“This place is different than all of the Starbucks I’ve been to before. The baristas are so friendly and the vibes and atmosphere is so light making my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. My drinks EVERYTIME tastes so good. My favorite part in this coffee shop are definitely the baristas. We rarely find friendly service nowadays and this place is topnotch. I love the service during rush, peak hours, any hours, is quick, kind, and not too fussy. “I always regret choosing the drive-through at the Starbucks in Southpoint, South Surrey—it's become a reliably frustrating experience. Every time I go, it takes forever to get my order. Today, I waited over 15 minutes for a simple coffee and a snack, even though the line wasn't that long. The service was horrible; the staff seemed completely disorganized and rushed, probably because they're always short-staffed, as I can only guess. What made it even worse was the complete lack of any apology or acknowledgment from the baristas. They just handed over my items without a word, as if long waits are the norm. I've dealt with this multiple times now, and it's disappointing because I actually like Starbucks' products, but the poor execution ruins it every time. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else if you're in a hurry. Starbucks, please address your staffing issues—this location needs some serious attention.“

“The service is great! But the what happened to their dragon fruit!!?? It used to be so crispy and delicious and now it’s soft and has a weird taste to it, please bring the old dragon fruit back!! “Cheese Danish was good. I didn't see the cheese danish on the menu and nothing was in the display case, but I came near closing. The whole time spent there was quicker than I expected including toasting two danishes.

“This by far is the best Starbucks I have been in the team is soo friendly and the service is amazing .
I met this lady while waiting for my drink and she ordered something thing that sounded delicious and I asked her what it is and she offered me her drink and said try it . She was super sweet I was like wait what then I asked the worker and she said oh that’s our district manager sandy . I was soo thankful .

“I really like the Starbucks here the people who work here are really nice and they’re really fast at making drinks however it can get pretty busy I love their chai tea lattes whenever I get it anywhere else it always taste so water down but here they make it really well.“

I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... Some say it is the machine or the Barista, etc. Even when this location updated their machines, they still produce an amazing long pour Americano - thank you, thank you!
