“This place is QUITE!! The wait staff is exceptional and the food is to die for. If as higher rating had been available they would be higher.
We sat outside, the weather was nice. Reservations were for 7pm and we were seated immediately.
It was our 30th anniversary, I made the reservation using the “Open Table” app and when EVERYONE greeted us, they wished us “Happy Anniversary”“

“We ordered beef noodle soup and chicken fried rice. The price was reasonable and the portion was huge so you’ll really get more bang for your buck. Their tea was so nice and the service was awesome. I love my beef noodle soup. The both is tasty and the beef is very tender. I will definitely come here again.“

“The atmosphere was very nice and spacious, and I really liked the design itself.

I had the white Sangria. It was sweet, but I didn't taste the alcohol as much, but it was still refreshing.

The calamari was good, very crispy, and paired well with the sauce.
The Lobster Dip was good. It did have chunks of lobster as well, and they weren't small, a good size ratio compared to the dip.
The half order clams, was really good. I had it with the white wine cream sauce. That sauce was sooo good I was finishing the rest of it with a spoon. It was creamy and hit the spot.
I LOVED THE OYSTERS. Some were small, but they were so fresh. It's $2 for happy hour. I appreciated how fresh it was and will come back again for it.

Overall it was a great experience. Service was excellent, food was delicious. I'll have to come back again to try other dishes.. or by myself for the oysters.

I came back a second time and we had the Lobster + prawn mac and cheese, Poke bowl, seared tuna nicoise salad, and the fish and chips.

The Lobster and prawn mac and cheese was probably the best I've had. I'll most likely order it everytime I come here. The seared tuna was delicious, would also get this again. The fish and chips you can choose an option of one or two fish. It was not overly battered and cooked perfectly. The poke bowl was super fresh. And of course had oysters here! Tuesdays are $2 oysters. Still very fresh.“

“It is much better than Nandos. Very moist chicken. They have selection of 7 flavors from mild to very hot etc. If you like Nandos give Peri Peri Shake a try you will love it“

“I went with friends for a birthday dinner. The food was great, and the restaurant has a classy feel. Our servers, Rachael and Ritish were very warm and genuine. They presented the birthday girl with a delicious lava cake(looked beautiful on the plate)and sang happy birthday 🙂“

“The food at Joyful Seafood Restaurant was top notch. I want to say it’s the best Chinese seafood restaurant in Greater Vancouver. The customer service level was excellent. Manager Sam was very helpful in helping us choosing a fresh rockfish as dinner. It was the freshest seafood I ever had. Kudos to all the waiters and waitresses. “I've been coming here since I was a kid. Always good value and food tastes great. Braised beef brisket hot pot is very tender. If you don't get the black bean sauce for the chow mein, the flavor will be milder. The chow mein noodles are nice and crispy and absorbs the sauce well. I'll continue to come here.

“Came here bc my family chose it after a family funeral. Food was really good compared to the restaurant Congee Noodle House, which is near where I live. Being vegan [my fams agree too] I think that their Spicy Deep Fried Bean Curd is quite delicious similar to the above restaurant. I would enjoy coming here again if in the neighbourhood, but it's too far from where I live. Their service is good n they did apologize for not getting us what we ordered sooner but they were clearly slammed. Lots of big tables were filled up with ppl.“
