“I ordered online but the starbucks app crashed the first time and didnt show that I ordered at all! I ordered again and when I got there I saw they were making double my order I was shocked because they charged me twice and I didnt know! I spoke about it with my dad and this worker, Micheala, overheard and she told me that I can get a refund. She was so helpful! She was very kind for taking time out of her day and helped me. She definitely deserves a promotion or raise! I got my refund there fast :)

“I like coming here. I usually grab a cup of coffee and treat my kids to some goodies. The staff members are always friendly and the location is convenient. This particular Starbucks is located inside Safeway and it's a smaller branch with just one staff member working at a time.It's worth noting that due to the limited staff, there might be a short wait time for your order. The lone staff member takes your order and prepares your drink, which can result in a few minutes of waiting. However, if you're looking for a faster service, there are other Starbucks locations you can go to.The staff are friendly and the location is near a highway.“

“We went to Starbucks - not a usual coffee shop that we visit as a family and bought 3 of their grande lemonades (6-7 dollars per drink).

Four sips later, my drink was done. Though a delicious drink, over 60% of the drink is ice!

I approached the person who took my order, and I asked her if this was normal. She said yes, that is how the drink comes but you can always ask for less ice in the future. No mention of how can I help you or make your experience better.
When I sat down to type this, a lady (I believe the manager) sat down at our table, had a dialogue with me, and asked about my experience. A very kind and helpful approach to customer service. She then went and prepared us new drinks.
Though the company is here to maximize its profits, some people are still involved to make the experience better!“

“I've been frequenting this particular Starbucks in the past 8 years to date. The staff is always great (I think out of all the Starbucks in North Vancouver, they staff especially nice and professional people). Even today, I ordered 7 venti-/grande-sized drinks with customized details and they not only made the drinks in a wink but one of the staff (Christina) insisted that she would help me carry the drink trays to my car. The quality of their service is always top-notch and I see why this brand is the standard in its industry.“
