“I discovered this place on a billboard. The coffee sizes on the billboard make the drinks look way bigger than what you actually get. I was shocked when the drink I got was able to be held in one hand. A little disappointed but the coffee was great and the free wifi allowed me to settle my defamation case with Jason Earles from the comfort of my laptop.“
“Talisha is so friendly and prompt! ? My Saturday morning routine is to get a hot nonfat latte to sip while I do my shopping. Never disappointed. Worth your time to go here when you're out and about, regardless that there's a freestanding location in the parking lot!“

“Nice spot to grab a cup of coffee. Picked this location for a meeting and the space itself was perfect but the music was very loud. Didn't take away from the delicious cup of coffee and nice staff but not where I would go if I needed quiet.“
“Wanted to give a shout out to shift lead Bry, Super kind and welcoming. It was super busy when I came in and he was on top of it with directing his staff and getting orders out well also taking orders himself. Had amazing customer service even though they were super busy was still very personable with me. Food and drink came out perfect and super quick, especially with how busy they were! Bry Really left a great impression on me, will definitely be back just for their customer service alone, the awesome coffee and food is just a bonus“

Store was pretty busy and only two people working, that’s looks overwhelming, BUT Jayden was awesome, he wasn’t taking shortcuts on my drink and he actually shook my tea, something I struggle to find anymore when I visit a store and though it was crazy, Jayden was giving good service and it didn’t take too terribly long for my drink to come out so Thankyou for holding it together Jayden, hopefully you’ll get some support in the store“

This location is a drive-thru with outside seating, so no lobby. When I worked for Starbucks, drive-thru was the hardest part - I’m impressed that that’s ALL THEY DO and they nail it. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable.
My drink is an iced coffee with no classic and a splash of 1/2 n 1/2. A “splash” is subjective, so I’m never upset when a barista goes overboard or doesn’t put enough in my coffee, but these workers get me.

“Such a busy place! Full of college and HS students. Love the vibe. The food is the same as everywhere :) because of the tournament they ran out of many items in the menu. I enjoyed having coffee and people watching. Overall fast and efficient service, don’t worry if you see a long line . It seems to go by fast.“
“Not only does this Starbucks provide just the right amount of hustle and bustle to keep the study areas from being too quiet, but it’s also just quiet enough to study.

“To clarify it's inside the chase building not on the street. Now the inside is beautiful and since it's inside the chase bank building there are no homeless asking for money and very little lines. Nice huge interior and the man I spoke with behind the counter was down to earth and respectful. It is Aramark owned and not a corporate store, also as of 5/15/17 there is no chip reader only swipe for payment. The inside is huge lots of room and very relaxing when you walk in you can feel the difference.“
“Had a phenomenal customer service experience here with multiple employees from my initial phone call(to see if they could make my drink if I got there like a minute before they closed) that was answered by Jeff who was extremely polite and courteous,then when I got to the drive thru window I was greeted by Karen and Braven who both had smiling faces and welcoming personalities…they took the time to listen to me explain how the one and only one drink I get from Starbucks is made completely different every time I get it at different locations.. not only that they went above and beyond to come up with a suggested method on how to order my drink .. by the way it’s the “Frozen tropical citrus with strawberry puree energy drink)… these two with their welcoming, accommodating and cheerful personalities not to mention their patience coupled with their willingness(no hesitation and complexity unexpected by me) to brainstorm and problem solve was by far one of THE BEST customer service experiences I’ve had with any company hands down… I will be a repeat customer at this location for sure now.. thanks again to all three of you I truly appreciate it!!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks, super convenient to do homework and get jacked on espresso. All the baristas are super kind and really fast. If you don’t know what to order, ask Jennifer, I think she is the manager and was voted best barista in all of Arizona at the annual statewide barista 1v1 tournament and is super creative with what drinks and flavors she thinks of!

“Tiffany is absolutely the best barista. Her Customer Service is over the top. She knows what I’m ordering the moment I pull up , super friendly., bubbly personality . Customer Service is what keeps me coming back to an establishment . We go there about once or twice a week and she calls us her regulars. I love it. “The one at MU is has great service! Opens early in the morning till late in the evening, which is pretty convinient for someone who is on campus the whole day! Only drawback, long queue, it takes about 15-20 mins during a rush hour to get a coffee.“
“I just went through and picked up an app order. I always get a nitro cold brew and ask for it to be in a larger cup. In other states, I’ve always had to ask for ice and this location added the ice without me asking and having to wait. It’s the little things in life!“
“It's a smaller Starbucks than the other stand-alone branches. This one is located in the State Farm building. To find it, once in the Marina Heights parking spot, look for the green umbrellas.The service was pretty quick, and on the weekends, there was hardly a line. However, on the weekdays, this place can get pretty packed..Just keep in mind, for this location, even if you buy something they will still charge you 54 cents (a nominal fee) for water unless you bring your own container. ;)“
“Today i went in to get my coffee but their espresso machine was down! but the employees handled it so well and they were so polite and apologetic offering customers refunds for the inconvenience. It didn’t bug me! I just ended up getting a pink drink with some cold foam and it ended up so good. One of the best I’ve ever had. i hope no one gave the employees a hard time!“
