“So I did a mobile order here at the very last second this early afternoon. Upon arriving at the drive thru, I encountered 3 male employees. 1st was to get my receipt, a young Hispanic male, very polite welcoming. The 2nd was an older Hispanic gentleman who was out making sure the drive thru remained cleaned and professional looking. He was also sweet and friendly. 3rd was another tall young Hispanic male at the pick-up window. He was super nice, fast, repeated my order to me, and was presentable.
Heck, all 3 employees were very presentable!
All 3 even seemed happy to be working and didn't look fake happy or miserable like the employees in other places.
I've done their job before and I know it isn't easy.
I appreciate and love that the 1st and 3rd employees REPEATED my order back to me! That tells me they are attentive to detail and get it right the first time.
Did I mention everything was fresh, especially the ice in my coke!

“Best coffee so far on this trip. Been to several other coffee places in the area and between the vastness of the menu (you have to look at the full menu on line, what is displayed in the store is the generic coffee/tea offerings). Gonna be back before I leave to try a few other items.

Cold Brew is more expensive than regular ice coffee. I wish you'd order flavored Chobani Creamers. They are the best creamers. The cost to add non dairy milk, should be exempt because coffee is expensive enough. You don't charge for regular cream or milk. Shouldn't charge for non dairy substitute. You do have good coffee and great staff!“
