“We stopped by for lunch before boarding our ferry to Vancouver and had a delightful meal. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a caprese flatbread, a ham and cheese croissant, and a chai tea latte. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, with each item perfectly prepared. The bagel was soft and tasty, the flatbread was light and savory, and the croissant was flaky and filled with delicious ham and cheese. The chai tea latte was warm and comforting, making it an ideal meal before our journey. A great spot to grab a quick and tasty bite before traveling!“

“Amazing views & quiet area. Food is extremely tasty and delicious, but be prepared to spend a bit more $$$ (although I'd say it's worth it). Portions are a decent size for the most part, but don't expect to over eat here at all.“

“Had our March 24 wedding dinner at the Sea Glass and the bride and 16 guests had a wonderful time thanks to the caring of the Sea Glass manager & staff. Everything, service and food, was perfect.“

“The best of the best! All 6 of us were blown away by the various appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The place merits a James Beard award. Waitstaff was amazing, too! One of my five best meals ever! Dining outdoors surrounded by a billion flowers was fun too. A most memorable experience. Shane and Gia were most attentive, informative and also memorable. Certain members of our party may need to consider attending Platelickers Anonymous meetings now.

Edit: 13 hours after our delicious dinner, we all returned for a 5 star high tea! We were greeted by the incomparable Shane and seated once again at the beautiful outdoor table we'd enjoyed the previous night. Our server Pilar was impeccably helpful and attentive. All 6 of us felt we'd enjoyed an extended perfect moment, relieved of our usual cares and travails. Thanks again!“

“My group of four truly enjoyed our evening. The food was the best we've had in a long time! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic and memorable. Excellent staff, service and food and the fireworks show truly was the icing on top. We even had a gorgeous view over the grounds to the water. We will definitely be back! “Delicious food prepared in Cheffy’s own kitchen, good selection of British food, very convenient when cooking isn’t an option, great variety, inexpensive (the fewer visits to the supermarket, the more the savings), the menu changes each week and friendly, helpful staff. Hint: Their delicious scones, with a different variety every week, are very popular and sell out quickly, so it’s a good idea to order them early in the week. 🥮“

“So the burger and Caesar salad combo here (and the fries as well if you go this route) are a hidden gem as far as excellent burgers in Victoria go. You may hear people say go to Bin 4, go to Burger Wheel etc and they aren't wrong but I promise you- come enjoy this gem and visit the garden. Have a beverage. You won't be disappointed!“

“Had really great service on the patio today! Glad that screaming child got some food in her mouth when she did. Side note to parents when your child is screaming in the middle of a restaurant...maybe remove them until their food arrives. That kid is the reason I don't have any...thanks for the reminder that I made good choices! Hahah thanks for the snacks, cider and great service from the young man outside. He was lovely!“

“We did a private event for 38 people at this restaurant and it was exceptional! I would highly recommend this venue for a small wedding, corporate event or private celebration. Ellie (event planner) and Grant were fantastic and helping to make sure that every little detail was taken care of from the canapies, to the drink selection and food. Everything was exactly as we had dreamed it would be. The food was excellent, the servers were exceptional and Ellie made planning so easy. The flowers at the venue were beautiful and we appreciate Grant making the effort to assist us with planning our entertainment and having the Bluetooth speaker available. Everyone enjoyed the evening immensely.

Thank you so much for making our 30th anniversary so memorable! I have tons of beautiful, colourful photos… But can not share because there are people in the photos. We had the patio in the evening with the fire going and they had the buffet set up inside …everything was amazing. They even had a large bouquet of fresh flowers in the bathroom.“

“We invite different pairs of friends out to get to know them better over lunch a couple of times a month after church on Sundays. We have never been disappointed. For years our main waitress was Barb. She's retired now but Leslie is doing a great job being there always and the others give us good service as well. Great food, friendly service, reasonable prices, convenient parking, clean surroundings. Great place to dine!“

“Stopped in with tourists in tow. The server was pleasant and efficient, a manager checked in on us later ensuring our guests knew they could get refills. The food was timely, as ordered and all good. I was surprised to see recent very negative reviews because our experience was positive on all levels. I am a longtime fan of white spot but in recent years have found the quality irregular. I think I may have found my new outlet of choice even though it is not the closest to where I live.“
