“So I did a mobile order here at the very last second this early afternoon. Upon arriving at the drive thru, I encountered 3 male employees. 1st was to get my receipt, a young Hispanic male, very polite welcoming. The 2nd was an older Hispanic gentleman who was out making sure the drive thru remained cleaned and professional looking. He was also sweet and friendly. 3rd was another tall young Hispanic male at the pick-up window. He was super nice, fast, repeated my order to me, and was presentable.
Heck, all 3 employees were very presentable!
All 3 even seemed happy to be working and didn't look fake happy or miserable like the employees in other places.
I've done their job before and I know it isn't easy.
I appreciate and love that the 1st and 3rd employees REPEATED my order back to me! That tells me they are attentive to detail and get it right the first time.
Did I mention everything was fresh, especially the ice in my coke!

“On one of the hottest days this summer in the Gilbert area, Boba Tealight really hit the spot. Nice, cold and refreshing boba tea options. So many flavors to choose from. I opted for a large taro milk tea with boba. Just the right level of sweetness and the boba were the perfect texture. Very refreshing and cool. I would definitely recommend Boba Tealight to my family and friends and will be back to try more of the other delicious flavors.“

“We typically go to the coffee rush on Gilbert and Baseline and this day we decided to try the one on val vista and Elliot. The two guys working the register were so super nice and friendly. I asked for a no sugar hit drink, he nailed it with the sugar free caramel mocha latte with almondmilk. My son got the strawberry chiller but thought it was WAY too sugary so he had gone back up and asked if they can add anything to tone it down but they said they'd have to just remake it. We didn't want them to have to do that. We also got the cupcake I think it might have been strawberry white chocolate and that too was way too sweet. So needless to say 2/3 we struck out. We stayed and played cards which was a vibe all on its own. We will still be back because it's a cool spot.“

“My new obsession! Wow! My family and I love yogurt but now we are stocked with Culture Clash Yogurt! Love all the different flavors! I tried the Pineapple Guava with Lemon Curd and that was insane! Then for a dessert like treat we had Peanut butter with an espresso topping and pecan crumble! I cannot get enough. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!

“Me and my daughter-in-law visited last Saturday evening. What a wonderful place! The guy who was at the front counter was so friendly and helpful with the menu items. I had the Peach Cobbler Chai (LOVED IT!!!) and my daughter-in-law had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Chai (Yummy as well!!!). It's a great place to sit and talk, bring kids (they have board games) and listen to live music. I will definitely be back!“

I’m just visiting Phoenix for the day and stopped in for my cold sweet treat and it was totally worth it. I got the blended blackout and was the perfect mix of coffee and sweet without being too much of either. The staff are chill and friendly, their choices of music are a vibe. The inside is nice and calm and good for studying or if you’re just having coffee with a friend. If I’m back in town I’d definitely come by!“
