I ordered the Tijuana style tacos🌮, handmade tortilla, grilled cheese, one shrimp🍤(Clean jumbo prawns👍🏽🍤❤️) and one steak, onions, cilantro and guacamole on the side. They were so nice💜! They even added in some chips when I asked do they come with chips. The chips were fresh and warm still. When I got home my food was still warm but I did have it in a warmer bag from doordash LOL. This restaurant was very clean and they also have the condiments of different type of sauces in clean squeezable bottles, self service packaging. Everything was delicious and seasoned to perfection. Love the fish tacos here- nice and crispy. Salsa verde on the side. We came around noon and there wasn’t a line.

Aloha club next door was open as well if you wanted to get drinks there.

Normally elote is way too heavy for me, but the vegan mayo was light and the corn was perfectly grilled. “This place looks a little 'sketchy', BUT the food is very good. I was working an event at the Oakland Colesium, and this was the only place you could walk to. If you can speak a little Spanish, it goes a long way. I got the Cubana sandwich, and it was so big, I could only eat half of it.“

This review is for their new truck on Roosevelt and 23rd. You gotta get the carnitas with the handmade blue corn tortilla. It’s absolutely ridiculous. So damn good. Unlike anything I’ve ever had. Lots of good fresh avocado in every bite.

They also have a delicious pecan agua fresca, which is unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Just wow.

Their salsa and their pickles are on point.

They also have lots of other fun regional stuff that you don’t find at other taco trucks. Pambazos, cemitas, huaraches, tacos arabes, etc. I can’t wait to try them.“

“I work around the corner from Tacos El Rey and it's been the thing I miss most since we started working from home. By far the best burrito that I've encountered in the Bay Area. The carnitas is crispy and juicy and the pico de gallo is super fresh. Really friendly service and always reliable. Also a great price for MASSIVE portions. Really love this place.“

“I am extremely impressed by this taqueria as a taqueria enjoyer, lifelong. I have never seen a taqueria with such an abundant drink selection. Tons of beers and also sodas, along with a wonderful selection of delicious desserts.

The service was the fastest I've ever experienced. He made my supreme burrito in probably about 3 minutes or less. It was incredible. This makes this a very efficient spot for a lunch break. And the burrito is huge and stuffed to the point of feeling firm. Wonderfully wrapped, And the man working the cash register and wrapping the burrito was extremely friendly and polite. Nothing bad at all to say about this place, except maybe that there's limited seating. But that's a very minor issue.

“I'll have to say that there's nothing special about this food truck, still good don't get me wrong but nothing stands out amongst the food items, the service quick but it was just me, no line and the location of the truck is to hidden with not enough signs to show. A bit pricey for the portion of meat on the burrito.

Parking: It's a small parking lot but since there aren't a lot of customers It's easy to get a parking spot and the food truck is right there inside the parking lot.

I get grilled veggies, nopales or fish and add beans for some extra protein. I have started going here every time I'm in the office.
