Any hotdog can be made vegan/veggie and they also offer a basic kids hotdog for anyone less adventurous. Definitely give them a try!“

The fun part was when I went in to put all my beer and all the cans and they showed me how to do it and so I was doing that and it was a lot of fun and the price was great and the beer tastes really good.“

“Good beer and good pizza! Lots of selection of ales on tap (and in cans/bottles). There are a surprising number of pizza options, including a couple of vegan pizzas and a daily special. Pizzas are thin crust with a good chew and tasty toppings. Like most of the breweries, service is self order the drinks and food.“

Also - check out the right side of the building for the entrance. Advice to management - please add signage on the main road cause the entry is very easy to miss and all you see are two doors. Almost felt like Google mistagged the business before we walked around to see the entry. Phew!“

“A cool place to stop on the classic brewery tour in Vancouver is this fantastic spot with a great selection of beers (with a European flair), house-made wine, and cider. They also host cool events throughout the year—like the unforgettable Dead Fellows Halloween event and Krampusmarkt. It’s worth checking out! Currently, they have an amazing chef Doug Lee who makes the most delicious food. We go several times a week. Run, don’t walk there!“

You see, my party had just come in and an excellent song by LCD Soundsystem was playing, whom we had seen scant weeks ago - a transformative experience at sunset - when, all of the sudden, while we were in the very midst of reminiscing, the playlist abruptly changed to a different song! Wait no hang on officer, don't throw your career away, you took an oath against vigilante justice. On account of their nice spacious vibe and Bob Ross playing on one of their monitors and their great beer selection and their pleasant location and their welcoming staff and the menu full of fancy hotdogs and most redeemingly the fact that every song that did play for the rest of the night was a banger, I don't want to press charges at this time. But be on the lookout for such anomalies in the future. I just don't want anyone else to get hurt.“

“Absolutely loved this place. Great beer, relaxed atmosphere, and such a welcoming vibe. The highlight was our bartender, Hal — genuinely one of the best bartenders we’ve ever met. Super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and just incredibly easy to talk to.

Hal recommended the Guava Wheat, and it was an excellent choice — definitely one to try. He made a simple stop for a beer feel like a genuinely memorable experience.

“As a beer lover I was really happy to come here as they use a unique Czech pour style. Of course as a brewery they also have a great selection but I was more entertained by the special taps they have in place to provide a special foam experience. As someone who thought a lot of foam meant your bartender didn’t know how to pour I’ve learned something new. My server was very knowledgeable in her area and I appreciated her willingness to answer my very interests questions when it came to the specific Czech pouring standards.
When it comes to queer friendly dining I felt very comfortable here and they had all gender bathrooms“

“First time here, before heading to a show at the Wise Hall. Ordered the muffuletta Sando and chips and queso. Excellent portions, we didn’t run out of queso before the chips were finished, which is always a pet peeve of mine. The muffuletta was huge as described in the menu, and was amazing. We’ll be back!“

This is one of my favorite breweries in the country and they made my first visit to Vancouver in over 20 years that much better! I highly recommend these two be promoted and given a raise! Good selection of food for all sorts of moods (I recommend the fish tacos), but what really made it was the barman Liam! My joy is trying new restaurants, coffee shops, dessert shops and curiosity arise to my eyes when there is lots of customers in a place. I try Bells and Whistles today with my daughter. I admit the fish tacos was delicious for appetizer. We order popcorn shrimps and try one of their new feature cheese burger with jalapeños plus fries too. My food was good and I like my food hot not cold. The waitress was very helpful and courteous.“
