“I mainly go there for their 麻辣火鍋.
I also purchase their麻辣火鍋 package sauce for home and gift.
The quality of their food are just average nothing stand out.

The restaurant is inside the shopping mall. it's located on the second floor, facing the street corner.
They are right above HMart.

If this is the first time that you are going to the restaurant. It's kinda hard to find. Go to information center and ask the lady for directions.“

“Haley made our visit to Lulu Island Winery a wonderful experience. He was so welcoming and was extremely clear in communicating the details of each wine. I would definitely recommend making a stop to try their ice wine. His demonstrations and responses to our questions were fantastic!

Ps. Avoid the older female Caucasian staff member with glasses. She gave us a look that made us feel unwelcome.“

The broth was legit amazing and way better than all the other local pho joints and came with a decent amount of meat (2x what's shown in my photo - I already started eating before I remembered to take the photo). I'm a big eater and still struggled to eat 2/3 of it. In the end I had 1/3 of the gigantic large size left. The staff are all Vietnamese. The only drawback is that there's only paid street parking in the area.“

“We were here on a rainy Monday afternoon, and it was great that we didn’t need to wait to be seated. There is complimentary fruit dices and sunflower seeds while we were waiting. We ordered rabbit and chicken offals, and both of them were super numbing and spicy, and of course, tasty. The waiter was super attentive, get clean plates and add water before we even asked. While I like my hojicha latte sweeter, it was definitely made of high quality ingredients. The ube loaf is a must order too! It had a strong ube flavour, vibrant colour, and was deliciously soft. I walked in for a coffee - only to be met with SO many options of drinks, yoghurt, actual coconut shell drinks, etc. I chose their yoghurt + strawberry drink and it is SO good - not too sweet! (Apparently it’s very popular too) The owner told me he makes the yoghurt himself!

Sadly not everyone is comfortable eating halal as it goes against their moral values.

We ordered noodles and some potstickers to go, and halfway through our meal, one of the staff came by and surprised us with a second box of potstickers — they said the first batch didn’t meet their standards and they wanted to do better. I didn’t even notice anything wrong, but the gesture really stood out. Just tried the potstickers at home — not sure which batch they were from, but they were juicy, crispy, and totally hit the spot. “Located in Richmond Golden Village, 3631 Number 3 Rd #170, Richmond, BC 🇨🇦 where Golden Szechuan was before in Tom Lee Plaza across from Canadian Tire, before they renovated and changed to Marina One Seafood Restaurant. Now it is called Lanxuan 澜轩荟 Restaurant with the same concept as prior with just a few menu items and staff change, the rest is the same.

Dim sum from 10am-3pm and Dinner 5pm-9pm open 7 days a week.

I prefer the old staff, they were more attentive, but some of the new dim sum items are unique like the crispy shrimp toast and tofu bucket 😋 quality still yummy and fresh.
The abalone sui mai was the standout dish, offering a unique twist compared to the usual recipes around town. You pay for what you get with the elevated dining experience and quality, costs a little more than your standard establishments, but not quite fine dining prices.

The Cantonese dim sum they offer is lighter, making it a good choice for older customers.
Spacious and bright interior with reasonable sized ♿️parking which is rare. The high ceilings and ample spacing between tables are a step above the competition.

Only compliant from the elders since Marina One renovated, this establishment have mixed gender community bathroom 🚻 although it kept clean they dislike the new generation type of facility even if private stalls. For me it has nothing to do with the restaurant food that I came for.

Will return give dinner menu a try in the near future, it also looked interesting 👍“

“A nice big high ceilings and big windows Chinese restaurant. It's good enough for a dim sum lunch and dinner since the place is comfortable and roomy. It's a good Chinese restaurant if you are meeting your friends and family since it's comfortable and not noise.
They offer 20% off for the dim sum and free tea in the morning until 11am Monday to Friday. This is a good deal if you can go in the morning. There are plenty of free parking too.
Since the restaurant is big, sometimes you may find no enough staff there.
The price is reasonable and food is quite good. They have some promotion combo and special price in lunch time.
