“We went at lunch time, the server was efficient but also very patient, answered all our questions with smiles. Both my friend and I enjoyed our very tasty dishes. I had left over to take home for another meal. My Pickled Bean & Pork Mix Noodles was so delicious I ordered one to go for my son. The restaurant decor was simple and classy. From chopsticks to tea cups and plates, everything was thoughtfully presented. The place was quiet, we were able to talk at our regular conversation volumes. Both of us were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of service and food. We will definitely go back to try more unique dishes.“

“My husband and I love this place! We usually get the steamed fish with pickled mustard greens in a clay pot. The dish is flavorful and was made to order with less noodles. We tried a new dish, the hot and cold salad, was large and delicious! Do not hesitate to eat here.“

“We went there for dinner and it was quite day but the food and the service was sooo goood. She was so friendly and kind. We loved it there. The atmosphere is so nice and it’s so clean too. They had a picture on the wall that made us feel as if we were in China and the plants just made it even better.

And shuimai( my least favorite one) other than that the portions were generous. We live close by and will be back again. Thankyou“

The dumplings and dishes were absolutely spectacular and completely fresh and delicious. We received non-stop compliments from our guests all afternoon about how incredible the food was. My dad, who is a connoisseur of hot and sour soup, kept saying how this was one of the best ones he's had!

Popo Noodles, with rice-wine braised pork belly is savory, soy-based comfort; egg noodles cooked to still-chewy perfection, dressed for flavor but still dry. Pickled Bamboo Shoots add-on, a must, to cut through the light meat fat.

“I had a really satisfying meal at Sizzling Pot King in San Francisco. The dry pot was packed with bold Sichuan flavors and a perfect balance of spice and aroma. I loved being able to customize the pot with different meats and vegetables, and everything came out sizzling hot and well seasoned. The portions were generous and great for sharing with friends. It’s a fantastic spot if you enjoy spicy Chinese food and want something flavorful and filling.“

“This place seemed like a good comparison to Papa Noodles on New Montgomery. I ordered the Momo Spicy Noodle for an affordable $11 base dish. I added the spicy chicken protein and an extra side of pickled yellow pepper because everything should be pickled.
The compost ready cardboard bowl is good except I think a little leaked onto my desk, so just something to watch out for next time.
The portions were good with lots of base thin noodles, medium sized pieces of chicken and a good amount of pickled yellow peppers.
This dish is definitely spicy and left a tingling sensation in my mouth 10 minutes after finishing.
I was delayed in picking up my order but it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. A very pleasant person behind the counter greeted me and gave me the food.
Although Papa is still my favorite, Momo is a good runner up for lovely a noodle dish.“

“The food is always good here! Fresh and cooked to order. Service has gotten better over the years I remember when they were so rude. For the Ambiance I give it a 3 this is really a order and go. My favorite is always a dry fry ribs they're always top-notch. Today I ordered dry fried ribs beef chow mein and chicken fried rice with no soy sauce. The wait time has even improved I only waited 15 minutes.“

“I've been a regular through the years. I'm one of those people that only order a few things from menus, so i can't say how their food compares across the board, unfortunately.
I used to get the lunch special, dining in. I loved it - a good amount of food, and i liked the choices.
They are very friendly to me when i come in to pick up my food now.
They are very fast with orders.
The seasame balls are quite lovely, and even better when they are fresh!“

- Ample seating we got a seat in the back and it was more private

- The place was a bit smelly and dirty

“I’ve been to Wen’s Kitchen multiple times with large groups and they are always able to accommodate us with short notice and excellent service. At this point I’ve tried almost every item on the menu and everything is great. The fried rice and honey walnut shrimp are especially delicious and everything is very authentic“
