“It's difficult not to order their pizzas, which are inspired. But do try because their entrees are pure comfort dressed in cozy sauces. The rigatoni con salsiccia is generous with the sausage and mushrooms and a rich pink tomato sauce that I wanted to eat like a soup. And the sauce on the pollo tallgegio beautifully complements the chicken, spinach and noodles. Save room for the rich and creamy tiramisu (brandy AND amaretto, they don't mess around.) You can always take one of their famous pizzas home to reheat for the next night's dinner!“

PS After we finished my Birthday dinner, I played Billy Joel's song "Scene from an Italian Restaurant" while awaiting the Check. And the red and white checkered table cloths are a Great touch. “Great 2nd location for some of the best pizza in Tucson. Pasta, salads, wings, and sandwiches are also available. My wife's favorite is the Veggie Lasagna(get there early for that, they often sell out). Very nice beer selection with 20 taps, wine and full bar is also there. Hang out in the bar, chill in the dinning room or sit in the outdoor patio, there is even a place for the kids to play.“

“We live near Bazils and eat there quite often. The owners, Max and Sandy ate lovely, and the waiters and waitresses do a wonderful job of serving. The Italian food is the best in town. The marinara and salad dressing are especially good. Too, the other offerings such as veal and steak dishes, and their escargot and cheese bread are delicious.“

“I stopped in at Sauce Pizza & Wine for dinner and ordered the broccoli cheddar pasta with chicken, and it was a great meal. The dish was full of flavor—the creamy cheddar sauce, tender broccoli, and perfectly cooked pasta all worked together really well. The chicken was cooked nicely. For how tasty and satisfying it was, the price felt very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of the ingredients and great taste.

The service was excellent—friendly, and attentive—which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and relaxed, making it a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a flavorful meal.

“Listen. You need to come here. Let’s start with the pizza. No one *doesn’t* like pizza. But this isn’t a chain pizza. This is good pizza: chewy and delicious, but not too thick and doesn’t overpower the toppings. The dough has rise, the bottom is crispy. The toppings and sauce have real flavor.
But that’s not even the hero of this story. We split a meatball sub, and I’m gonna be honest I was expecting something average. It’s just a meatball sub, right? Wrong. When I say this sub was on a different level… I mean the bread is perfection, the softest, fluffiest, warm goodness that you can smoosh down for the perfect bite. And the balance in the ratio of sauce to meat to cheese! Did I mention he doesn’t skimp on the meatballs and they’re seasoned through and juicy? Must be his nonna’s recipe. Best meatball sub I’ve ever had, hands down.“

“I found Sushi-kito on a quick google search on a Tuesday afternoon and decided to take my son. When we walked in it was empty but to be expected on a summer afternoon in the restaurant world. The host/server greeted us promptly and was very nice. She told us about the awesome Tuesday special they have, 2 California rolls for $20 bucks, I looked at the menu and I believe it's about $20 for 1 normally. We decided to order them, one carne asada and one shrimp. I also decided to get the shrimp cocktail. Upon arriving I had no clue that this was a Mexican infusion so I was surprised but everything tasted great, we got our rolls fried and they roll them in panko crumbs and boy was that amazing. They also put a small portion of crab salad and the plate and that was such a nice surprise. The food was made fresh and came out in a timely manner. Our server was fantastic and so nice, she ended up giving my son ice-cream at the end because she said when her son was very small he LOVED ice-cream so she always keeps some on hand for the kids. Definitely give this place a try, it's worth it and for the summer Tuesday deal you can't beat it.“

“The high stars are for service and a clean establishment. The pizza was well cooked and they gave a generous amount of toppings. But, this pizza lacked in flavor absent of herbs and garlic or anything to make the sauce stand out whatsoever. My recommendation would be to work on the sauce as everything else is in the steps of the right direction lastly the bacon “flakes” I personally did not care for that. Similar to the fake bacon that some people put in salads texture and flavor off putting.“

“Carlito was fabulous. My dad passed away 2 years ago ago and I fly in from Texas to treat my mom to a couple days at the resort. Our 1st stay was in June of 2024 for her 1st wedding anniversary alone. We had reservations at PY steakhouse, but our plans changed. I still wanted to have a nice dinner at the resort. So we tried Bellissimo and loved it. We enjoyed the bottle and bread special they had this visit and we were still able to keep our reservations at PY steakhouse this year for an amazing celebration of life for him.
