“Restaurant and shop was nice and friendly. We got the burger that was supposed to be a bison burger, but just seemed like a regular burger and a little on the dry side. I have had good bison before, but this just tasted like regular beef.“

“Get the fish and chips! It was hot and fresh. Other reviews are right, the batter isn't very crispy which is why I removed one star. But still worth trying, especially for the price. The portions are generous (3 people shared 2 meals) and there's plenty of outside seating.“

“This place is great for someone wrapping up the TCT or even for someone just section hiking/camping for a few days.

I love to grab breakfast here on the morning I plan to go back on the ferry.

This past trip I had chicken tenders when we came in as a day 0 type of thing and on our way out I had the e-bay (everything BEC bagel). I remember the service being really slow the last time we were on the island, with just 1 person working the register and 1 person in the kitchen, but this time they had at least double that and the service was quick, which was preferable.

“The food is delicious! I had the 1/2 rack of ribs that were fall off the bone delish and my husband had the Prime rib sandwich. Soooo good! (& sorry no time to take photos as we dug in and couldn’t stop! Besides my fingers were full of finger licking good sauce!)“

“The Naughty Fox is in a nice location with a good view. The servers are helpful and attentive, even with a to-go order the presentation was nice. I do agree with other reviewers that the cost to portion size is on the smaller side. What I did have was very good though. It would be five stars across the board if it was a little more reasonable.“

“If you’re looking for a fun place to hang out while you’re visiting Avalon - this is your place! This restaurant/bar exudes a carefree, tiki hut type establishment. The music is loud but it creates such a fun vibe. The servers are joyful, it’s like they’re having a blast while working which makes it that more fun. It’s a smaller place so finding a seat can be a mission but if you can, I highly advise that you give this place a try. It’ll be worth it.“

The asada taco was a healthy portion of meat topped with fresh onion guacamole sauce. Tortilla held together and added a wonderful chew. Salsa has a nice heat. Smokey elements.

“We visited here for dinner though. It's very popular breakfast place. We were very happy to be escorted to a nice table. Esmeralda took the orders and helped guide us through the availability of Italian dishes. I took the salad and the minestron soup. They were excellent. Noodles with meatballs and well cooked. Rub yeoli dish with spinach. Everything tasted, yummy drinks were available. We went in for simple Coke and water. The service was very good and being a birthday. They gave a complimentary tiramisu, which was icing on the cake. Excellent place. We enjoyed all the hospitality and great service. Very reasonable prices and made evelyn, even more memorable“
