We arrived in Avalon and walked around a bit looking for a place to eat. We settled on Charlie’s and I’m so glad we did. Their prices were better than others’, so I didn’t expect the food to be so good. My IPA was reasonably priced and the smash burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. I have to note: their fries were the best I’ve ever had… super crispy and super good.
I can’t wait to ge back to Catalina to eat there again.“

“I would have rated this place a 5 start, Not only because is the only fast food open in Catalina Island 24/7 you should be so rude (talking about the only employee attending at night shift that January 17, 2026) to rude.. other than that food is good, Carne asada fries, carne asada burrito..“
