“This place always saves the day when things are running late and the team is hungry. The spicy salsa is totally fire so beware. The staff is friendly and super accommodating to small tweaks like one of my kids not liking cilantro or onion on his tacos (I hope he grows out of this too). The flavors totally hit the spot. Its very easy to order and pick up. They do have some outside seating but I wish it was more lit up.“

“The food here is always on point and the service is top class, we dine here at least once a month and we have always had great service and food the only issue I have is I feel like the restrooms are often neglected with so much traffic I feel like someone should be cleaning those at least every 30 minute to an hour that is actually my only issue with this place. i do realize its only two small restrooms and the place is always packed but even when its nto packed the restrooms still need some attention.“

“If u love a local burger joint and in the east bay then def come here. The ground up their meet and remove all the funky gunk so u just have a juicy, fat burger. No longer owned by George but as good as ever. My favs are Swiss mushroom burger/cali burger with their fatty wedge cut fries mmm mmmmmm“

“This is a wonderful place to get a good cup of coffee and a delicious savory or sweet pastry. Please spread the word this bakery is located in a strip mall that is going down hill. This Bakery brings class to the area.“

“Originally, I thought this place was another establishment due to seeing “the melt” on doordash, only to find out it was actually Dennys. I am so glad that wasn’t the case.

I drove by and saw the storefront and had to give it a try. From the moment I walked to the front door, I smelled an awesome aroma. The place was clean, decor was nice and staff were friendly.

The food itself was AWESOME. Generous portions. The burger itself is almost like what you’d see in commercials. The garlic parm fries were super tasty, and not over seasoned. BBQ bacon burger was juicy, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back. I spent about 30 bucks, but I also got a double instead of a single. To the CEO or Franchisee, awesome job!“

“Just two people, one in the kitchen and one doing everything else. But they were so kind and welcoming. I never felt neglected. I had a fantastic beer I've never seen before (Kati Patang) and my saag was delicious and not oily. I would have liked it a little spicier but I can just request that next time. “We were in the Walnut Creek and were craving piroshkis. We knew about Babushka Market & Deli and so we went there and ordered 6 piroshkis. The lady named Lyubov behind the counter is one of the nicest person we have ever met. She was very helpful and explained how they have something like 16 or 17 different kinds/varieties of piroshkis. We ordered 3 beef and 3 beef with jalapeno and they warmed them up for us on the spot. These are baked piroshkis, not deep friend, so they were not oily like the other kind. They were filled with a huge portion of meat with perfect seasoning with a huge beef flavor. They are literally the perfect sandwich and for a very reasonable price. We were very impressed by the quality of them and even one is enough to fully satisfy your hunger. As we were sitting at the table inside eating them, gentleman at the table next to us starting talking to us about the piroshkis. It turned out he was the owner of the Market and his name was Leo and he started it 29 years ago and runs it with his family. He told us that they buy their meat fresh and grind it on site and use all fresh and good ingredients, which explains why the piroshkis are so fantastic. We talked with Leo for a long time about the olden days, living in other countries, and our common experiences and ancestries…it was a wonderful conversation which was a perfect complement to the best piroshkis in the Bay Area in our opinion. If you haven’t tried this place we urge you to stop buy and buy one, which I think for sure after you eat it, you’ll want to buy a few more to take home. 5 Stars to this place…the best!“

“Padsew very good flavor. There was a very friendly lady and then a not so friendly lady. We had a bit of a language barrier and the unfriendly one made sure to be scarce as I waited. The very friendly hostess righted the wrong quickly and I was grateful. I didn't appreciate how the other unfriendly one addressed me. The veggie padsew and the Golden potstickers were good. I don't really eat meat...but I tried it and it was a good texture and it wasnt dry. I also put the potstickers in my airfryer for 3 or so minutes to crisps them back up..the sauce was yummy 😋“

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

I was also hesitant to get the Ube horchata cause I didn't think it would work together and I do not like horchata, but it's darn good. Worth the 25 min drive from Walnut Creek.“

“Simple deli with imported Italian goodies. It seemed family owned and like they had regulars. Really nice people and community vibe. There are many sandwiches to choose or you can make your own. We got one muffuletta and one turkey bacon with pesto, mayo, cheese, and veggies. The gardenia on the muffuletta was delicious! Tangy, flavorful, and chunky. We tried the sourdough roll and it absorbed the gardenia juice really well and not soggy. The turkey was loaded! We got the Dutch crunch bread. Both were very good, bread was amazing I could just eat the roll. I can’t wait to go back.“

“My mom and I came to this place by the recommendation from the garbage guy that serves our neighborhood.. Then my husband was also told that this place is a jewel 💎
We were served by Emma, she was so nice to us. We acknowledged her that it was our first time there. Coffee was hot and did not have a burned taste, just perfect. I ordered bacon and eggs with a very picky request. Hash browns were delicious. My Mom ordered French toast and a side of bacon. She shared with me a slice of French toast and omg. It was fluffy, soft and not dry. Very nice vanilla flavor. The syrup was warmed and so now we’re hooked to this place. We had to put our names on the wait list as the sitting is limited because it’s a small place but it’s name says it all, the fifth wheel, a rare jewel near downtown San Leandro. Service and food are better than the Pelton cafe“
