“This place is a hidden gem in Alhambra. The fish is incredibly fresh, the portions are generous, and the variety on the all-you-can-eat menu is impressive — from classic nigiri to creative rolls and tasty appetizers like baked mussels and garlic edamame.

Service was friendly and fast, and the sushi chefs really know what they’re doing. Even during busy hours, everything came out beautifully plated and delicious. You can tell they care about both quality and presentation.

“Absolutely love Nabemono Shabu Shabu. We were finally able to enjoy a dine in experience, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful space and great service. I highly recommend their sukiyaki and spicy creamy pork bone broth. Absolutely superb with their ramen, fresh veggies and sauces (ponzu and sesame). Can’t wait to go back to enjoy their cold noodles! Yum!“

“If you are in the San Gabriel Valley area you must stop here if you want amazing Sashimi. Started with fatty Tuna that melted in my mouth so fresh delicious then moved on to giant Clams (Mirugai) it was sweet & crunchy I could have gone for second order not many sushi restaurants have (Mirugai)The fatty belly Salmon was buttery & the spicy Tuna hand roll sashimi was perfect coz I’m a spicy food addict it was just heavenly for me. Yum yum 🤤 ended with Kumamoto Oyster 🦪 it was so sweet like cotton candy in your mouth made me wanting more which I did order more. Lol 😂 The house hot Sake was good for a cold night paired so well with my amazing Sashimi! Great way to end my Friday night here! Thank you Chef!“

“Liangpi LA is the most delicious. As a Xi'an native, I have eaten all over Xi'an restaurants in Los Angeles. This is the first time I have tasted something so delicious. In other restaurants, they are either not vinegary enough or the dishes are messy.
The attitude of the boss and waiters is very good.“

“Nice atmosphere, very friendly wait staff, good sushi, perfect place for a date. I’ve been to a lot of great sushi spots in the area but Wa Sushi has its own vibe; it feels a little more upscale without the high prices. It’s bigger than it looks on the inside too and the food’s great. I’m definitely coming back to try different rolls.“

“I miss the neon veggies from the 90s but I still love and crave the food here. My favorite is of course the classic beef and chicken large combo! Great location. Parking can be tough during busy hours like lunch. The place is clean, bright, and nicely remodeled with a Japanese theme. Be sure to look for coupons in the mail on some great deals for eating.
