Only thing was, surprised I sat there fire a few minutes before greeted and offered a drink, and it wasn't very busy, bartender even helped someone that arrived after me... I got over it as they were great after that, maybe you just need to be more assertive. But I don't like to be pushy.“

I thought it was a bit warm in there but my wife said she was comfy so maybe it was just me.“

“we have always enjoyed the excellent food and service. Kai is a special place to celebrate! All the items we enjoyed from each selection! The only mishap was the duck. The accompaniment with duck was delicious unfortunately the duck was tough and very chewy no matter how we sliced it. My main was the bison filet it was superb, tender juicy and flavorful. “My sister and aunt came here today and we all really liked what we ordered! They ordered the potato pancake combo and said the potato pancakes were unique and one of the best they ever had. I had biscuit and gravy, eggs, hashbrowns, and ham. It was all good as well. We liked the thick cuts of country bacon and homemade hashbrowns.Our server, Marci, was very down-to-earth and friendly! We all really liked her as well. But looking around, it was obvious that many of the servers had a great rapport with the regulars. “I came here for my 63rd birthday. I ordered this to go at the outside window. I received my order really fast, which was great, but....No napkins or Utensils were given. Luckily, I had baby wipes in my car, and I had a plastic fork, but all honestly, this should have been provided, and I should not have to ask for it. The Sandwich was fantastic ? but the coleslaw was kind of dry ?“

One day I was leaving Fox cigars and decided to walk in and check it out. FINALLY !!! After all these years I found not only pizza, but Italian food just like back home. It truly is the best pizza in Az. The owners make you feel like you're back in your old pizza joint. Everyone is very warm and friendly. And to make things even better, they have Drakes cakes. But they go fast. With everything I just stated about Buonos, the great thing it's right around the corner from my house. Just like back home. Thank you guys!! “If you're hungry and love tacos, you're in luck. Santa Madre serves up tasty tacos and they do it with a smile. Be warned, the restaurant is small and the clientele knows how good the food is. So, finding seating can be a challenge. The carne asada tacos are favorites of mine. If I'm in a grab-and-go mode, it's the burrito version for me with a healthy squirt of the chipotle sauce to heat up the tongue. Their al pastor is amazing and some best I’ve eaten - it has the right balance of heat and sweet. One of the things I appreciate is the fresh condiments bar, especially their smokey chipotle sauce. They have a nice variety of toppings, including: cabbage, cilantro and onions, cucumbers, pickled onions, coleslaw, and jalapeños. They also had a balanced selection of salsas and other sauces. The chipotle is a "must-try." I like to pour it on top of the coleslaw you put on the tacos. Their rice and beans are not just something to take up space. They are simply good eats.Nothing is hidden from the customer. Everything is cooked on the griddle to order, right where you can see what's going on. The only thing to remember is they close early at 8:00 pm. So if you want a late night snack or dinner, you're out of luck. The place is not fancy. However, Santa Madre is the perfect example that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. You get a great meal at a good price, with excellent service, from very nice folks. Well done.“
