“Was looking for a sundae soup place around. Actually already locked on google review of the menu but I missed that they had Soondae Guk Bap.It was because someone else put a google review with the photo of that, I found that they had it here and they also left a good review about this dish. And it turned out to be tasty. Buts it's soondae with other inner organs, so depends if one prefers inner organs, I tend to like pork Meat more“
“All of the food we ordered was absolutely delicious, but the customer service was above and beyond. They were so kind, especially to our children. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: They were so welcoming and kind to our children. Special waters, plates and even treats at the end. Thank you!“
“The food was so good! My favourite place to get cold noodles. Many things on the menu and all the things we tried were delicious. Owners were so nice, it seemed there were only 2 people working though so at busy hours it may take a little longer to get your food. Not a big issue, the food was top tier so we didn't mind. I'm introducing my friends to Korean food through this restaurant!“
“Amazing place for a small dinner! Was there with the girlfriend on Thursday before the long weekend and had the luck of being served by Erica for the first time, but hoping to get her every time now because she was so hospitable and kind throughout our entire date night! Will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful dinner and experience ?UPDATE: Since our first review, we've been by many times including today, and Erica remembered us everytime. She came and greet us personally even though she wasn't serving us directly. It made us feel at home, welcomed, and excited to be back. There are many sushi restaurants in the area but this one makes a difference each time we return. Thanks Erica! And thank you to the Skobi staff; we'll be sure to be back for all of our events, casual or special!Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and they're able to remove dairy ingredients from menu items.“
“Been to many Korean restaurants. But one of the best places in surrey their food is fresh and well-priced,ths is one of the places where it is a real pleasure to tip ..and you feel good because of a wonderful experience.I really recoment this “
“Im glad i came here and discovered korean chicken its delicious everytime and fresh and crispy its best if u call in advance to pickup it takes roughly 20mins i usually get half n half 2 flavours enough to eat atm and again for later the place is small seats about 10 to 12 people and theres no washroom definitely beats your typical fast food chicken worth the try recommend it yangyeom or buldak (sweet spicy) lvl 1 and lvl 2“
“We had a great last-minute dinner party at home, and it turned out AWESOME! We had the quests who never tried Korean food before, and I thought it would be a good idea to serve some appetizers for Korean food and decided to order dishes from here.First up, the fried chicken with soy honey glazed, It was tangy, sweet, and packed flavors. It was the crowd's pleasure! ?Kimbob - Ordered 3 flavors ( Beef, veggies, and spicy pork). They are all delicious, but my favorite kimbob was spicy pork. You should give it a try. ?Then came the galbi ( braised short beef rib) tender slices of marinated beef short rib that were so juicy. ?And let's not forget about the bulgogi (Marinated with Korean BBQ sauce with thinly sliced beef) - I ordered them ready to cook package so it was nice to serve our guests the hot meat on the spot. Too bad that I don’t have pictures of bulgogi, but They are yummy with rice and kimchi ( kimchi and rice come with a braised short beef ribs dish). The owner also sent us some veggies to stir-fry with the meat as well.If you're in the mood for a taste of Korean foods or something different for your gathering or party, I would recommend this place. ??“
“The taste was delicious, but the owner's hospitality and service didn't even deserve 5 stars...I was waiting in the car to pick it up, and I was so touched that they even brought the car to me.Chicken is here now~ ^^I took a picture because it was so quick ㅠㅠ“
“I love their Golden Crispy Chicken. The chicken pieces are deepfried crispy and seasoned well; it doesn't smell like other big franchise and the batter is at perfect crispy level(not soggy nor not super hard to bite on.) The batter and deepfried skins are crispy and not so oily. Their Golden Crispy Chicken and Soy Garlic are my favorite.Only downside is they open at noon which is a bit too rush for me to make it back to my lunch time. I wish they could open like other restaurants ilke 11:30am.“
