“Today i went in to get my coffee but their espresso machine was down! but the employees handled it so well and they were so polite and apologetic offering customers refunds for the inconvenience. It didn’t bug me! I just ended up getting a pink drink with some cold foam and it ended up so good. One of the best I’ve ever had. i hope no one gave the employees a hard time!“

“We was on our way to Vegas and stopped at the Starbucks for a medicine ball it was so good they kept us up it kept us warm it was about 4:30 a.m. in the morning and they was open and cheerful and happy these people must really love their job cuz they was very happy to see people morning people are the best thank “

“I discovered this place on a billboard. The coffee sizes on the billboard make the drinks look way bigger than what you actually get. I was shocked when the drink I got was able to be held in one hand. A little disappointed but the coffee was great and the free wifi allowed me to settle my defamation case with Jason Earles from the comfort of my laptop.“

“This used to be my go to Starbucks as it was on my way to work. Their drive thru can get busy, but they do a great job of moving it along quickly. Have gotten a few incorrect drinks here, but it happens. Staff is always very friendly. I always make sure to stop here if I'm in the area.“

Store was pretty busy and only two people working, that’s looks overwhelming, BUT Jayden was awesome, he wasn’t taking shortcuts on my drink and he actually shook my tea, something I struggle to find anymore when I visit a store and though it was crazy, Jayden was giving good service and it didn’t take too terribly long for my drink to come out so Thankyou for holding it together Jayden, hopefully you’ll get some support in the store“

“Went through the DriveThru and JP handled our transaction. Super nice, very funny and asked us about our day :) Really made our lunch break fun and we left with smiles on our faces. Literally every time we go here, there's always someone that's so nice! Will definitely keep going here :)“

“The drinks and food at this location always come out great and I haven’t gotten a wrong order which is awesome. however, the customer service is not great. My boyfriend and I always come after the gym and have had the same guy at the window named Luke who has not ever been nice or friendly to us. we’ve asked him for straws and napkins and he has just walked away or started taking an order over the headset while handing out drink to us every time. the other staff has always been very friendly or asked how our day was and made sure we got everything we needed before we left, but he just kind of stands there blank faced and very monotoned the whole interaction. I totally understand everyone has their mornings where you are just tired or zone out, but it has been every single time we’ve come through the drive through. I have worked and still work at multiple coffee shops so this just seems kinda unprofessional to have this same attitude every single morning :(“

“The barista this morning made the best Frappuccino I've had in awhile, she was great. Really redeemed Starbucks and a negative experience I've had at a nearby Starbucks at Safeway. This one is consistent. Always good staff and good drinks.“

“Shout out to this heroic crew. I stop by once a day on my way to work and they’re always slammed and efficient as heck.

This location is a drive-thru with outside seating, so no lobby. When I worked for Starbucks, drive-thru was the hardest part - I’m impressed that that’s ALL THEY DO and they nail it. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable.

My drink is an iced coffee with no classic and a splash of 1/2 n 1/2. A “splash” is subjective, so I’m never upset when a barista goes overboard or doesn’t put enough in my coffee, but these workers get me.

Happy to continue coming here because the workers are fantastic.“

“Nice spot to grab a cup of coffee. Picked this location for a meeting and the space itself was perfect but the music was very loud. Didn't take away from the delicious cup of coffee and nice staff but not where I would go if I needed quiet.“

“I highly recommend this starbucks in target. The service, friendliness, and personable atmosphere is amazing, especially from Casey. The coffee is always super hot the way it is suppose to be. I go to different starbucks and this one is the best one.“

“Had a phenomenal customer service experience here with multiple employees from my initial phone call(to see if they could make my drink if I got there like a minute before they closed) that was answered by Jeff who was extremely polite and courteous,then when I got to the drive thru window I was greeted by Karen and Braven who both had smiling faces and welcoming personalities…they took the time to listen to me explain how the one and only one drink I get from Starbucks is made completely different every time I get it at different locations.. not only that they went above and beyond to come up with a suggested method on how to order my drink .. by the way it’s the “Frozen tropical citrus with strawberry puree energy drink)… these two with their welcoming, accommodating and cheerful personalities not to mention their patience coupled with their willingness(no hesitation and complexity unexpected by me) to brainstorm and problem solve was by far one of THE BEST customer service experiences I’ve had with any company hands down… I will be a repeat customer at this location for sure now.. thanks again to all three of you I truly appreciate it!!“

“These folks went out of the way to take care of us. We had our campus Bible talk (Thursday nights at 8 p.m.) We bought some loaves and some muffins and they warmed them and cut them up for us and had a great attitude about it. I really appreciate the positive attitude of the people that work at this Starbucks, and I think it's ridiculous that they don't get tips! They certainly deserve them!“

“Carlos and entire staff are extremely helpful and they contend with a busy location (lobby) that stays open until 11 p.m. and a drive-thru that stays open until 11:30. They are also well stocked with food. Great job!

Manager Hannah and entire staff very friendly and on 3/22/25, the staff stepped up to help shelter a victim of Domestic Violence that happened at their location - well done.“

I came to get a Strawberry Açaí with lemonade, and in the process of making my order, the person at the counter was friendly and courteous. The other baristas were busy and seemed to be cheerful.

I received my drink in a reasonable amount of time, and it was made the way I asked. Easy ice and a small amount of dehydrated strawberries.

The place was lightly occupied, and the counters and surrounding glass and counters were clean. The accessories counter was stocked and clean, and the trash was not overflowing. It appeared that the glass windows were clean too. I didn’t use the restroom, so I’m not sure about the cleanliness in them.

In short… it was a great visit.“

“To clarify it's inside the chase building not on the street. Now the inside is beautiful and since it's inside the chase bank building there are no homeless asking for money and very little lines. Nice huge interior and the man I spoke with behind the counter was down to earth and respectful. It is Aramark owned and not a corporate store, also as of 5/15/17 there is no chip reader only swipe for payment. The inside is huge lots of room and very relaxing when you walk in you can feel the difference.“

“This location seems to always get it right! Never had a bad experience. Very friendly, quick , and awesome service especially when Andrew is working. Can’t go wrong with this place! I always get coffee from Starbucks, and some locations are hit or miss,but not this one…they are always on point!“

“The one at MU is has great service! Opens early in the morning till late in the evening, which is pretty convinient for someone who is on campus the whole day! Only drawback, long queue, it takes about 15-20 mins during a rush hour to get a coffee.“

“It's a smaller Starbucks than the other stand-alone branches. This one is located in the State Farm building. To find it, once in the Marina Heights parking spot, look for the green umbrellas.The service was pretty quick, and on the weekends, there was hardly a line. However, on the weekdays, this place can get pretty packed..Just keep in mind, for this location, even if you buy something they will still charge you 54 cents (a nominal fee) for water unless you bring your own container. ;)“

“I just went through and picked up an app order. I always get a nitro cold brew and ask for it to be in a larger cup. In other states, I’ve always had to ask for ice and this location added the ice without me asking and having to wait. It’s the little things in life!“

“I ordered the wrong drink but it was still a pretty tasty afternoon treat. I didn't like that my large drink was filled the same size as my medium and the staff didn't tell me they were out of non dairy options until i had already paid and they handed me my drink. What can you do, not all locations are created equal. ????“
