“Delicious food and healthy portions in a warm, clean atmosphere, with kind people. Service was quick and helpful, and menu is interesting and exciting. The Goggie Dog was excellent, as was my wife's Bibimbop. If I lived in West Vancouver, I would live inside of the Olive & Anchor.Vegetarian options: VeganDietary restrictions: Vegan“

“Beautiful atmosphere and fantastic service. The food is good but disappointing in some ways. It takes elements of Peruvian food and mixes them up, sometimes making dishes that are a little too spicy, too concentrated and have too many different flavors going on. Portions are small, in general. The duck is well served, with 4-5 pieces of duck breast and a good amount of rice. The octopus tagliatelle was very small. It was a tiny amount of pasta with 3 pieces of octopus.“
“Really enjoyed this cozy place.. The blonde tall and pretty server was a doll.. Can't say enough about this place.. Just had a beer picking up someone from the ferry but plan to be responsible and take a bus out here and try their food“
“I finally got a chance to try their fish and chips. First of all it was all you can eat for me. We also tried halibut burgers and cod. All of the were fresh and oily. Their Tatar sauce was good and our waiter smile were the cherry on top of them all. Very good experience and not so expensive.Vegetarian options: NoDietary restrictions: Only see food and very oilyParking: 2hrs free street parkingKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“The restaurant boasts a fantastic ambiance with beautifully done decor, and the service is top-notch and highly professional. We opted for the hidden menu prime ribs, a generous 24oz portion priced at $65, which we found to be an outstanding value proposition given the quality and quantity offered. Increasing the sharpness of the beef knife would be preferable.“
“Fantastic and romantic place to go if you are looking for a spacious, romantic and great quality food restaurant. Located right beside Dundarave Beach Park, the view is just speechless and amazing. Especially when you go during spring season, the fresh cool sea wind and warm sunlight makes everything enlightened. They have great menu for happy hour. The fresh oysters, steak frites and biscuit and honeycomb are my top picks. We also ordered two cocktails, to make it for the day. The Beef and Turf dinner meal amused me with large portions and very fresh and large lobster tail.I would highly suggest this restaurant and it'll be on my list for next time.“
“March 31, 2024 went to this WONDERFUL restaurant that I visited 30 years ago. It STILL HAS IT—scrumptious seafood, impeccable service (Christian was great) and the cleanest washrooms in town. The cosy wood interior and lovely curated artworks as well as the warm, caring and attentive staff made for a MOST MEMORABLE EASTER FEAST. My family HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FANTASTIC RESTAURANT. I would give it ten stars out of a possible five stars if I could. It is only a very short drive over the Lion’s Gate Bridge so it is an easy drive for Vancouverites and WELL WORTH IT!“
