“This place is a hidden gem in Pleasant Grove. 15-20 minutes from Birmingham and with the drive. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. The food is very fresh and delicious, you can tell there's a lot of love put into it. There are American choices for the less adventurous eaters and children's menu, also vegetarian options! My personal favorites are the falafel plate, Greek salad, tahini sauce, hummus and baklava. All homemade! Go try it, you won't be disappointed!“

“This was our first visit to Jubilee Joe's, but it won't be our last. The food we ordered was amazing. The Etouffè was the best I have ever eaten, wonderful flavor and a nice kick of heat. “I had such a beautiful birthday dining experience at Brock’s, and I absolutely had to leave a review. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, everything felt warm, elevated, and intentional.

The lamb chops were cooked to perfection — medium, exactly the way I requested them — tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. The au gratin potatoes (white & sweet)were rich and comforting and were absolutely divine. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.

I also enjoyed the roasted red pepper soup and ended the evening with the berry trifle dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish to a wonderful meal. You can tell care goes into both the presentation and the quality of the food.

What made the evening even more special was the exceptional service from Kat. She was attentive, kind, professional, and helped make my birthday dinner feel genuinely celebrated. I truly appreciated the signed birthday card and the extra touches that made the experience feel personal instead of rushed or routine.

In a time when great customer service can sometimes feel rare, Brock’s delivered both outstanding food and hospitality. I left feeling full, celebrated, and grateful for such a memorable evening.

Be prepared to decide quickly as you go down the line. DO NOT BE ON YOUR PHONE! I know this sounds harsh but this is how they are able get a lot of people fed. The drink menu was elevated but felt extremely short for a cocktail lounge. The staff did a great job, but were clearly struggling to keep up with the crowd.
