I ordered the egg and cheese sandwich on sourdough bread, together with a self service coffe ( with delicious french vanilla coffee mate ?) The sandwich was lovely and crispy and extremely tasty. Indoor seating is available and there's a nice relaxed vibe inside. Great value prices for the US. Also available were yoghurt pots, fruit pots, cold drinks, crisps etc.... “One of the best Sandwich Shop’s in Phoenix! Sacks is a great place to be able to grab a quick healthy lunch in the Downtown area!

My go-to is The Improve, which is basically an entire Thanksgiving meal wrapped up into a sandwich, with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on a baguette! I also really enjoy their potato salad, and you can’t skip on their treats! They have an amazing lemon bars and their cookies are top notch!“

“I usually don’t review more casual restaurants, but I felt it to be worthwhile to note that the staff has always been excellent here in the little over 2 years that this location has been open.The last time I went there on Friday, I had placed a mobile order rather late (like a minute before I pulled up). Once I got to the window, the level of customer service I received baffled me. I was told in the absolute nicest way that the order was just printed up on their side and it would be a little bit before it would be done. Lol. It took like 30 seconds. I was thanked, and sent on my way.Honestly, the guys there were so nice that I felt like I had something in my teeth or something, but I didn’t! Maybe I can't explain how genuine and nice these guys were, but I drove off a little and said to my wife, no, I need to go in and say something, so I got my lazy self out of the car, walked in, and gave the gentleman a tip because I was just so impressed. I haven’t had service at this level in a casual establishment since pre COVID and it was a breath of fresh air. I have been going to this JJ’s since it opened and will continue to do so!(The team was 2 younger men, a taller black man who made this delicious treasure, and a thinner looking white male. Vegetarian options: The veggie rocks. It's literally just cheese and 'freebies' But pair that with JJ's amazing bread and you have a game changer.“

“Not all Subways are alike. I usually order on the app and pick up these days. They almost always have my order ready ahead of me arriving. I don't know the guy's name that was making my sandwiches last time but he seemed to be in charge there and he was really pleasant and made a great sandwich. I was dreading a big line and got lucky nobody was there until I was leaving. He had a nice demeanor and made everything perfectly. He said enjoy the sandwiches and I really did. I even tipped him a few bucks. I've been eating Subway for so many years and it's nice to see someone that likes their job and does it well.“

It was the lunch rush and only a single sandwich artist by herself. But I got to say bravo she handled the line and mutiple order's extremely well .“

“I’ve been enjoying various Port of Subs, in various states, for over 45 years. They are the O. G. of freshly sliced meats and cheeses. My orders usually vacillate between the Hot Pastrami and the Number One. Today was Hot Pastrami. I ordered ahead online and it was ready when I arrived 15 mins later, still piping hot. They’ve always offered white, wheat and sourdough bread. For the past few years they’ve offered a specialty bread, like Parmesan Swiss. Between the freshly baked bread, crisp veggies, creative shakers (like oil and vinegar) and the variety of meats, Port of Subs remains the top of the mountain. Oh, they also offer rewards points.“
