“I came in at around 3 pm today. The barista was so sweet! I didn’t get her name but we exchanged conversation and she even complimented my earrings. She also helped me customize my drink making recommendations based on what she likes! I’m not sure who was drawing on the cups, I think it may have been a guy, but they gave me the cutest cup ever I literally posted it on my story. Thank you so much! You guys made my day. You guys are awesome keep it up.“

“The batista & manager here are very nice. They make us feel welcome and even bring us our drinks on occasion. Good people!!
Hope they get more outlets soon. That isn't the staff's fault. Corporate needs to leave sugar-free options & get the store upgrades done.“

“This is by far my favorite starbucks in the area. The batista are all super friendly and do their best to get your order correct. I feel this location has been the most consistent with their drink prep. Bonus points for the handsome barista with tattoos and blue eyes always sparkle lol! Also, this location is never too busy and is just a 5 minute drive from my apartment.“

“This Starbucks was out of the way from the original one I usually go to but in the location of my errands. So I walked in and just as expected the employees were so welcoming, nice, and as always very efficient with my order. Maddy took my order and even brought out my sons croissant personally which I thought was above and beyond. So glad I stopped in.“

“I just have to say, the Starbucks on Palmdon is one of my favorite locations to visit. I meet with clients at Starbucks across the Central Valley, and by far this location always delivers on kindness, cleanliness, and hospitality. I met with a client here a few days ago, I am always impressed by how friendly everyone is. The atmosphere always feels positive and inviting. It’s clear the store manager 🦰 is doing a great job leading the team—working alongside them, not afraid to jump right in, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. “Never thought I’d review a Starbucks but we’re doing it. My 10 year old daughter insisted on hunting for some kind of elusive Snoopy cup that seemed to only have existed briefly at select stores. My daughter was moderately heartbroken about this, but a wonderful barista named Kylie surprised her with some beautiful cup artwork and made us all smile. Thank you Kylie!

“Always love this location.Everyone so friendly. Drinks are always made to perfection!

Parking: You have 4 businesses with all employees utilizing the small parking lot. There is NO PARKING for employees offered, so the regular small lot is all utilized. Weird!!! So parking is always tricky.“

“This Starbucks is located inside the Target store. It's a good sized store that is kept clean and well stocked. I haven't seen a difference between this Starbucks and an independent store. They have all my favorite drinks, which I have picked up on my way in, and my way out. It's very convenient if you're a frequent Target shopper.“

“I've always been a Dunkin Donuts guy. I was recently referred to Dutch Bros where I frequent often. I'm used to drinking sugar-free hazelnut, but, Starbucks only has one sugar-free option; that being the Vanilla. All in all, I was impressed at the taste and the place has a nice, friendly ambience about it that makes you feel welcomed. My only critique (and this is obviously not on this location itself), would be for Starbucks to add more sugar-free options to their menu items. Sugar-free hazelnut would be greatly appreciated :)“

“This is an airport location. Had a couple hiccups while I was here. Received the wrong receipt and they had to remake my feta wrap because it came out like someone had played catch with it. Granted the gal did point it out, so I appreciate that. They were moving with a purpose but also we’re not that busy. Would be nervous to order from here if I didn’t have extra time.“

“Had a great experience coming to this location again after years of living out of town. The morning crew, especially the young lady that was helping me with my mobile order @5:40am, went above and beyond trying to accommodate me (I had to get on the train on time) and my girlfriend who was trying to get to work on time. “This is one of the best Starbucks in town. They are always polite and ask how my day is or what I'm up to. The drinks always taste the way they should and if you're a big Starbucks fan, you know exactly how your drink should taste and how some locations just can't get it right. This location is always clean and quick. Rarely have I ever wanted more than 5 minutes for my drinks/food.“

“This is another location that has lost some points for service in my point of view. My drink was not that good here and my drink was lost. I was told it was made but my name was never called and when it was remade it didn't taste right.“

“I always come weekend mornings after a park visit, so this is notably for the weekend staff that consistently provides excellent service! There’s a girl with a bull nose ring and a sleeve of tattoos and a boy with the smoothest most beautiful face I’ve ever seen that work the window, I don’t know their names. They are the best window employees, friendly, prompt and precise! I’ve gotten in the drive thru and seen someone order a $50 order and thought I’d be waiting forever, but no! I could immediately feel the team inside the building work together and hustle on those drinks. I feel like I didn’t wait any longer for that order than I would have a smaller order. Exceptional management, team work, and communication. I am reassured by the retention of such good employees. Hope this maintains!“

“I had a phone call as I was driving trying to get to my destination so the first parking lot I spotted was to Starbucks, I pulled in there and answered the phone call. Then after I was done w/that call I continued to go on to the rest of my destination which they were waiting for me outside of I.R.S“

“Fantastic coffee shop! Fast drive-through clean parking lot and clean dining room. We stopped in to get some coffee for my sister‘s kids during a long road trip. We got three coffees some breakfast wraps and some egg bites. They were cooked perfectly delivered fast coffee was hot and perfectly brewed.And we were helped by Alexa, who helped me choose a healthy option for breakfast and was very friendly and kind. She got our order out fast and cooked perfectly. Thank you, Alexa! Will definitely be back if we’re in town again.“

Parking: It's just inside a Target store that has been around forever! Tons of parking

Kid-friendliness: It's inside a well established Target store and Target is a very kid-friendly environment

Wheelchair accessibility: It's Target - front door parking for wheelchair mobility. Big, wide, hands free door operating entry, bathrooms are clean and have wheelchair access.“

“This is my first time going through the drive thru at this Starbucks to pick up my drink and the service was so fast!! And they made my drink correctly, it was delicious! I also talked to this worker about my day and I believe their name was Jonathan. Really kind young man who served my drink on the DOT and had the time to chat :))) would go here again!“

“I visited the store for the first time this morning. I had their double bacon, Gouda cheese croissant along with a cup of coffee.

