“I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brooke at Rev’s Bowling in Maple Ridge for going above and beyond with her customer service.

I called ahead because I was taking my son bowling after his elementary school’s year-end block party and knew we’d be arriving close to closing. Brooke explained that they normally don’t allow anyone in after 10:20 p.m. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we didn’t arrive until 10:26.

I completely understood the policy, but Brooke took the time to hear us out and kindly made an exception since it was just my son and I, we only wanted to play one game, and we agreed to leave by 11:00. She absolutely did not have to do that, but it meant so much because I had promised my son we would go.

To top it all off, my son wanted to use one of the prize machines afterward, but I didn’t have any coins and they weren’t able to provide cash back. Without hesitation, Brooke reached into her own pocket and gave him some change. It was such an unexpected and genuinely kind gesture that was completely beyond her job description.

That level of care and customer service is incredibly rare these days. Brooke made our night, and because of her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, we will absolutely be back. Thank you again, Brooke—you’re amazing!“
