“I dislike all drinking teas, so have coffee with my afternoon tea. I commented to out server, that it would have been much preferable to have coffee served in an individual French Press, rather than from a thermos (not great coffee). Also, it is much "classier", in keeping with the overall experience.“

“Love this place. I first came here several years ago and was shook by the smell of their in-house baking. The coffee cards are nice too if you're a regular. I developed a passion for chess by playing on their tables here, which have boards painted on the table tops.“

“Gigi's is a rad local cafe with freshly made baked goods (I get a muffin every time) and delightful coffee. They support the local arts by showcasing local artist's physical talent (trinkets, mugs, paintings) and also through hosting open mics and poetry/writers nights. They have a live musician play most Sundays for a few hours and the owner, Gino, sings some sweet Italian tunes at the open mics. So... yeah Gigi's has been a glorious addition to the Quadra Village, buy stuff there“

Just read about the business and what its purpose is and I find this extremely incredible, having found out I have adhd and some other things going on in the past few years this really helps with being myself. “I wandering around the city I I usually do and I came here for a quick rest. I enjoyed the vibe. It was quiet, people socializing while others were quietly working. I ordered an iced moka and I had it in my hands very quickly. Staff were cheery and I was back out in the world continuing my meandering.“

“Came highly recommended, the coffee did not disappoint.
Ordered one of the featured blends in an espresso, it was smooth delicious and came with some nice sparkling water which was a wonderful pallet cleanser.
the pastries where also good and paired well with the coffee.
The staff was not super helpful or polite it had the strange phenomenon where the better the coffee the more the baristas act like Daria.
but the pretentiousness does not retract from the extremely enjoyable coffee. but does keep it from a perfect score.“

“We really enjoy coffee and treats and occasionally lunch in this lovely spot. The staff are great, the venue charming. The outdoor water views are beautiful. The only thing I would suggest, is to add few savoury baked goods, for those of us without a big sweet tooth. Savoury scones, sausage rolls etc for a small sustaining snack😊“

“The bus for my return ferry was coming in just one minute, and I really wanted to say I was sorry and ask if you could prepare it quickly. But with my limited English, all I could say was “the bus…!” Seeing me so flustered, the staff kindly hurried without getting upset. I was truly grateful, though I also felt bad for rushing, and I ended up running out without even saying a proper goodbye. Thankfully, I caught the bus.

“Anything at Whistler is expensive, so it seems. This place is at the e=nd of a row of businesses, near the Village Gondola. I went in for coffee and decided to get a sandwich. My drip coffee was only $$2,75, I got the Texas Pull sandwich, which came nice and warm, with a very light barbecue sauce, very different from the usual spiced overload sauce. on pulled sandwiches. The sandwich was only $12. totally worth it.“
