders, and gave us plenty of time to browse the extensive menu before deciding what we wanted.

Despite how busy the restaurant was, our food arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and everything was delicious. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese anytime tacos and ordered a side of avocado. So yummy!! In my opinion, it is a far better choice than Waffle House for breakfast. I mean, they have several syrups to choose from! Yum!”

“Okay as someone who LOVES acai bowls and have had them at multiple different places in different cities, I must admit that Farm Bowl and Juice Company has the best and cutest açaí bowls I've ever had! I've been twice so far since the opening and it taste amazing, I wish I could afford to eat it every single day! I love the atmosphere as well. I normally go to other juice bars and açaí places in Tuscaloosa, but Farm Bowls is so much closer to my home. “It has been years, maybe even a decade since I’ve last experienced the greatness that is ivory LeShore’s white chocolate break pudding. I first ran into him at the proper place farmers market and often visited him across the city.

In 2019, I took a new career path and moved across the country. This weekend I found myself home and had previously coordinated to have two 9inch bread puddings sent to a local address. They just arrived in the mail (next day shipping) and I just had my first slice. It immediately transported me back into a place of comfort with the first bits. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture before cutting into It however I do have a second one that is currently in the freezer and will be making the trip across country with me.
