“Coffee, food, atmosphere are first class. This time it's about staff's professional approach in handling challenging situation. A woman customer was very angry yelling and gesticulating for no apparent reason. Prajakta and Harpret quietly and politely tried to calm her down. They at the same time reassured all customers that even though it's not a pleasant situation it's under control and the help is coming. When security patrol came they faced the same challenge of loud voice and angry gestures but finally the woman left. Thank you Prajakta and Harpreet for not only usual perfect service and quality food but also for professionaly protecting good atmosphere and safety of customers. BRAVO!!

“The two ladies working nov 26 at around 12:30 were extremely nice.

“The evening staff around here seems like they always are busy but they still are amazing at delivering the drinks quickly. I appreciate the staff for being kind and quick. “Always a lovely visit, I come here about once a week with my daughter and the staff is always so friendly and kind to both of us.
I'm usually greeted by name when I walk in (which is impressive!) and the staff are always so kind even when I have a bunch of annoying substitutions and requests.
The gentleman working the till this morning (I believe his name tag maybe said Daniel? I should have paid more attention! I was in at around 10:45) was so wonderful, and always makes my weekend visits amazing, and i hope he is recognized for his excellent 5 star service 🌟“

Tbh im shocked at some of the reviews on her saying anything different because my experience with nancy has always been great!

“this location is busy but they make every effort to give you good service as quick s they can. All Baristas have great friendly attitudes ,always greet people as they come in . I dont find this at other locations. This is my preferred location always“

I find the service here to be fantastic, a little crowded mid day so I usually prefer mornings or evenings as it's much easier on my anxiety, I love my coffee so it's nice having a great place to go and enjoy some when I'm out and about and I find the staff to be very easy going so all in all would recommend! 👍“

“I really like the Starbucks here the people who work here are really nice and they’re really fast at making drinks however it can get pretty busy I love their chai tea lattes whenever I get it anywhere else it always taste so water down but here they make it really well.“

“Cheese Danish was good. I didn't see the cheese danish on the menu and nothing was in the display case, but I came near closing. The whole time spent there was quicker than I expected including toasting two danishes.

I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... Some say it is the machine or the Barista, etc. Even when this location updated their machines, they still produce an amazing long pour Americano - thank you, thank you!