“Very nice place, hidden gem in Langley. Lot of vegetarian roll options available.. my absolute favourite is Yam Yam roll, can’t get enough of those. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food is fresh and very fulfilling and prices are genuine. Extensive menu, options available for vegetarians.Vegetarian options: Different types of rolls available with Vegetarian options.“
“I drive all the way from Abbotsford for EMW, it is my absolute favourite! I always order the beef stir fry with only broccoli and the owner always makes it special as well as comes out to greet me. I HIGHLY suggest you give this place a try! You’ll be hooked. Love love love!“
“You can't even comprehend how amazing this food is, seriously juicy amazing chicken with the most crispy crust on the outside. The staffer are always so friendly, one mistake I should have gotten the cilantro spicy sauce to dip this in because I had it last time and it was absolutely mind blowingly delicious!!! ?? The prices are unbelievably reasonable for how amazing their food/chicken is. I'm sad that they're not open on Wednesdays/ chicken wing Wednesdays here would be my all-time favorite go-to!“
“I wish I took pictures but I was too busy devouring the chicken! Not only were the visuals amazing but the taste was even better!Ordered both boneless and bone-in half-half were just delicious! Probably one of the biggest chicken legs I have seen so far in Surrey! I would highly recommend!“
“El Cartel catered my daughter’s graduation party at my house. They brought their food truck, cooked everything made to order. The food was delicious! The choices were amazing and RJ was kind enough to accommodate dietary restrictions such as celiac and halal. Many thanks to you! Definitely will be hiring you again!“
“Wow! The chicken was amazing. We ordered the soy garlic chicken. It was a very large portion. This can feed 4 people. We also order the cheese booldak, this dish had a nice flavor, not to overpowering. The service was good. Definitely coming back for more. Thanks!“
“I felt so lucky when I saw there was a korean fried chicken place in Maple Ridge. We still walked in very unsure about what kind of place this was and the dude there saw that and he essentially told us what to order through a language barrier and we went along with it.The chicken was awesome: tasted great, good portions, all the sauces and seasonings we could ask for - except honey mustard, which I was looking forward to. Also, it wasn't clear if we had the option of getting the sauces on the side, as opposed to covering the chicken with it (I don't like having sticky fingers). As for the rest of our meal, we ordered a side of fries but there were zero options for salads which wasn't great.Overall would recommend if you're craving the best kind of fried chicken you've ever had, but if you're wanting a balanced meal, maybe take it home with you and make your own salad or something.“
“In short, it could be seen as a clean seafood Korean restaurant. The atmosphere is so clean and spicy that it makes you want to drink soju even during the day. It is not a residential area or a shopping mall, so it is quiet during the day but is expected to be very crowded in the evening. Since they are open until 11 o'clock, most sales seem to be made at night.“
“Stopped by for a late lunch and it wasn't very busy on the weekend. We were seated promptly at a table. The restaurant is quite large and I can see it being good for large groups. We tried the gogi kalgooksu and sogogi dolsot bibimbap. The banchan was kimchi radish, kimchi, and beansprouts. The gogi kalguksu was tasty. The broth was flavourful and the portion was pretty good, with plenty of veggies and beef. The sogogi dolsot bibimbap had lots of veggies and beef as well. The bowl could have been hotter to crisp up the rice. There were some crispy bits on the very bottom, but I think there could have been more. Overall, it was a satisfying meal and service was good. Food came out fast. If I'm in the area, I would come back to try other items.“
“The food is great, I ordered half Yahngyeom and half original and the texture and sauce was better than chico chicken in my opinion, the price was more reasonable than other places.I would suggest they turn the volume down on the music or change it to something more jazzy,Other than that the establishment is better than its ever been before, (ref pictures & vid),I did take out but would not mind dine in next visit. Cheers to the new owners!“
