“Just visited Jack's in pleasant Grove, Al. The young manager was outstanding. I'm 60years old and retired Navy and I've never seen a fast food manager praise their employees on the spot! I didn't get her name, but a short black young lady with a piercing in top lip. She should be in a front office somewhere, her attitude is infectious! I love the positive vibes!“

“M.p is great! Everytime I come in she is doing her best and it truly shows. Even when there’s a line of people out the door she is making and doing everything as quickly and diligently as possible with a smile on her face. She is the reason I continue to come back. Prices have gone up way too much and they don’t honor coupons majority of the time at this location and the atmosphere is just so so; but mp keeps us coming back with her amazing customer service!“

“Shamefully,I'm late to the party & this was my first time trying Freddy's. I was pleasantly surprised & it was definitely worth the wait. From the time I was greeted until I received my order the crew provided exceptional service. The manager with the red hair was very polite, professional,& accommodating. The manager & her crew worked together effortlessly to deliver my order in a timely manner. They really exceeded my expectations & it's safe to say I'm an official "Freddy's Fan"!!😁“

“The only complaint was the wait. Once you get your food, you forget about the wait. You won't get anything that's been sitting under a heat lamp! Normally get chicken but ventured out and got a catfish filet plate. THREE pieces at cap ds wouldn't equal one of Green Acres filets. Some of the best I've ever eaten.“

“Wings and okra are delicious Just need to clean their front door it’s covered in dirt and gunk It’s filthy If customers can see that I wonder what is in the kitchen..bathroom you can smell it entering the door and today I saw a huge roach crawling around inside. I probably won’t be eating here again.“

“Fantastic Five Guys at Stadium Trace in Hoover. This Five Guys is not a corporate location but a local franchise, so the prices are reasonable. Great burger and the fries are the best in Hoover. Come Fall, their outdoor seating area will be a great option for seating. (Even today it was comfortable).“

“SLOW!….I waited over 20 minutes for a 6 piece combo. The fries were dark brown but if you get cajun ranch on them then they are good. Also the prices are higher than other wing places. The wings are good though. I just don’t like that the ‘medium’ wing sauce is HOT. Next time I will get the ‘Mild’ wing sauce.“

“Unfortunately we were that last minute customer. A late ending event, traffic delays due to heavy rain, 10 minutes before closing, and we pull up. The staff provided outstanding service, and delicious food as though we were the first customers of the day. The up-sale VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! As much as I love fried pies..totally slipped my mind, until asked. I bought all they had left.“

“The way that Milo's is set up now, you cannot go on the inside. Everyone goes through the drive-thru. The food don't seem as good as it used to be but it was not the worst. At the drive-thru they really don't give you a chance to finish your order before they try to rush you around to the side, I have to tell them to wait I have another order. When you first drive up they just asked you your order, they don't speak but I speak to them.“

“I was a customer at the Hueytown location today (March 29th) around 12:15. I ate there and ordered a grilled salmon which was just amazing. The lady working the front register was also working the drive thru as well. She did an excellent job even though she was doing both she had a"(genuine) smile on her face. As busy as she was She made me feel like I was her only customer. She even brought my tray to the table with the sauces included. I forgot to get her name before I left so I called and asked if I could have the name of the cashier currently working ⁷and she was who answered my phone call. she was just as delightful over the phone as she was in person. “I stopped by the Adamsville Sonic for a quick bite, but my experience was just average. The drive-in service was slow, and it took a while to get my order. The food was nothing special - the burger patty was overcooked and the fries were lukewarm. The "super sonic" bacon cheeseburger was lacking in flavor and the bacon was crispy to the point of being burnt. The staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but overall, this Sonic visit was unremarkable. Not bad, not great, just meh.“

“This used to be our favorite place to eat but the last couple of times we have gotten breakfast it was completely wrong and had to be redone. I decided to do an online mobile order today I ordered a single gravy biscuit meal, a double gravy biscuit, a bacon biscuit, a sausage biscuit, and an ultimate big bacon breakfast sandwich. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:53am. I arrived at 10:00am with my order no where to be found and no names on any of it and no receipts. I ended up being there for an hour and a very nice young lady came up and said what was your order again so I showed her. She took it on herself to get my order together and ended up giving me two double gravy biscuits, two sausage biscuits, a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and the ultimate big bacon breakfast sandwich as well as my mocha iced coffee, and the cup for the sprite. I truly appreciate her efforts but would have loved for my order to be right. I never got the bacon biscuit I ordered for my daughter. The other issue I noticed is that everyone was trying to be a manager and no one except the one young lady was trying to be polite and nice to all the customers. I know you all have a very stressful job especially when you have customers that are very picky and get mad and take it out on you. My suggestion to make things better would be specifically assign someone to work on the mobile orders, assign 2 people to the front register one to take orders and one to bag orders, and assign two people to the drive thru one to take the orders and one to bag the orders. Finally actually allow the manager to do there job and be the manager. This post is updated today Nov. 2, 2024“

“We recently switched to this location due to problems at another one. Boy, did we make the right decision! Absolutely everything was cooked to perfection. It reminded me of being a kid and going to Pizza Hut. We had a pepperoni pan pizza that was crispy and delicious!! 10/10!!! and the chicken Alfredo pasta was fabulous! 10/10.. I picked it up on the way home after a long day at work and it made our night great. Thank you to the people that run this location!“
