“Visited Tim Hortons yesterday and has a great experience. Prabh was friendly and polite and served my order quickly when store was extreme busy in the morning. On the other hand talking about the manager or maybe supervisor over there. The girl who wear blue t-shirt there she’s very rude. I can truly see how other employees are also working hard. But some employees need to fix their rudeness at work.

“The Tim’s in SFU is always super busy, but even then, the staff is always super kind, efficient. Honestly, when your options are Starbucks or Renaissance (both of which are pretty overpriced for a college student on the daily, this Tim’s is great. Also love the workspace around it.“

“Me and my family come here often and are regulars, especially at the drive-thru at night, and tonight we had such a great experience with Jash! Just wanted to take out the time to appreciate her service, other customers also agreed with us on how outgoing and positive she is, making our visits so much more enjoyable. She was so kind, friendly, and helpful. She made the whole process really smooth, from taking our order and making sure everything showed correctly on the screen to getting our order ready. She was polite, clear, and efficient the whole time.

“Visited Burnaby’s 6641 Kingsway location during a busy afternoon. The place was lively, with a friendly vibe and a few locals chatting at the counter. Staff were mostly attentive—my barista made my coffee quickly and with a warm smile. The doughnuts were tasty, though slightly pricey for the size. Parking was easy on the side streets, but the counter got crowded during peak hours. One minor hiccup: a server seemed rushed, but overall, the service was pleasant. Maybe more training could help smooth out occasional hiccups, but it’s a solid spot for a quick treat.“

“I stopped here on a weekly basis to grab breakfast before work. Happy to give this place a four out of five stars. One of my biggest feedbacks for this location, would be to try and avoid getting eggshells in the eggs. Almost every time I get a breakfast wrap, there’s egg shells in it.

Not a dealbreaker of a situation, just some feedback for the team there. Overall service is quick and I will continue to keep coming here.“

“Giving 5 stars because I'm in here almost daily. It's always extremely busy and the staff work non stop. I'm sure it must be a hard job to deal with so many different types of people and remembering orders etc.

“I ordered the iced Capp first I waited 15 min all the customers get there expect me who was waiting for my coffee after wait they gave water in name of their iced capp it is always same when I order that coffee and then they told me machine is not working so fix it this is most busiest tim hortons

“Not the best location because it’s very cramped, but the staff were very nice and got everything correct! The food was good as it usually is though it took a little bit longer than usual because there’s less staff working than in most other places. Overall it was a good experience and it was worth the wait“

““I have visited many Tim Hortons locations, but I have never experienced behavior like this from a manager anywhere else. My experience with the manager here was very disappointing. The manager often speaks rudely to staff in front of customers, which is embarrassing and unprofessional.

A workplace should be respectful and supportive, but here the environment sometimes feels stressful because of the manager’s behavior. It feels like there may be personal frustration or issues behind this attitude, but whatever the reason, it should not affect how employees are treated.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way staff are treated in the future.”“

“I have been a regular customer of Tim Hortons for many years. I have always found the coffee to be very good and the tea options to be excellent. The food is also very good and reasonably priced.I have never had any problems with the service at this location, but I would like to mention that it has been my experience that if you are in a hurry, it is best not to go on weekdays during the morning rush hour , as there may be a slight delay in getting your order taken and your food prepared.The staff is generally very friendly and efficient! Great job!“
