“I was in the area so decided to stop in for a frap. It is the best frap I have ever had, way better than the ones i normally get at a Starbucks. I got a treat for me and my toddler and was impressed by the fact that children get a free cookie there. Thank you so much for an awesome experience!!“

They've got all the classics – juicy burgers, piled-high sandwiches, and comforting breakfast platters – done right. “Lovely cafe. We try to go at least once a week! The staff are always so nice and efficient, even in busy times.
Drinkwise: I would recommend the Vietnamese latte or the mocha. But you can’t go wrong with any drink.

Foodwise:
The chocolate chip cookies used to be better (fluffier/thicker) when they first opened but they must’ve changed their recipe as they're too thin nowadays. My fiancé misses the original muffins as well, they’re more like cakes now which can be a bit too rich in the mornings.“

“Other than maybe not being able to find a seat, Old Hand has been in my top 5 coffee shops for a few years.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and a low-key vibe for coffee dates or study sessions. A well-run establishment.

Parking: Does not have their own parking lot, but has a parking lot across the street, or parallel parking along the road in front of the store. IF it's a very busy day it can be difficult to find a close parking spot, but a little walk is good for you.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, plastic cups available for drinks/water and lots of snacks. Bench seating available. Space for kids to move.

Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp from the road to the sidewalk is not in front of the store, might have to detour if needed (the store is in the middle of the block). Entrance IS wheelchair accessible, slight incline into the store, but no stairs. The ordering counter is a bit high which could be seen as an issue for some - but staff are always helpful. The bathroom is very spacious.“

“About a year ago I was in the drive thru I just lost my job literally at that moment and was crying and upset and the the lady asked me me what was and they got together and gave me a gift card and paid for all my stuff and that made me cry even more ..it was the sweetest thing I’ve had anyone do for me in a long time. for some reason, it always pops into my heads and I think about that day now . “They say that with age comes wisdom and they would be right. Culminating in the Rose Room is homemade soups sauces and entrees but we can't forget about the homemade desserts too. You get a satisfying meal for a very very, yes that's, that are affordable with quality ingredients and made by hand by the chef on site who knows his stuff. I have very high standards and I actually even tried to work with them they're that good. So not only value but quality you won't be disappointed at the Rose Room.“

“Fruatration when they do not read the order, there was to be no foam, and recieved it with lots of foam? So they did remake it, but it also came with foam?? Did not say anything the 2nd time, just left.

I ordered 2 drinks, so I moved the second cup to read if it was also mine and was reprimanded about it not being my drink as if I was being an inconvenience(I guess fair point I was lol). I mean, I get it, work is busy and stressful. That's why I did not want to interrupt and ask for clarification. But damn, watch out for the morning rush if you aren't familiar with Starbucks etiquette!“

“I'm there at least 2-3×s a week for their egg wrap, mocha frap, no problems with the staff, but what I don't get is1) why aren't their tables wiped down at all, if it's dirty we wipe it so we can sit there the garbage goes on to the floor (not swiped).Not very Hygiene2) There are people sitting at the table with their laptops not eating nor drinking instead they use the place for their internet, etc..... which means people that wants to eat there they can't......(there should be a time limit), not enough seating area to allow the "internet/hang out usage without purchases.Needs (alot) of improvements & limits of seating time.“

“Best Farmers Wrap I’ve ever had, my friend had the same and agrees it was phenomenal. My partner always asks for ketchup on their breakfast sandwich and they ALWAYS forget at different locations but HERE they REMEMBERED! These people are rockstars. I wish I could have tipped. Blowing through town, first correct order I’ve received from Tim Hortons in like 9 months. My friend has a very niche tea order and it was also stand-out excellent. This is the spot. This is the one. This is the way.“

“It's located on the main floor of the hospital, so the food/drink is great, and they do their best to get things out as fast as possible, but the nurses/doctors/other workers lined up together with other customers can get really long, like over 30 people, so if you don't have patience at those times this is not the Starbies for you!

“I really love seeing a former Starbucks become a locally owned cafe! The Palm is really, really cool. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone else make coffee like they do.

I will say, the sweet treats are worth it, but the breakfast/lunch sandwiches have room for improvement. They taste good, but I do think they’re priced a bit too high.

Regardless, you should definitely consider grabbing a drink here if you’re at High Street.“

“Always have a wonderful experience at Duft and Co. Bakehouse in Downtown Abbotsford. Their fresh doughnuts and Crossiants are amazing, and I love their iced Spanish coffee. They’re super kind people as well :) 10/10 recommend you won’t be disappointed!!! 🤍“

“I know I said I did not like Starbucks in one review. However, I had a gift card that I had to use, so I went to the one in the Abbotsford Sevenoaks Mall. I used it to order something from their secret menu. I am afraid to say the name of the concoction since it might prohibit my review or even suspend my account. All I can tell you is that it is made with 4 shots of espresso and 4 pumps of white chocolate syrup over ice in a grande cup. It tasted amazing and the employee that took my order was very nice and lenient about it. Thank you.“

“I went in to try a different location and ISAAC definitely pulled through with going above and beyond the expected quality of customer service.