“We did a walk in order here (takeout), the staff quickly greeted us and handed us the menu, about 7 minutes after placing our order it was ready! Upon opening the order, we found a very sweet note saying “thank you” with a little heart next to it. This simple little deed made us so happy and honestly boosted our moods so much, the staff are very sweet and the food was delicious. If you haven’t gone here yet, get your a$$ up and go get some sushi from Woorinara :) !!!“
“Didn’t take pictures of the food but the quality was really good. Came in not expecting much but probably the best tonkatsu place around. The quantity and quality were great. Price is a bit higher than I’d like but no complaints paying for the better quality. The batter isn’t too thick, also really well balanced with the quantity. They have an offer of unlimited rice, soup, and salad. But the quantity they give makes you not have to rely on the fillers. The salad is very finely chopped which is great but the miso soup was a bit too watered down but not bad. This will be my go to place for tonkatsu going forward ??“
“Portions are insane, this was a delightful little Korean restaurant to chance upon while in Coquitlam, ordered black bean noodle with the $5 size up and got a massive bowl of black bean noodles for $17 total. Japchae was also quite good, they did not skimp out on ingredients. Will be back with a larger appetite and more friends!“
“This is my favorite kimbap. I have always eaten this kimbap in Korea, too, but I never thought I would eat Korean style tuna kimbap in Vancouver. Plus, it is really delicious. The amount of rice is just right, and the combination of tuna, eggs, and vegetables is really good. I want to visit again next time and eat other menus. I will come again with my friends“
“The Korean food is incredibly delicious, and the waitstaff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The restrooms have been renovated, making them cleaner than before, which is a great improvement. Parking is also very convenient! Definitely a five-star experience!!“
“I don’t go out to Langley very much but when I do The Katsu is definitely one of the places I go to. The cheese katsu is my favourite but I like all of their other items too. I think the prices are really good especially if you compare them to other katsu restaurants. Our server was super nice and checked on our table often. I saw a few reviews saying it was hard to find parking, we always just park at the rec centre across the street and we’ve haven’t had any issues.“
“Not bad at all. In the era of fewer Korean pork cuttlet restaurants, Daeji was only one option to try Korean cuttlet with the various menus. But there are many Japanese style Korean cutlet restaurants in the lower main land currently. Daeji menus are more friendly to Korean abput 40 to 50 ages.I go to the fancy Jap-Kor style cuttlet restaurant, too, but I recommend Daeji if you try the old school with a pork cuttlet with thick gravy sauce instead of fruit based gravy sauce. Also, I like the Kimchi fried rice with a good portion.“
“This is the best soybean paste restaurant of my life. I didn't know the difference between Jjajangmyeon and Ganjjajangmyeon... but my eyes lit up after eating Louran's Ganjjajangmyeon. I mixed the remaining seasoning with rice and ate it. That doesn't mean the amount is small. I felt like I was wasting the remaining seasoning, so I mixed it with rice and ate it all, even though I was full. ? I ordered Kkanpunggi and Sweet and Sour Pork because I thought they were too common. The Rajogi was crispy and delicious! I heard a lot about this place from my friends as a good restaurant, but it was even more delicious than I expected. And friendly staff! It's best. While paying, he even recommended that I must try the shrimp dish, chadol jjamppong, and Sichuan jjajang next time! So, I will definitely try the menu you recommended on my next visit. ? Luran!! Highly recommended!“
“The quality of their meat compared to other Korean bbq in town. Tender without tendons or any chewing bits beautiful marbling of the beef. It’s on a different level, as if comparinf toyota to mercedes. Amazing food. Amazing staff amazing price.“
“Great authentic house made chicken tacos! Comes with small bag of nacho chips and a roasted jalapeño, salsa verde, hot salsa and lime. Feckin' tasty! Had DAZN on the tele while waiting. This place has massive indoor golf, and karaoke set up too.“
“We went to the Krunchicken in Mission last night. Everything about the place - the food, the lady taking orders, the environment - were all top notch. We ordered all three kinds of bone-in chicken wings that were available as well as fries, yam fries, and other sides. Everything we ordered was FANTASTIC. Absolutely fantastic. The portions were huge, the prices were fair, and the flavors were out of this world!!! NEW FAVORITE CHICKEN PLACE!“
