Since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, I asked for her suggestion, and she made me the best drink exactly what I was hoping for! Honestly, it’s the best service I’ve ever received at Starbucks🩷“

“This Starbucks consistently delivers excellent service and quality. On one occasion, I mistakenly ordered the wrong drink, and the manager kindly invited me to stop by anytime for a complimentary replacement. That level of customer care truly impressed me. I visit this location every morning on my way to work, and the team is always friendly, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.“

“This place is different than all of the Starbucks I’ve been to before. The baristas are so friendly and the vibes and atmosphere is so light making my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. My drinks EVERYTIME tastes so good. My favorite part in this coffee shop are definitely the baristas. We rarely find friendly service nowadays and this place is topnotch. My go to Starbucks in Surrey even though I have to drive 20 mins to come here. It’s worth it. Definitely a recommend!“

“The baristas are friendly, and are eager to greet you (especially if you're a regular like myself). One of the baristas, her name is Kylie, is very nice, attentive, and goes above and beyond, making my visits and other customers' visits a special treat. For the past few visits, Kylie has personally handed me my drink in my hand, which makes me feel very appreciative, not just as a customer, but as a person as well. Thank you.“

“I frequent many Starbucks locations, usually via drive-thru, during my work week. This location has the absolute, loveliest staff. Every visit I encounter a friendly, positive and personable team member. My drink is always made perfectly as well. Shout out to this amazing team, and Kudos to the hiring manager.“

“I wasn’t sure how bitter or sweet the cold brew was going to be, but the barista, Chloe, just said if I try it and don’t like it she can adjust it to whatever I would like and the little message on the cup made me feel really special :)“

“The service is great! But the what happened to their dragon fruit!!?? It used to be so crispy and delicious and now it’s soft and has a weird taste to it, please bring the old dragon fruit back!! Dragon fruit and mango lemonade is my favourite drink and it’s been for years, I was soo disappointed when my lemonade tasted different and looked different from before 😒 4 ⭐️ are only for the customers service. Great staff! Keep up the hard work guys and thanks for making those delicious drinks.“

“Met a friend here for a Christmas Catch up. I observed the most amazing server at work. She was sooo on the ball, juggling quickly all the orders coming in. The line up moved quickly. She was able to juggle everything with stealth, systematic organization and balance... Didn't get her name but I did comment to her how wonderfully she served everything and everyone. I hope she is payed well!!! And certainly does not deserve a minimum wage pay check. I did though find the only healthy, very tiny amount, of healthy snack available very expensive. It mostly consisted of heavily plasticed packaging. I was however very grateful for the very little I was able to get.“

“I have been to all of the local Starbucks in South Surrey, and this location is extremely consistent in producing a quality long pour Americano. I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... Some say it is the machine or the Barista, etc. Even when this location updated their machines, they still produce an amazing long pour Americano - thank you, thank you! Julie, Maria, and Kevin are super!“

“Starbucks is the same anywhere … a full community atmosphere of all ages in the coffee is consistently flavorful. A pre-order on the Phone app just makes things happen a lot more snappy. Of course, inside the staff always
have a friendly light attitude.“

“My family frequently visits this starbucks location and we appreciate the typical morning staff alot. They're very helpful and kind. Very rarely make any mistakes and always writes a kind note on the cups for us and others. There is a group of people that come in basically daily that are very kind and make this a comfortable place to be. There is limited seating inside although they do have outdoor seating but it really isn't covered. I love coming in the mornings.

The afternoon shift can often times be rude and careless however it is not all the staff just a select few. This is uncomfortable as they have their own conversations going and don't always address you even when approaching the till. This shift needs some training in welcoming and inclusive behaviours.

Overall it's a great place to come inside for a coffee but the drive thru is quite busy and small/tight there's also a crosswalk through the drive thru that most drivers don't respect unfortunately making it hard for mobility aid users and strollers to use.

This location is worth coming to in a small group and on the run. There are some amazing staff who go above and beyond. The downsides of the afternoon shift do not outweigh the positive experience of the morning shift just recommend going earlier if possible. Enjoy!“

“I always regret choosing the drive-through at the Starbucks in Southpoint, South Surrey—it's become a reliably frustrating experience. Every time I go, it takes forever to get my order. Today, I waited over 15 minutes for a simple coffee and a snack, even though the line wasn't that long. The service was horrible; the staff seemed completely disorganized and rushed, probably because they're always short-staffed, as I can only guess. What made it even worse was the complete lack of any apology or acknowledgment from the baristas. They just handed over my items without a word, as if long waits are the norm. I've dealt with this multiple times now, and it's disappointing because I actually like Starbucks' products, but the poor execution ruins it every time. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else if you're in a hurry. Starbucks, please address your staffing issues—this location needs some serious attention.“
