“I visited this store for the first time on March 5. Sam greeted me and immediately built rapport, making me feel so comfortable. I hope his manager realizes what a great employee he is. After I'd ordered my sandwich, he asked if it was my first time there, and he offered me a free pastry of my choice. How exciting! I chose the item that looks like a Napoleon, but the layers are not made of puff pastry (which was disappointing). The cream was delicious, and I enjoyed it immensely. It just wasn't as light an fluffy as I imagined it would be. And attempting to cut into it resulted in a squished dessert.

The vegetarian sandwich was one of those sandwiches that defies the ability to eat it like a regular sandwich. It was a roll so stuffed with veggies and a yummy pistachio sauce (I added fresh mozzarella for protein), I'd have had to unhinge my jaw to take a bite out of it. Since I was eating in public, I chose to be a bit more civilized. ;) I managed.

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“I’ve been coming here for years and this is my favorite location out of most of the Irvine ones. I always come in the morning for my vanilla oat late. I can count on my drink being made perfectly if I see Josiah or Koleen and the new worker Roshane. This place is always very clean and the workers are super friendly. “I have had many of Shadi’s cakes for different occasions and celebration; I have to say, they are all so delicious and mouthwatering. Her apple Tart Tatin is to die for! Her cheese cakes are out of this world! Especially her Mars cheese cake is absolutely one of a kind. You have to try it to believe how delicious they are. Banana lovers, you must try her chocolate chip banana cake! “I absolutely love cookies, and after discovering Crumbl it quickly became my go to place for dessert! They have fun new flavors being added to their rotation, while also keeping a few of their signature cookies on the menu.
I personally love the Chocolate Chunk Cookie & I hadn’t seen it on the menu recently.
I called the Laguna Niguel location off of Aliso Creek and La Paz to inquire about whether or not that specific cookie would be on the menu.
The staff member I spoke to (Sam) was very friendly and informed me that they had recently made a “twist” to the classic Chocolate Chunk cookie, combining it with another one of their signature cookies the Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookie. Intrigued by this new concoction I had to order it and taste it for myself! Review TBA 🍪

I love a nice strong fruit flavor when I order a smoothie of any kind and wanted to treat myself after a long work week. Ended up going for the solid uber eats deal and got two smoothies for 15 bucks. Overall taste popped, it actually came with a carrier (which is a low bar surprisingly with smoothie places doing online orders nowadays) and solid for the size given. I'd love to go in again someday soon and try the rest of their menu.“

Although their Matcha was real, however it was very lumpy. They seem very busy so I believe they must’ve made the three much in one container and didn’t sift it through well! To be fair, it seemed like they were shortstaffed.“

“I ordered two cream pans and let me say it doesn't disappoint. So if you love creamy custard filling folded into buttery bread that is made with TLC, then Hamada-Ya Bakery is the place to go. Now let's say you eat one and save the other for the next day, I suggest refrigerating it. Then when you want to eat it take it out of the fridge and let it sit until it's room temperature.
