“Had a lovely time from the moment we entered. The hostess (June 20, 2025 around 530pm) on duty was friendly and welcoming. We were led to our table, a tall and decidedly we'd prefer a table instead. There was a lovely spot next to a fireplace; which would be perfect on a winters's day'. It was a great location! Freda, our server was excellent, pleasant, happy and helpful! She answered our questions. Food arrived and it was plentiful. Our order was the Bangers ‘n Mash (hubby) and the Butter Chicken (me). Delicious!! Huge portions!! All in all a super nice experience!!!“

“We had the pleasure of eating at Four Mile Brew Pub on Sep 2nd, 2024. We were visiting Victoria on a Cruise Ship and a local couple picked this establishment for lunch along with another local couple. The food and service were outstanding, and the building is beautiful inside and out. We ate in the pub area and really enjoyed the experience. The manager really came thru, though. When paying a card case dropped to the ground and we didn't notice it. The manager found it, and seeing a California phone number called and got the house sitter who gave the Cruise Ship information, and then let us know. The manager dispatched an employee to return the card case. The house sitter let us know and we were able to talk to the manager and since the employee was on the way, we were able to meet him and retrieve the case. High praise to the staff! Thanks!“

“I've been going there looking for an elementary school friend that is a regular there and I haven't seen him in 15 years. It's not really my scene, but there staff are very friendly and helpful, even the patrons are friendly and helpful. So I have no choice but to be impressed. They also have an extensive selection of beers which is a plus. It's chill in there, super chill.“

“We had dinner here while staying in the hotel. The views from the patio are amazing, the food is about what you’d expect from a good but not great hotel restaurant. As a celiac diner there were not that many gluten free options, but our waiter explained their allergy/cross contamination protocols and it’s clear they take it really seriously so I felt safe with what I ordered. They also gave us really yummy gf macarons as a free sweet treat at the end of the meal!“

“Came in today after dealing with my elder dad in the hospital. Music has always been a big part of my life. I attended the jam and for 3 hours I didn't have a worry in the world. Thanks to my server for great service the cook for a delicious beef dip and the musicians that gave me a well welcomed break from worrying about my Dad. My new must visit venue on every trip to Victoria.“

“Took our mother out for her birthday and decided to pop in for lunch, service was absolutely wonderful with Pam being wonderful not just to us but every guest I saw her with during our time there. Had the fish and chips and I'd argue it was the best I've ever had and well worth the price. Also, almost everything on the menu from my understanding is gluten free and as fair-trade as you can get which is a nice thing to see nowadays and a definite plus for people with dietary restrictions.

All in all, with the historic significance the 6 Mile has with a great staff and even better food I'd highly recommend going here if you find yourself in the neighborhood.“

“The cheeseburger nachos on special were good. Entrees were good portions, service was nothing to write home about, the place wasn't 10% full and beverages alone took quite a while. (Like pop and beer, nothing exotic)

Keith the owner wished me Happy Birthday and promised NOT to have the crew sing to me!Highly recommended by someone who's been enjoying chicken for five and a half decades and beer for slightly less.