No complaints to speak of other than the fact that they didn’t call out my order when it was done /read , or if they did I certainly didn’t hear it.

Ever since they started serving coffee and ceramic cups, I’ve been visiting Starbucks a little bit more.

I can’t recall the name of the coffee that I drank this morning. I do remember that it was a medium bodied roast - and I could be wrong but the strength of the coffee — how can I say it? It just didn’t seem to be strong like most coffee I’m accustomed to having at Starbucks.

Are they cutting back on the amount of coffee? They are using with their new machines? And to be clear there was nothing wrong with the cup of coffee I had, per se. It just didn’t seem to be a strong a brew, as I’m accustomed to having a Starbucks.“

“Angel was an angel. Great customer service. I stop at a lot of Starbucks to work and have never had any staff member provide that level of customer service. A dying art these days for sure so shout out to her for actually making my day. 10/10“

“This is my favorite location. They do special barista creations if you want to try something different, and all the girls that work here are so sweet. They recommend me something if I’m not sure and they even remember my name. The lines are ALWAYS long but it goes quick!Vee is the best barista!“

“Multiple managers have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I tend to ride a bike often. Normally not a big deal but a couple of times I arrived at store just barely passed time to close the lobby doors but the drive-thru was still open. Well, on 1 particular occasion I ordered my drinks through the app prior to arriving. It took me the better part of 10 minutes just to get anyone's attention long enough to explain to them that the drinks they had sitting right in front of them were mine so they could give them to me. I was being ignored because I was on a bike and since bikes are not allowed in the drive-thru, they chose to blow me off instead of investigate why I was still there after I clearly discovered the lobby doors had been locked. Decent store otherwise but if there isn't a drastic improvement on this issue and others like it, I will get to the point that I just won't make purchases from Starbucks unless it is a special occasion or it is more convenient than other options.“

“I've been with my son over a month here.. back and forth. And most of the baristas know my face and are so friendly. Stacy's my favorite... she pretty much has my drink down to a Tee, and always asks how my sons doing. It's funny to read the reviews bout the old lady with Red hair. (Maby it's not red hair anymore, IDK) At first I didn't care for her, she's not very friendly and seems to rush u... but is actually sweet if u give her a chance. I love this Starbucks!“

“I was having a really hard day and went to Starbucks to enjoy a DELICIOUS cup of coffee. My order was taken by a young lady, who didn’t know I was feeling down. She and I shared a wonderful conversation and she without knowing turned my whole day around! “Starbucks is a fantastic place to meet with people, just get something to eat and drink. Get a pick-me-up, or even just get ice. On this visit all I did was get a large Starbucks cup I have filled with ice. There's no charge for this but the staff is always so friendly and helpful I leave them a bit in their tip box.“

“There store seems to be falling apart, tiles lifting and what not. They can be a bit on the slower side. I went in where no one was inside, however it still took about 15 min to make my drink, and it wasn't right! This location is close to my house so I have been here many times and things used to be better.“

“We just went to this Starbucks today. My husband went to grab the drink we ordered from the drive thru and it slipped out of his hand as he was putting the drink into our car. It's spilled all over him and into the car. He went inside to pay for a new drink but Jessica and Justin who were on shift, said that they got it covered and made him a brand new drink for free. “Let me start with the best part first and that was that I was greeted and served by Michael. Michael was friendly, attentive, helpful, accommodating and quick to serve. His demeanor was friendly, relaxed and he made you feel welcomed.

Now, regarding food quality, how can you expect anyone to compliment the food choices as all of the sandwiches, cold or hot, contain an average of 40% to 50% sodium. I know salt helps to preserve food but, it does the complete opposite to the human body! Even the healthier option of the Eggs and Cheddar Protein Box has 20% sodium and a long list of who knows what listed on the box. (Where do these eggs come from, Chernobyl?)

Can no one put people ahead of profits?

Regarding the atmosphere whether it be here or anywhere else, hanging flags that promote both social and. Moral views is not professional or business like. I don’t expect to have corporate views pushed on me inj exchange for my cup of coffee.

And why does almost every Starbucks have to play LOUD MUSIC? People would like to visit and converse without haven to shout at each other. (This location was louid enough but not extreme.)“

“My first choice for my daily expresso drink. They consistently make it perfect and always robust. Other Starbucks I've ordered the same drink at can't compare. The other's expresso drinks taste bitter. First and Shaw is my FAV!“

I received the wrong drink yesterday morning, so I called to see if I can receive a credit or if I’m able to get the correct drink tomorrow morning. “I might be wrong, but l think this Starbucks is under new management… I don’t want to jinx it because it’s so close to my work. I just had a fantastic experience here. Was greeted very kindly when I walked in by a lovely lady with a warm smile. She asked for name and as I was sitting down I told her “I just ordered it a couple minutes ago” and BOOM it’s ready!!!
