I'm a real fan of ahi tuna, it was perfectly seared on the outside with a lovely fresh soft centre, served with a lemony risotto. The fish and chips didn't disappoint, the fish was moist and flavourful with a light fried batter. Our third choice was the prawn cocktail, six large prawns took the plunge into a fresh cocktail sauce.
