“I bought a chocolate cake for friends. It was really good. Not too sweet, moist and big enough for 10 people. I liked that the chocolate ganache wasn’t too thick because sometimes it’s more ganache than actual cake. It was well balanced and tasteful. They also have small portions for dessert. And the princess cake was in small and big size.“

“Had an allergic reaction (cashews) due to miscommunication but the (I'm assuming) owner gave me a refund and said he loved my Earth Crisis Shirt. Good "health-focused" food even if it is pretty expensive. Just be careful if you have nut allergies.“

“I would highly recommend CJ’s. We enjoyed a delicious lunch here recently. Staff are really friendly and professional, the place is spotlessly clean and there is a great range of items on the menu which are very reasonably priced. Portions were generous, really well presented and my sandwich even came with a huge bowl of freshly cut fruit! Great place, thanks CJ’s.“

“Dee and Ben are by far the best business owners I have had the pleasure of meeting in years. Dee is the most genuine and kind business owner in all of Thousand Oaks and surrounding areas. Their Matcha is also the best! We love a good refreshing drink and had been to other places in the area and would mix it up from time to time. When we tried Matcha Boba, we stopped going to the other Matcha places in the area and became regular patrons here. Their Strawberry Tea with Popping Boba is worth the add-on and their Pomegranate Tea is delicious! The quality is consistently great every time! I also love their Peach Tea and Cookies and Cream! Dee is so amazing! So nice! So kind! She remembers my name, she knows our order! And she cares about everyone of her customers. You never find that these days but here you do. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I’m a customer for life. Like Cheers, you want to go where they know your name! Thank you Dee and Ben for being the best drink spot in the area. You are my absolute favorite! Cheers! Go Lakers and thank you for remembering us. I look forward to our interactions. Such a happy place.“

“Sunlife’s Million Dollar Smoothie continues to be one of my favorite things ever. I think they’ve brought the price down a little since Covid?? (Or I’m delusional. It’s still pricey for a smoothie but utterly worth it.
The young woman working the counter in the Calabasas store when I went in to grab it was super friendly, authentically so, and was running things with efficiency and kindness. Really impressed.
Will definitely return (it’s my favorite smoothie in the world, after all).“

“My new favorite breakfast hang-out. Not cheap - but who really wants CHEAP? I had one of the best Latte Macciatos I ever had - their subs were crunchy and delicious, can't wait to go again. Service was very friendly - and the ambiance was very nice.Would I do a 30-minute detour just to eat here (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars)? I certainly would (and just did ;-)“

“HUGE cafeteria area on the Pepperdine Campus in Malibu! Tremendous variety, whether u want from a quick snack (thin, tasty pizza ? slices) or a full meal (closed buffet style meat & veggies), the prices R reasonable and the view (overlooking the Pacific) quite grand. I had the chili, and altho it was inundated w/a few too many red & green peppers for my taste, it was thick, hearty, and meaty enuf (not overly meaty, & 4 my $$$ they could replaced a few peppers w/a little MORE ground round). A pleasant surprise to me, all I can say is those Pepperdine Students EAT WELL!“
