“My daughter was looking for somewhere new for us to eat lunch...she came across this little gem. Tacos San Pedro seems to be a family run little Mexican take out/eat in eatery. Nothing fancy but, the food is amazing!!! The street tacos were outstanding, the chile rellno was very good as well. The problem is trying to figure out what to eat!!! Clean, friendly atmosphere, very helpful when ordering. Very busy place, lets you know how good it is This will be one for our favorite list.“

Last Thursday, our ULI CFL Foodies gathered for a truly memorable evening at Gabbi's Mexican Kitchen in Orange -- with an exclusive private dining experience for 10 in The Cellar (Ki Hanal + Lounge). Such great 5 star service by our server, Jess!!! Thank you Mr. Don Domingue (Restaurant Manager).

- The Yucatan inspired dishes were life alteringly good
- The salsa was seriously addictive (carmelized onions in the salsa??? who knew it would be so mind blowing!)
- OMG the skirt steak was cooked to perfection sitting on a corn medley served with hot fresh house made flour/corn tortillas
- Their cocktails were vibrant, fresh and packed a punch!

A converted wine cellar featuring an intimate bar and lounge and a dramatic private dining table reminiscent of King Arthur's Court, the space was unlike anything we had experienced before. The furnishings were rich with history, character and unique design. For a few hours, we literally felt transported.

But as special as the setting was, the people made the evening.

We celebrated a birthday , career milestones , and had the opportunity to get to know members of ULI CFL Cohort 2 on a more personal level.

A special CHEERS to Judson B, whose thoughtfulness and efforts truly made this evening special. Thank you, Judson, for taking us on such a wonderful Mexican culinary adventure!

Great company + great conversation + great food & beverages = the trifecta of a great night out exploring what Orange County has to offer!

And with that, we officially pass the ULI CFL Foodies torch to Karen A., who will be leading us on our next culinary adventure this Fall (Oct/Nov). Details to come!

“Best tacos in Chino Hills! Our favorites are the breaded fish tacos ($2.99 every Wednesday) and carne asada tacos ($2.99 every Tuesday), fish and chips, and the Ensenada Surf & Turf Burrito! Their staff is very nice and friendly. Their green sauce and chili peppers are awesome with the tacos and their white sauce are excellent with the fish and chips. We come here almost every week. “We had such a great experience! I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and my friend had the chicken enchiladas Michoacanas. Both dishes were full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and served fresh. We also had two margarita flights, and every flavor was delicious. The food, drinks, and overall experience were excellent. And our server Vanessa did an amazing job she was so attentive.“

Tito’s La Especial is one of those places that keeps it simple and does it right. The menu is straightforward, the food is consistently delicious, and everything tastes fresh and made with care.

The tacos al vapor are delicious, and the breakfast burritos can be split into two.

“Absolutely loved the feeling and ambiance walking into ranch enchilada, it reminds me of how restaurants used to feel when I was a kid (warm, decorated, traditional). The host and servers always had a smile on their face, one thing I absolutely loved. They've got a spacious menu, and it was hard to choose but I went with el brasero and some cheese enchiladas. Both came out quick, service was fast and we had chips and salsa to keep us occupied as well. All the flavors were amazing, the chimichangas were crispy, filled with meat, and rice and beans also tasted great. Enchiladas were plentiful, sauce was superb. I love this place as a first timer and I'll be back to explore some more menu items!“
