“An unexpected surprise finding a delicious poke bowl at a burrito place! The bottom layer of arugula provided a peppery kick, and the sushi rice layered on top had that perfect blend of tangy and sweet. The tuna was fresh and had a tasty wasabi ginger drizzle. Also on hand was pickled red onion and daikon that added some extra zing. Avocado slices and cucumber completed the bowl. My friend had a burrito bowl which looked tasty, too!“

The service was outstanding and the atmosphere... I'd definitely go back. The staff is so attentive and honest and deserving of beyond a normal tip. One guest dropped a hundred dollar bill near her seat, and the waiter brought it to her in the way out! Integrity at its finest. A definite must go!“

“Impeccable service, food perfection. Even the simplest ingredients, masterfully combined, make for fantastic bites! The Avocado Bruschetta is a perfect example of that. And it’s unlike any other. Simply delicious. The chicken sliders are a tradition for a reason: the house made biscuit is a revelation, and it isn’t everyone who can match that baked flaky goodness with the perfectly fried chicken. Unbelievable. I’ll be back again for that. The spicy shrimp had the perfect combo of heat/spice and sweet curry flavors. And I love the wine list!!“

“George's Giant Hamburger? More like George's Genius Hamburger! This place nails it with their menu—tons of choices, but I went for the classic hamburger, and it was a home run. Juicy, packed with flavor, and exactly what you'd want when you're craving a great burger. My son devoured his, and my partner couldn’t stop raving about the beef bulgogi plate (yes, bulgogi at a burger joint—trust me, it's a win). The staff? Super friendly and on top of everything. I’m already plotting my return for the loco moco. If you haven’t been, what are you even doing?“

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“If you're looking for good, authentic, Desi food in Walnut Creek, look no further than Methi! We tried their Chicken Tikka Masala (extra spicy), Veg Samosas, Onion Bhaji, and their Mango Pickle, along with Garlic Naan. Everything was spot on!

If you're vegetarian, they also have plenty of vegetarian options so definitely give it a try. I'm not sure if I spoke to the owner over the phone but the gentleman who picked up was super helpful and friendly!

10/10 would recommend if you're in the area and craving Desi food!“

“This place is a great place for consistent breakfast with good options and friendly service. We're fans of the crab and shrimp omlette and the benedicts were good, but weren't huge fans of the French toast or the crepe. The kid pancakes looked great, and I would recommend the coffee cake in place of toast.

Plenty of street parking around (metered) and place can get busy on a weekend morning but seems to move relatively quick. Definitely worth a try if you haven't before.“

“Tatsu Sushi is hands down my favorite sushi spot in the Bay Area. My brother and I have been coming here for a while now, and it never disappoints. The quality is always top-notch—fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and well-balanced flavors in every bite. It’s the kind of place where you can taste the care that goes into each roll.

On top of that, the prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality. But what really makes Tatsu stand out are the little extras. The free gyoza and miso soup? “I liked the food, the staff and service were great, atmosphere was good. They give you cold water about as soon as you enter today (100F day in October) so that was a nice touch.

The Dan Dan & Yibin noodles both had good flavor, I'd only dock them for how thin the noodles were. I def like a thicker noodle. Portions are on the small size but prices reflect that and I enjoy getting to order more items and try more things without investing $20 on one plate. So that was nice as well.“

“It was our first time here, and we loved everything we tried. We were seated right away later on a Friday night (8pm) and ordered roti and chicken satay for apps, and Tom Yum noodle soup, Beef noodle soup, yellow curry and a pad thai...and they were all good! I asked for medium spicey for the tom yum noodle soup and regretted it a bit so probably will order mild next time. The beef noodle soup had very tender beef, and the pad thai had great flavor.

Also ordered the mango sticky rice for dessert, and we all enjoyed it.

Parking is metered in the lot but readily available.“

“It was great to celebrate a birthday dinner with family. The food was amazing, as was the staff. This has become my favorite place to take people in the East Bay by far. Had a friend reach out from Japan and say all he can think about is the Chicken Parm!“

“OMG this place is good! I’m usually not excited about a grill but do get excited about cheese and boy does this place have cheese in spades!

I got the MeltBurger because I couldn’t resist the oozing cheese in the picture. The burger looked just like the picture and tasted amazing! Juicy and full of flavor!

My wife got the Mac Daddy which, honestly, doesn’t really sound all that doo - carbs on carbs but it was SO GOOD! A great cheesy flavor and then bacon to boot. Yummy!

We topped our meal off with the garlic parm fries that were perfectly cooked and generous amounts of Parmesan on top and garlic throughout!

I highly recommend.

The dough is fermented for two days. To maintain the crispy crust at the table, it is delivered to the table with a screen insert between the pizza and the pizza pan. No other restaurant that I know of goes to that extent to maintain quality. Creative ingredients are offered such as the creamy garlic sauce. Creative salads such as their Tiffany Salad: Baby kale, maple-Dijon vinaigrette oven roasted butternut squash, 6-minute egg, applewood bacon, blue cheese Creative nibblers such as their South Indian Deviled Eggs: Lime Pickle, Chaat Masala, Chickpea Crisps, Cilantro The interior is warm and inviting along with Friendly and helpful staff. The owner is very knowledgeable about beers bringing 24 local craft beers to the offering as well as beer pairing recommendations. There is a lounge which is available for parties. Great for any special occasion. Catering off site is offered with years of experience in catering having been a successful Executive Chef at a large estate with several culinary venues, concerts, catering, restaurant, grill at golf course and more.
