“I recently had Jason cook for my 40th birthday backyard/pool party for ~18 adults and he was phenomenal! Not only are his paellas and tapas incredibly tasty, he is also an all around great person. We had the paella Valencia moderna and the vegetarian paella and both were excellent, even better than the paellas I have had in Spain. My friends/family are still raving about his food! The presentation of everything was very impressive and really elevated the already exceptional flavors of all the food. I find a lot of lattes to be too light on the espresso but they have nailed it. My latte was fragrant and bright with almost chocolatey notes after the initial floral scent.“

The menu was creative and I could customize our order - double orders of protein and single orders of vegetables. They provided a touchless delivery with all of the items clearly labeled with ingredients (in case someone in your house is dealing with allergies) and clear instructions on how to finish the preparation. And to top it off, not only was the delivery on time, they texted me with a 20-minute heads up text so I would know exactly when my delivery would be on my door stop. Well, since I was parked right in front of the joint, and had a great recommendation, I blasted in and had the most amazing pork tacos ever, but it was the refried beans that were out of bounds!
