“This is a great location with good food. We have been coming here for Happy Hour for the last 3 years and they have modified their menu since then. Sadly the Charcuterie (now minimized and called Antipasto) has been eliminated. They also used to do an amazing fried chicken dish which is also gone. Otherwise, the service is great and there is a good selection of wines. The brussel sprouts are also really yummy.“

“you will not find a deal as good as the ayce one here at c-lovers. the fish and chips were actually fried really well — super hot, fresh, crispy, with each bite releasing a torrent of moist, juicy fish — and obviously the quality of the fish is not mind-blowing quality, but the taste is still really good. the fries are also thick, potato-y, and warm, perfect with a sprinkle of salt. the tartar sauce is tangy and has a really strong dill flavour, and it comes in a bottle so you can really splurge. it does get a TAD greasy/oily once you eat a bunch in the end, but their LEGENDARY coleslaw is REALLY creamy and fresh, so it balances well. they also don’t load you up on fries (and you have the option to only get fish/choose how many fish you want when you order again), so it really is a fantastic deal. bottomless pop too. the onion rings are also massive, had really hot, thick batter, and was just so good. C-LOVERS FOR LIFE !“

“Went here for a whole crab to eat there and was told you had to order it a day in advance. There's tanks with crabs and even cooked crabs in the case, but wouldn't serve it for some reason. Difficult to understand but thought I'd share this for anyone who goes looking to eat a crab. Food was good otherwise! The fried oysters were very well done.“

“This restaurant is not an American (Canadian) Chinese food restaurant. They have some dishes but I recommend the ones where the flavors are more representative of actual Chinese cuisine over the Pacific ocean.

Dining is also typical Chinese style meaning family style. You order many dishes of chicken, pork, beef, fish and veggies and share it with the entire table along with rice.

As long as you understand this then you'll realize it's one of the best Chinese restaurants on the North Shore.

He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire evening and possessed a deep knowledge of the menu, explaining the dishes with great detail. “I had an incredible experience here last Friday! My friends hosted a surprise bridal shower for me in the private dining room. The staff were thoughtful and helpful with the setup, allowing my them to come in early to decorate the space. They also did a flawless job with executing the surprise by pretending to bring me to a table first. The server was fun, warm and attentive throughout the night and I feel terrible that I’m forgetting her name! All the food was delicious, which has been the case every time I’ve been to Boulevard.“

I was nervous with the size of the restaurant I wouldn't get a spot with my family but we got lucky and the ladies there were so friendly and smiled the whole time. We did the Family meal and it hit the spot allowing us to try many items on the menu. The bowl of chowder came first and it was so delicious, I appreciated the amount of clams and the touch of dill was great. The fish was awesome 😎 Batter and fish ratio was on point, every bite was so tasty. The popcorn shrimp were great to, batter and full shrimp was great! Fries were killer, hot crispy and that touch of vinegar or something just hits. My son couldn't stop eating them 😂 Last but not least that delicious coleslaw, those fresh apples and not soaked in dressing like some places...very well done. I know fish and chips and such is like art and music it's up to each individual what they like, but for me this is where I want my fish & chips and chowder going forward. The lamb skewers were definitely the highlight, as they featured nice, fatty meat that was cooked well, but the cumin lamb fried noodles were unfortunately way too heavy on the cumin and was so overpowering that we couldn't actually eat them. The deep-fried chicken was decent, offering a good, spicy kick from the dried chilis and peppercorns, but overall, the lack of balance in the main noodle dish made for a somewhat disappointing experience.“

“Delicious Beijing roasted duck - probably the best I had in Vancouver. The skin is crispy and the meat is still juicy. You can tell that this is freshly prepared and with skill. The first course presents the duck cut in 2 different styles - skin only and skin with meat. I like both and I like the variety even more. 2nd course is served minced to accompany lettuce wrap.
I love the Tuesday promotional price too. Place is packed and everyone was ordering the duck.

We had the fish dip, with lovely homemade tortillas which were delicious. We had a spring salad, the zucchini salad, bison carpaccio, and smoked salmon- everything was great. Washed down with a nice Shiraz - what more could you want? Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend you to try.“
