“Visited as part of an Alaska cruise. Victoria was the last port before the ending at Seattle. Very nice little craft brewery and distillery. Tried an excellent chocolate stout beer and some even better Irish style and Scotch style whiskeys. One aged in wine casks was to die for. Very informative short tour.“

“Visited on a Saturday night. Staff was great to help me reserve for a larger group of 6 people. Our server was lovely and very attentive. We all loved our food, cocktails and some had dessert that was well enjoyed. A tad pricy but I'd say very worth it for a special night out. I had the lamb shank and savoured it and have to say the polenta base that it came on was out of this world...never had anything like that. So good!“

“Probably my 8th time coming for wing night and I’ll definitely be back. Be prepare to wait but it is always worth it. Owner runs the door and he is friendly and funny despite the chaos. Sami was our server and by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had (and I’ve been in the service industry for years). We had a big group but she was accommodating, friendly, personable, quick and organized. The wings speak for themselves. Always happy to show new friends this spot. Looking forward to my next visit!“

We called the restaurant and they were very apologetic and remade the order right away and delivered personally. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. “I’m originally from the Carolinas and my husband and I have lived in Victoria since 2019. We’ve been walking past Shanzee’s for a while now and decided to have breakfast there this morning.
