He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire evening and possessed a deep knowledge of the menu, explaining the dishes with great detail. His drink recommendations were also spot on and enhanced our meal perfectly. What impressed us the most was his impeccable pacing; he managed to attend to every single table with absolute precision, without ever making anyone feel rushed. Jared balances warmth and professionalism beautifully, and he was truly a key figure in making our evening a memorable success. “I had an incredible experience here last Friday! My friends hosted a surprise bridal shower for me in the private dining room. The staff were thoughtful and helpful with the setup, allowing my them to come in early to decorate the space. They also did a flawless job with executing the surprise by pretending to bring me to a table first. The server was fun, warm and attentive throughout the night and I feel terrible that I’m forgetting her name! All the food was delicious, which has been the case every time I’ve been to Boulevard.“

As expected from the Glowbal Restaurant Group, the service was absolutely top-notch. Our waitress made the evening even more special—she happened to be a fellow Swiftie! We ended up having such a lovely chat about how we millennials grew up listening to Taylor Swift, which added a fun and personal touch to our celebration. She truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable. Not only did we receive a complimentary cake as a thoughtful gesture, but she also surprised me with a Swiftie friendship bracelet—such a sweet and unique detail that we’ll always remember. The food was amazing from start to finish. My husband had the New England Chowder for his appetizer, while I enjoyed the shrimp salad. For our mains, we both chose the surf n’ turf—our favorite—and it did not disappoint. We ended the night with a delicious sticky toffee pudding, along with the complimentary cake. The bacon was nice and thick, the sourdough toast was delicious, and the bottomless cappuccinos were a great bonus. “Salmon n’ Bannock On the Fly is my go-to lunch place when I’m flying internationally, it’s by far the best airport food I’ve had. The salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and while I love my own bannock, theirs is top notch too. I love supporting Indigenous businesses and just wish they had a spot on the domestic terminal too!“

We had the fish dip, with lovely homemade tortillas which were delicious. We had a spring salad, the zucchini salad, bison carpaccio, and smoked salmon- everything was great. Washed down with a nice Shiraz - what more could you want? Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend you to try.“
