“Went in to grab a quick lunch and chose the Italian sub. Everything on it was fresh and the meat used was of good quality as well. It's nice to be able to get a sub and actually taste the individual ingredients instead of the usual bland mess thrown at us by most chains.“
“I had Kool Korner sandwiches bookmarked for a while now. I regret so much that I didn't get the opportunity to support this wonderful establishment prior to the owner passing away recently. My mom and I came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There was a decent crowd dining inside and outside. The ordering process is straightforward. I ordered a regular classic cuban with chips and a drink. My mom had a regular pastrami with chips and a drink. We spent roughly $23; not bad for what we ordered. This is definitely the best Cuban I've had locally! The bread is absolutely amazing!!! This is what makes the sandwich. In the future , I will add more pickles as well as mustard. I really enjoyed my first time here and will be back to try more menu items. Got my eye on the beef empanada!!!“

“A B'ham classic with exceptional dogs, every time. The hot beef is delectable. As is the super cheese, all the way. Whenever I'm in town, I make a trip or two to Sam's. The new location has plenty of space and good lighting. Food served quick.“

“Firehouse seems to be pretty consistent from my experience but this staff was great!! It was a young high school student appeared to be in charge and she was fantastic! So mature and way beyond her years in professionalism. I was super impressed. Food was really good. Restaurant was clean. Impressed for sure!!“
“Grabbing lunch on our way through AL. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We experienced a couple of mistakes with our order, but they were promptly corrected and all was good.Hubby had the Spud Max and I had the Choose 2 (chili + veggie spud). Yummy lunch!“

“It's your standard Subway. It's conveniently located for me. I use the app to place pickup orders and it's easy to just go get my order once the pickup time has arrived. I haven't eaten in the store but when I go in for pickup, it always looks clean. The restaurant doesn't always participate in the deals that show via the app so be mindful of that.“
“My go to place for a good fast meal. The subs I get are just the way I want. The service is great. However, I am perplexed that the establishment is void of customers when I visit after work hours. Good for me on my way to an event at the BJCC or the not to far away high school.Parking: Parking is in rear of building away from the front entrance.“
“Wasn't good at all employee didn't wash there hand after handling money, or at anytime all, they grab the gloves and put them on. And the meat that they put on the sandwiches don't worth the price you pay for the sandwich, I have worked at subway before and I know the recipe for the sandwiches, for the 6inch tuna it's 3 scoops, the young lady that done my 6inch tuna she did half scoops, and spreaded it from end to end,. So sad for the price and this was the subway on Allison bonnet memorial drive, they didn't have onions from what they said, and soggy bell peppers, TIGHTEN UP SUBWAY IN ALLIsON BONNETT D O BETTER OR ???????“

“Everything was good and fresh they just didn't add enough meat I had a corn beef sandwich and they put about four thin slices for about ten dollars it doesn't make sense it needed more but I will think about maybe going back.Wheelchair accessibility: No access to store I had to walk down the way to get access.“

“This is by far one of the cleanest Subway that I've seen in a long time. Upon entering I also noticed how the chips and soda cooler were well stocked. The two young ladies working that evening made my purchase so enjoyable. Debra was so helpful in helping me to make a decision on the kind of sandwich I should try. She was so knowledgeable on the ingredients. You could really feel that she loves her job and takes pride in making sure the customers have a very good experience. Danny also took great pride in preparing my sandwich. Giving great customer service is so important because it equates to happy and repeat customers. I pass by 4 Subways to get to this location . “I wish I could have posted my Philly Cheesesteak with mushrooms, but I was so hungry I ate it so fast. Yummy! The owner is from Philly and knows what a Philly cheesesteak should look like, taste like, and the bread, soft and perfect. It is somewhat about the bread! So if you want to get a real Philly Cheesesteak, this is the first place I've found, and I'm from South of Tuscaloosa!
