“Excellent service! Food is delicious. We ordered curry beef stew, stir fried vegetable, and pan fried shrimps. My favorite is the pan fried shrimps. They are really tasty. We also ordered the shrimp dumplings but I forgot to take a picture. The atmosphere is great too.“

“Came here for dim sum on the weekend and parking is very very busy. There is street parking if you're willing to walk a couple blocks.
Make sure to make reservations, especially if you have a large party.
Dim sum is pretty good, and the size are fine too.
Service is average, but it is probably because how busy it is.“

“Probably one of the best bbq duck noodles I've had in town. The BBQ pork is also one of the best I've ever had. It was super juicy and full of flavor but not like msg flavor. It was natural flavor from the great quality of the bbq pork. Definitely a place I'd always come back to.“

“Live in New Westminster, but will still make a point to come here, during non peak hours for dining or take out. Their food is very good. Generous portions and alot less or no MSG. We like their wontons BBQ pork noodles.( Huge wontons and a la dente noodles). Their chow fun- stir fry rice noodles is delicious. The rice noodles are not mushy. Their hot pots are good. Seen some reviews and said service is rude. They often short staff or don't have enough on during peak hours, so we are just a bit more patient with them and say our ' please and thank yous ' plus give them a good tip. I know it is appreciated by them.“

“Very very busy for a Sunday of course. Just a note. Reservation only means you get priority but not an exact guarantee for a table. The food is tasty. For dim sum you have good portions. Service is fast. Very loud and lively like a typical Chinese restaurant. Lots of parking too“

“Ordered take-out recently. Prices are pretty good given the amount of food you get and the food was mostly good.Pan fried rice rolls with xo sauce turned out well with nice wok hei. The thick Shanghai noodles were good too and had crunchy cabbage. Homestyle fried vermicelli was plentiful. The one thing which wasn't great was the beef brisket fried rice as the beef wasn't as tender as it could have been.“

“Wanted to make my 1st review for this very good food & services cafe.
Before entering the cafe, reading all the reviews got no expectation. So no photos.
We ordered stir fry noodles, sandwiches milk tea and lemon tea.
All were fresh. The sandwiches were very good. The noodles were not too oily nor salty, ordered mini size but enough. Milk tea was good. Prices ok.
Services were exceptional good too. Asked if food ok, how was it. Very nice indeed.
We were no relation to it. Just wanna to reverse others ; this cafe is a gem. Don’t over demand a cafe to be a Michelin one. Value for money. Will be back.“

“This is our go-to restaurant whenever we don’t know where to go, we know the food here will always satisfy our cravings! I highly recommend the clay pot rice, it’s a must have! The rice is crispy on the outside and so flavourful with their customized sauce and meats! Just make sure to order it right away since it takes about 30 minutes to make.“

“This is a higher priced Chinese restaurant, but the quality and proportions make them worthy.
Every meal that we have had here has been fantastic. The flavors are always on point, and there is plenty to go around.
Our favorite dishes are the Peking Duck 2-way with Lettuce Wrap, the Salted Fish & Chicken Fried Rice, the Roasted Chicken half, and my little ones love the Crab Claws with Shrimp Paste.
Since we do not live here, the price is worth it for the few opportunities we get to enjoy the amazing Chinese food in Vancouver.“

“Next to Tom’s Video. In fact, this restaurant took over big section of Tom’s when they downsized. The food is excellent here. Had the king crab special since it is in season now (spring time). Service was very good. Staff regularly came around to change out your plate for a clean one. Reservations recommended. It was very busy and vibe was lively.“

“We come here often because it's close to our family. The food is very standard dim sum, nothing special. I usually order the pan fried turnip cakes - it's usually really delicious but the last few times it has been dry, flavorless and bland. The rice rolls are a little too dry as well. They do have delicious baked BBQ pork buns though and their fried dishes are usually good.
The service is always 👍. They're very personable and friendly, and very efficient.
Go in the morning. It gets extremely busy once 1130am comes around.“
“100% mid-tier restaurant quality. Even as a dim sum snob, I was still totally satisfied with the frozen dim sum from this place. It's WAY better than the junk you get from T&T's freezer aisle. The dim sum pieces are large, the textures are right, and the taste is exactly right. It's not super refined or fancy, but it's not embarrassing DINO (dimsum in name only) for westerners either. If I had to compare it to the dimsum in a Vancouver Chinese restaurant, it would be Western Lake Chinese Seafood. So the portions are big and the flavour is right, but it's not super refined or creative.“

“I have tried this place both for dine in and dine out.
I go here for their affordable lunch menu. The foods here are mostly delicious. Fried rice is sometimes hit or miss.
I like their spicy pork chop, house special wanton soup, and congee.
Prices are reasonable and they have quick service.“

“I've been coming here since I was a kid. Always good value and food tastes great. Braised beef brisket hot pot is very tender. If you don't get the black bean sauce for the chow mein, the flavor will be milder. The chow mein noodles are nice and crispy and absorbs the sauce well. I'll continue to come here.
Parking: Can be hard to find parking during the afternoon and early evening“

“Hons is an authentic casual Chinese restaurant. They make everything to order and have an extensive menu. When we go, our fav 3 dishes are the BBQ fried rice, tofu with rock salt as well as the black pepper chicken with broccoli. When ordering we usually ask them to withhold the black pepper sauce on the chicken with broccoli as sometimes we find that it’s too much sauce.
We have previously had other dishes such as wontons, sweet and sour pork, eggplant, hot and sour soup, mixed veggies, Shanghai noodles etc and have enjoyed those as well. There really isn’t anything we didn’t like.
Service is typical Chinese restaurant style so don’t be shy to flag the servers down as they can get busy.“

“Typical Hong Kong style cafe. Sometimes difficult to find parking because lot is share with other businesses. Food is OK but prices have gone up a bit since the pandemic. Food and drink arrive quickly. There are some elbow room between tables unlike other restaurants that’s elbow to elbow.“

The service is so quick.
Food is delicious and worth every penny.

Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level, so accessible. Washroom is not very accessible. Difficult to get around restaurant if you use a wheelchair.“
