“I ordered a frappuccino and the person at the counter did mistake in taking the order. But Anna and Shakirayan were really helpful and accommodated my order and provided me with the right order and apologised on behalf of the other person.
Anna was particularly generous and helpful. She tried her best to manage it well.
Shakirayan also showed a very understanding approach and ensured customer satisfaction.“
“Its one of the nicer atmosphere Starbucks around, it's got waterfront views at horseshoe bay , its got inside and outside seating areas , it can get extremely busy at times . It's got plugs for your electronics to charge here . Its very close to the ferry terminal . Staff are friendly here. Public transportation & parking around“
