He gave me a heads-up that everything is cooked to order now, and the short wait was 100% worth it for fresh food. You can tell the team works hard. While waiting for my burger, the manager had to step in the kitchen and he and the cook were crushing it together when it got busy. Clean restrooms and top-tier service. I’ll definitely be coming back more often!“

“came here with friends after shopping nearby. We ordered several different burgers so we could try each other’s food. Mine was flavorful and the bun was soft without being overly sweet. The restaurant had a casual atmosphere that worked well for a quick meal. We stayed longer than planned just talking and finishing our drinks.“

“I began working a few streets over from Lovebite and after having my first Love Box of dumplings, I am hooked! I eat here at least twice a week if not more. Easiest place to order and grab lunch during my workday!

The food is always perfect, their dumplings are perfectly filled and bursting with flavor! The noodles and kewpie mayo dressing are addicting, their coconut rice is sweet and savory in all the right ways and the greens are fresh and the perfect add-on to every box.

Ordering is fast and easy because of the small menu! Don't be fooled by the small menu though, the few items they do are better than you'd find them at any other restaurant!

Lastly, Lovebite staff are always a happy face to greet you. They are sweet and funny and represent Lovebite beautifully!“

“The ice cream was really good, and the employees were super friendly, which I definitely appreciated!

One thing I found a little odd was that I wasn’t allowed to add toppings to my ice cream cone. I’m not sure if that’s just the store’s policy, but it seemed a little unusual since toppings are usually an option regardless of whether you get a cone or a cup.

Another thing I noticed was that when we pulled up, the business looked completely closed. All of the exterior signs were off, including the drive-thru menu light. We actually had to go inside to ask if they were still open because the door was unlocked, and they said they were. They still had about an hour left before closing, so it was a little confusing. I’m not sure if the lights had been turned off intentionally or if it was just an oversight, but it definitely gave the impression that they were already closed.

Overall, the customer service was great, and everyone was very kind. I just think a few small changes would make the experience even better.“

“As I read these reviews on here. Nothing compares to the service I experienced yesterday. Rudeness. No friendly smile or welcoming. Me and my friend had to seat ourselves. I live in the barrio too! Had a friend help me with repairs on my truck and thought I would treat him to Rosita’s. My friend came from the westside to help me out. What a disappointment!! The owner got to tell the staff to not frown and look like the love their Job. Waited for service and when we got it. We were treated like we weren’t welcome. I finally went up and paid for chips and drinks and canceled order and left. Went next door and treated much better. I ate here before. It’s a hit or miss on good food. “We walked in early Saturday evening about 45 min before they close. We had just been next door at Frasher's Smokehouse & after the food was delivered to our table, a few bites taken, we walked out. If you want to know why you'll have to read the review. I had eating breakfast at one of the d'Lite locations years ago & remember it being good. We were hungry & even though my sister was nervous about the "Healthy" term in their title, I convinced her to give it a try. The place was empty, it took a minute before the employees noticed someone walked in the door - but that was fine as it gave us time to look through their rather extensive menu. Point of note, "healthy" doesn't mean tofu, sprouts, vegan stuff so don't let the name deter you from trying d'Lite. Healthy also means organic & locally grown foods, in addition to recycling. We had a good laugh with the young lady behind the counter, telling her how bad Frasher's was & why we were now at d'Lite. We ordered the Croissant 'Wich and Turkey Avocado Club, along with their detox juice. When I exclaimed happily "they recycle", that gal mentioned the owners are into not destroying Mother Earth ... then she hands us plastic straws. So now I say to the owners, banish the straws. :-) The food came out hot and both sandwiches were very good. The detox juice was from a Tempe company; it was made w/ pineapple, apple, spinach, and kale - heavy on the pineapple. From a non-spinach or kale loving person, it was also tasty. All in all, I would totally visit d'Lite again.“

“Absolutely loved my experience here! The pizza was hot, fresh, and seriously delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly, the toppings were generous, and the crust had that perfect crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside thing going on.
But honestly, the food wasn’t even the only thing that stood out. The staff were genuinely so friendly and helpful, and everyone was really welcoming. You could tell they actually cared about making sure everything was right, which I really appreciated.
